This flexible venue can be used for your entire wedding weekend, covering your rehearsal dinner up to your send-off brunch the day after. Overnight accommodations are also available for up to 25 people, with a luxury honeymoon suite for the happy couple. To help you prepare for your big day, the staff can provide tables, chairs, linens, bar service, and catering. All packages are customized to give you EXACTLY what you want within budget. The amazing venue starts at $2500 for the use of grounds, set up tables and chairs (up to 100) breakdown and clean up. ide during wedding ceremony, complaining decor items were not able to be located. Those items were exactly where they were supposed to be. Paid for 4 people to be present at reception for 8 hours. NO SHOW. Ruined the day for the parents, a couple guests and the wedding coordinator, all whom spent the day serving, cleaning, maintaining ice & drinks, trash and tear down of event that The Place at Lake Whitney was hired to do. Paid $1857 for their services & rented items such as gold rimmed plate chargers and chair sashes. Paper plate chargers from SHEIN on the tables and the chair sashes never made it. It’s a rather lengthy list of disappointments BUT the NO SHOW during the reception is the most disappointing, disrespectful and inexcusable of all.

iancé and I get started on planning ceremony and reception, including finding DJ, bar tender, and staff to serve and do cleanup. The staff made sure that Bride and Groom did not have to worry about anything on our special day. I chose for The Place at Lake Whitney to caterer our food. The food was phenomenal, and the staff was so accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make the night run so smooth. Thank you to The Place at Lake Whitney and all of the staff for making this bride and groom dream wedding a come true! Shout out to Tammy's husband for making awesome brisket. We had lots of compliments on food for weeks after!
