We worked with Tessie at the Pinnacle Ballroom. She was unbelievable. So responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She spoke with my vendors to plan for the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The food was amazing. Everyone we worked with was helpful and kind. They helped make my day amazing. I would recommend McHale's and Tessie to anyone!

We love the Pinnacle! It is very spacious and modern, but feels so intimate and cozy as well! McHale's food is absolutely delicious, and we had the best wedding planner (Jenn). We had so many compliments. McHale's really made our day very easy!

We had our wedding and reception at the Pinnacle. The planning staff was amazing helping us make all our plans for the big day. We had a planning binder and several meetings with the planner. We had our meal catered by McHale's and highly recommend the station buffets. We had numerous complements on the food. The staff on the day of was amazing and always checking in with my bride and me. Very helpful with drop-off / set-up / and pick-up of all decorations. A beautiful room and amazing staff that I highly recommend.

I just can not say enough about how wonderful the experience was having my daughter's wedding at the Pinnacle Ballroom! Everything was run like a well-oiled machine. Brent, Bobby and all of the staff could not have been more helpful and efficient. At the reception, we received so many positive comments about the beautiful space and the competent staff. I highly recommend the Pinnacle Ballroom!!

The event planners were so helpful. Brent helped us the whole year leading up to our wedding, and was always available to answer any wedding questions. She was a great person to work with, and she helped make the wedding planning remain stress free. Our day of coordinator was Bobby, and he was absolutely wonderful as well. He kept everything running smoothly and made sure our room was set up the way we wanted. He was very professional, kind, and efficient. The food at McHale's was absolutely delicious as well!

McHales catering at The Pinnacle Ballroom was amazing. We had quality service from day one and staff was extremely helpful. We continue to receive compliments from all of our guests about how excellent the food was and how helpful the staff was. The hall is beautiful and perfect for the atmosphere we were going for. We are so glad we had our wedding at The Pinnacle, we wouldn't have changed a thing!

The whole process was a breeze. Brent is great to work with! They handle most of the set up, they validate tickets for the garage across the street, and were overall helpful and accommodating.

My husband and I recently had our wedding at one of McHale's venues, The Pinnacle and were blown away!! The room is absolutely beautiful and like nothing I'd ever seen before. The food was incredible (my mouth is watering just thinking about it) and we had so many options to choose from. The staff worked so hard to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and it did! They are so friendly and professional and leave no stone unturned when it comes to your reception. They really go above and beyond and we had an absolutely BEAUTIFUL reception and couldn't be happier with the outcome!!

The Pinnacle Ballroom is a beautiful reception hall and it is the most unique location I had seen. The main reason we chose it was due to the high ceilings and architectural detail. My wedding coordinator was nice and polite. When I showed up to drop off everything for the reception the day before, I realized they had tied the sashes on the chairs differently from what I wanted. They fixed this before the reception, so everything ended up just the way I wanted it. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff the night of was fabulous. It was pretty pricey in my opinion but overall we had a really great time and I am happy with our decision.
