sion of what I wanted our wedding reception to look like. My husband and I are both performers and have a flair for the dramatic. I wanted our wedding reception to be an immersive experience from the start. Our theme was 1920s/Gatsby. When guests entered the Orpheum, I wanted them to feel like they had just stepped into a 1920s jazz club. We had a jazz band playing in the opera box and flapper girls serving champagne. During my meetings with The Plant Gallery, I showed them my Pinterest Board of tons of feathers and gold and some modern twists like disco balls. I knew The Plant Gallery would create something gorgeous, but I cannot believe what they were able to create for me. My husband and I did not see the reception space all decorated until the reception had started. We kept our eyes closed until we got to our sweetheart table in one of the opera boxes. When I opened my eyes and looked up, my breath was completely taken away. It was unbelievable. It was like an actual movie. I couldn’t stop crying. There was so much to take in but every single detail was absolute perfection. They took my vision and made it a reality. The feeling I had when I looked up and saw everything I had dreamed of come to life will stay with me forever. From flowers, to feathers, to candles, to lighting, to chandeliers and giant balloons, every aspect was magical. Even now looking at the photos, it is so overwhelming. As a creative person, I have a fairly active and large imagination. That usually means the things I dream up hardly ever come true like I see it in my mind. The Plant Gallery took exactly what I had in my head and made it into the most perfect 1920s wedding reception anyone has ever seen. From the Rehearsal Dinner, to the Ceremony, to the Reception, everything was perfect. I cannot thank everyone on The Plant Gallery team enough. You all made my dreams come true and I will be forever grateful.

Susan remained personally involved throughout the process and was generous with her time, collaboratively sharing her vast knowledge and experience. She and her team were instrumental in making our daughter’s “inspo” photos and creative vision for her dream wedding into a reality. TPG specializes in offering a more holistic visual palette, levering their floral expertise with live plant rentals and creative lighting arrangements that perfectly captured our bride’s thematic direction. Moreover, TPG was an integral part a "dream team" we had assembled of other wedding vendors of all types with a history of working cohesively together at our venue, which was a huge plus. The synergy of their combined experience produced amazing results and inspired the confidence of our family. Most importantly, they flawlessly delivered a magical evening that our daughter and new son-in-law will never forget, nor will anyone else who attended. Susan really cares about the brides that she works with and truly goes above and beyond to do whatever she can to help ensure that their weddings go smoothly, and that their floral, decorative and lighting expectations are not only met, but far exceeded. Such was the case with us. We were blown away by Susan and the TPG team’s execution on the day of the wedding. To see the myriad of design decisions we had only conceptually discussed literally “come to life” as we entered the venue for each phase of the wedding festivities – the ceremony, the interim cocktail hour and the reception itself – was simply breathtaking. We noticed all the little touches where Susan went well beyond what was expected or agreed to in our contract. She also overcame with aplomb a major set-back mere days before the wedding when she learned that the special flowers she had ordered for our daughter’s bridal and bridemaids’ bouquets were “held up in customs” and would not make it in time. (This was two days before Thanksgiving and four days before the wedding!) And yet, being the consummate professional that she is, Susan calmly and effortlessly (at least to us) rallied the troops calling on her vast network of domestic floral suppliers to find suitable alternate flowers that, quite frankly, were even better than we could have ever imagined. Trust me – choosing Susan and TPG Weddings was one of the best decisions we made and I would highly recommend that you do the same. You won’t regret it.

Susan admitted the florals were inadequate and refunded our money for the two installations but it was heartbreaking for a vision you had planned for a year to be so disappointing. We definitely would use a different company if we could do it again.

and venue. Their arrangements looked fantastic and they were able to reuse planters and bouquets throughout the day to the extent that it felt like there were flowers everywhere. They also handled the candles and votives with no guidance and it turned out absolutely stunning. We can’t recommend the Plant Gallery enough.
