From the moment I got engaged I knew I wanted Danielle to be our photographer. She is beyond talented, her photography style is stunning and she is just the sweetest! She is very responsive to emails, makes you feel really comfortable in front of the camera and also super detailed! I really appreciated how detailed she was with timelines, photo lists and even with every other wedding detail that isn't related to photography!! Danielle and Adam absolutely crushed our wedding! Danielle photographed while Adam was the videographer. The two work in tandem so well. They helped manage the day-of timeline, while being super easy to work with and doing an amazing job. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the photos and how the video turned out. We would highly recommend them for your wedding! Danielle also shot our engagement session which turned out incredible. Danielle photographed our engagement session and wedding. She is artistic, professional, straight to the point, and highly instructional. My husband and I are not picture people. Danielle gave us clear and concise instructions during our engagement session. She even offered herself as a sounding board for makeup and outfit advice. I appreciate her organizational skills! Together, we devised a "day of" timeline that enabled her to smoothly capture our wedding day. She made the most annoying of groomsmen behave long enough to get the shots she needed. Danielle encouraged us to do a first look and captured it beautifully. She also captured all my handmade items and did a wonderful job staging details like my dress, shoes, and our rings. Her calm and controlled demeanor was so key to kicking off our wedding day so naturally. We're so lucky to have found her and will look to have her photograph us again someday. BEST INVESTMENT EVER!

Danielle is a fantastic photographer who is friendly, creative, bright, who loves what she does! Danielle did our engagement photos in San Francisco and wedding photos in Carmel Valley. She was very professional and fun to work with. She quickly took our style into account and the photos are proof of that. My husband and I were so lucky to have Danielle photograph our big day! She is truly an artist with a vision. The way she works with natural sunlight is just magical! She has really perfected that glowing/swoonworthy look of photos- and she uses film! I felt like every photo she took of us could be featured in a magazine- and we aren't even the most natural couple in front of a camera! That's what is so great about her, she's easy to work with and knows exactly how to direct you. Not only is she a fine art photographer, but she also captures all the moments in between. Danielle was AMAZING! I knew before I even got engaged that I wanted her to be my wedding photographer (after following her work for a few years). She was the first vendor I booked! She's somewhat selective with who she works with because she wants to make sure she understands the overall aesthetic of the wedding and that she vibes well with the couple and, let me tell you, it makes all the difference! She shot our engagement photos and our wedding, and was so helpful along the way during the planning process when I was on the fence about certain details (bridesmaid dress colors, other decor elements, etc.). She's laid back, but assertive and friendly at the same time, and never makes the process feel laborious or exhausting. Not to mention, the quality of her work on film is amazing! I'd absolutely recommend Danielle and am trying to find more excuses to work with her in the future. Love, love, love her (and her work)!

Danielle did both our engagement and wedding photos and I'm so happy we chose her! After we got engaged, finding the right photographer was our top priority. We were so lucky to have Danielle Poff Photography shoot our wedding. Danielle is such a talented photographer. I don’t think there has been a day since she posted her favorite images that I haven’t visited her blog to smile and reminisce on the day. Every time I look at the pictures, I notice another cool detail that she caught—a special interaction with a guest or a different angle on the flowers. Danielle captures beautiful light and color and is also amazing at capturing precious candid moments. Her images truly represent the joy of the day and we are so grateful for that. Danielle’s second shooter was her extremely talented husband and videographer, Adam Poff. He was able to do double-duty, backing Danielle up on photography and capturing priceless video footage. After the wedding, he edited the footage beautifully, creating a video of special moments like our first look set to our vows. We feel so lucky to have his beautiful video depiction of the day to compliment the images. He and Danielle make an amazing team—they have obviously worked together a lot and have their routine down. I didn’t realize before our wedding, but to get all the pictures you want and still have maximum time to hang out with your guests, your timeline has to be pretty perfect. Having Danielle and Adam work together rather than compete for time helped the day go right on schedule. We felt so lucky to have two talented people seamlessly working together to capture our special day. I highly recommend hiring this husband-wife team for your photography and video needs—they are not only an adorable, loving couple, but also amazing professionals.

Danielle did our engagement and wedding pictures. She was so easy to contact and was quick to respond to any questions we had.
