n and it's even more lovely in person than in the pictures. The location was ideal, perfectly positioned between our ceremony location in town and our reception site at the base of the mountain. The unique design of the community allowed us to have two homes, right next to each other, one for the bride's family and one for the groom's family. One of the most important factors in choosing accommodations for our destination wedding was having a gathering place for all of our out of town friends and family. The homes were cozy, inviting and luxurious with an open floor plan, perfectly suited for hosting out of town guests over wedding weekend. The most impressive characteristic of The Porches, however is the service. Leading up to our stay, our personal concierge, Jeremy, worked with our families to set-up horse back riding and white water rafting excursions. With both families out of town and unfamiliar with the area and the outfitters, it was helpful to have The Porches make recommendations and set up our activities. With one phone call, a shuttle bus would arrive at our home to take us wherever we wanted to go. While we drove in from Denver, there wasn't even need for a car! From start to finish, our wedding weekend at The Porches as first rate. Thanks to the great team at The Porches that made it happen, Emily, Leah and Jeremy.
