The Pinnacle Center

From one Bride to another, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. We visited the Pinnacle Center and we were so impressed with Bill and his team, he’s a great salesman, but that’s all it is, a sale. We later found out they lied about multiple things and broke areas of their contract and tried to blame us (we’re still trying to get our deposit back and they’re not budging, we’ll probably involve our lawyer soon). They broke at least 3 areas of the contract. One is the DJ, it is not a DJ. They will sell it as one, saying they will be the MC, hype of the night and get people involved and dancing. Later, we found out that it’s not a DJ it’s a guy in a booth playing a Spotify list that you actually have to make. Which, this is also illegal to Spotifys rules, it cannot be used for commercial purposes. With this, they said we had to make the list, and find our own MC. They also weren’t even going to be outside at our ceremony playing music. This was super discouraging. Another area I want to warn you about is their food. They raved about their selection and it is super good on the menu. However, when we went to the tasting they had about 3 protein options and 3 side options. They didn’t even have a quarter of their options and when asking about an opportunity to come taste other options they were very rude and said that we would have to pay for anything at the full price or the meat or whatever not just even like the price of one meal. We ended up finding another venue, which is so amazing, accommodating, and helpful and not going with the Pinnacle Center. We would love to just have our money back, seeing it was them going against the contract. But they’re hardly even responding to us now. We are just super discouraged about this experience.

In true COVID fashion, our original venue cancelled on us two months before our wedding. I reached out to Bill and Donna about our very popular date and miraculously they had availability! The Pinnacle was incredibly communicative in the weeks leading up to our wedding and made several adjustments based on what we had originally planned to do. Our room supervisors, Gloria and Heidi, did a great job and are such friendly people. Everything on the day of went smoothly, and if it didn’t, I never heard about it until the next day. We had the most perfect weather and were able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. Dinner inside was very spaced out and all of our guests felt safe. A really nice bonus was that our DJ and video/livestream services were included in their price. The Pinnacle Center is a great option for your wedding, no matter how big or small!

Had our wedding at the Pinnacle Center in August 2017. The staff during the event was excellent and very helpful. The planning meetings leading up to the event had my husband and I feeling like we were intruding their precious time-- very short and unfriendly up front and then slowly warmed up when it was time for the checkbook. The venue was beautiful and the food was great! However, the DJ was awful. I was asked to give them a list of songs for the Ceremony (I even listed back up songs) and they played a completely wrong song for walking down the aisle. Also, because the DJ did not want to be the emcee we were notified at our last planning meeting that we needed to find someone to do it and then our newly founded emcee was given very little direction on what to say-- I thought it was just to announce the wedding party but it was announcing "facility messages" too. So all in all, everything was great except the DJ- which was a bummer.
