For those that have dreamed of saying ‘I do’ in a stunning outdoor setting, the ceremony site at The Ponds Venue provides the perfect place. Located at the water’s edge your nearest and dearest can be seated on rustic benches to witness your commitment under the wooden wedding arbor. Afterward, attendees can enjoy a delightful cocktail hour on the patio which overlooks the ponds and surrounding scenery. While your guests sip champagne, you and your beloved can discover the ample wedding photo opportunities on the grounds. For your main reception, up to 300 people can be comfortably accommodated in the beautiful event barn. Here, exposed wooden beams, old barnwood and large picture windows create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The barn can be decorated to suit your desired color scheme and event theme, allowing you to imbue this space with your unique personality. A luxurious get-ready room is also located on-site to allow you and your wedding party to prepare in comfort and style.

dly. 5 days before my wedding I was told that there would be no staff available to drive the shuttle which we had requested. We were offered other options, but not dealing with the week of our wedding would've been better. The day we got married it was HOT, and the grooms shed is not air conditioned nor do they have a working bathroom. There is a porta potty. During our reception we had two visitors (mice), one of which climbed up our wedding cake. LOL. Over all we had a good experience.

From the beautiful live edge tables, classic wood-style interior, to the gorgeous ceremony site and acreage. One thing we decided we did not like, after the wedding, was the grooms shack being separated from the venue. Other than that, everything was perfect. Julie, her coordinator was amazing. municative and helpful throughout the whole planning process. We used Julie for the day of coordinator and she made our lives SOOO much easier that whole day. We have had so many people tell us how beautiful the venue was. They have tons of center pieces and decor options for use for your wedding. The bridal suite is beautiful and very spacious. We also added on the “shed” which is an extreme understatement for what it is…. The guys had such a good time before the wedding at the shed with the poker tables and the outdoor space. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue for my wedding.

ornate wooden tables, lights on ceiling, outdoor seating area, fire pit, plus the dressing area for the girls which our daughters h/m artists said they’ve never been in a more beautiful setup, and most of all the decorations and attention to detail that Shelly provides is IMPECCABLE! Don’t take my word for it, just visit and you’ll see what a gem this place is! The shuttle service to and from the church and hotel was a great help and everyone was so appreciative! Shelly was always available anytime I needed her or had questions! Worth every penny and I would have paid way more! That’s how impressive this piece of heaven is! My daughter had the fairytale wedding she always dreamed of and we could never thank Shelly enough!! All my guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was both inside and out. I loved the venue because Shelly is very flexible and I was always afraid of getting a venue and being held down by a list of rules. However, you won't have that issue here (while still respecting her property of course). It also fits a lot of guests with nice indoor and outdoor chilling options so your guests aren't packed in like sardines. Overall, amazing venue and I recommend everyone at least go and see it! You'll fall in love as soon as you see the view when you drive in.
