The Planning Touch

The Planning Touch was amazing! Molly took all of the stress off my back and handled everything. If there was an issue I had no idea about it, she made sure my husband and I had the perfect day, and it was! I could not have done it without her! Thank you!!!!

Molly is just as amazing of a person as she is a party planner. I could not have asked for a better planner to assist with my wedding. She made my day so special by handling all the behind the scenes items so that we could enjoy our day. I would hire Molly again in a heart beat. 10/10 recommend!!

My Husband and I hired Molly for the Rehearsal & day of planning for our backyard wedding, note that we now and have been living in Tampa, FL- so essentially all fine-tooth details were hammered through months prior to, especially when planning a wedding from out-of-state. We were extremely disappointed with the services provided by Molly, months prior the wedding in preparation- our phone calls never lasted longer than 30 minutes, emails were sparse, and often left me feeling unprepared or as if I was forgetting something as a bride- On Rehearsal, she came and left within 45 minutes, when asked if we were going to run through the ceremony and reception so we would know where to walk in from during announcements, where to go after the first dance, etc. she said no, and that we would run through that tomorrow.... Tomorrow was our wedding day. Both my husband and myself felt completely uneasy on the morning of, multiple errors were made by not only us, but by the entire bridal/groomsmen party, people went in the wrong direction, and important family members ultimately did not get on the bus for family pictures because they didn't even know that it was leaving. The night before we were notified that quite a few people had backed out due to COVID causing me to have to remake the seating charts- I redesigned them on canva, as well as shuttle bus signs to be delivered to the 2 hotels guests were staying at- all she had to do was print, deliver the 2 signs on her way, and tack the sheets up with stickers on the "find your seat" board we had designed- her response in the morning was that she didn't think she would have time prior to 1pm when she arrived at my parents' home where the wedding was taking place- Our wedding started at 3:30 guys. Both my husband and myself hope that anyone reading this has better luck in the future, and just like medicine- its not a one size fits all regimen.

I hired Molly from The Planning Touch to coordinate my wedding for the month-of. She did a fantastic job touching base with all my vendors and managing their schedules. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly despite the usual hiccups that arise. I'd highly recommend The Planning Touch for anyone who wants a pro to make sure their wedding goes exactly how they envisioned it!
