We were nervous about planning our event since we were doing so from another state, but we could not have been more pleased with the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner we hoste...
d at this venue for our son's wedding.
From the very beginning Nicole was wonderful. She listened, made suggestions and gave us all the information we needed and was prompt in returning my calls.
We used the Grand Regal Ballroom and it was absolutely beautiful. The large windows add to the elegance and showcase the beautiful property. Even the restrooms at this venue are elegant!
The meal was superb! Everyone complemented the chef on the delicious meal. Those serving were attentive and discreet. Nicole was there throughout our evening and everything went off without a glitch. She even came to my rescue when I needed a phone charger!
We could not have been happier. We have had three children wed this year so we have had a lot of experience!
We would highly recommend The Pointe Venue for the price point, location and beautiful ballroom along with the event planning and catering staff.
I booked the Grand Regal ballroom for a bachelor party because it seemed convenient and affordable compared to other options in the area.
To the venue's credit, the staff was ver...
y accommodating and friendly. But, my biggest issue is the transparency in pricing. Between undisclosed fees and inaccurate total cost estimates, I ended up spending over $300 more than what was originally discussed.
Our group spent more than $400 at the bar, but the venue billed me for additional charges after the event. If you plan on using this venue prepare to be surprised by the final price you're given. I won't be using this venue again, and I can't recommend anyone else using their services.
