We were an out-of-town couple planning a wedding in a city we'd only visited a couple times, so we had no idea where to start. But Sarah and her team were there every step of the way to help create the absolute perfect day. Sarah is organized and will advocate for her clients. If, for some reason, you are on the fence, let me give you a few reasons as to why hiring The Planning Co. is the absolute best decision we made in our wedding planning: From the moment we hired The Planning Co., we had regularly scheduled calls to discuss to do's and division of tasks. Sarah's software kept everything organized and in one place. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but The Planning Co. made all the decisions feel manageable - we always had options. Sarah went to multiple venues on our behalf and would FaceTime to make sure we were included in all of the decisions. Sarah is well connected and had great recommendations for vendors. She helped manage vendor relationships and helped double and triple check contracts to make sure we were aware of payment deadlines and other important details. Sarah listened to our vision and respected our budget to create the wedding of our dreams. "No" simply is not in Sarah's vocabulary. For any bumps in the road, Sarah found creative solutions to make sure we didn't feel like we had to compromise on anything. For starters, rain was forecasted for our wedding day, which was super disappointing for us as the whole reason we were coming to Colorado was to be married outside by the mountains! Sarah & her team worked tirelessly to create plan B, C, D to make sure no matter what our outdoor wedding dreams could come true. To this day, we have no idea what all happened "behind the scenes", but both our wedding ceremony and reception were outside and we got our mountains. The day of the wedding, my husband could not find his pants (which is hilarious, but was very stressful the morning of our wedding!). Not only did I have no idea this was going on, but Sarah & her team found a pair of pants that were delivered to the venue in time for our first look. And the perfect color and size! Sarah & team made sure we had snacks and water at all times and always anticipated our needs. We felt absolutely taken care of and had ZERO stress on our wedding day - which is unheard of. We could keep going, but honestly, just hire The Planning Co. They will go above and beyond for you every step of the way and make wedding planning enjoyable and stress-free so that you can focus on what is important - marrying your person. And, to the cost-conscious couples - Sarah and her team are worth every penny and then some. Sarah's value far outweighs what she charges and of all the wedding costs, Sarah's services felt like a steal. Sarah was our rock through all of this and we think of her as a dear friend. Thank you does not begin to capture the amount of gratitude we have for all she does. Sarah & team are rock stars. Hire them. You will not regret it!

The wedding geniuses at the Planning Co took our few cryptic details we had in mind and turned them into the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. Definitely 100% recommend! They thought of every detail - we didn’t even know that anything went wrong. We were able to totally enjoy every bit of our day without worrying about anything. It was an absolutely perfect day thanks to them!
