Caitlin was incredible to work with for our wedding cakes! Not only did the tasting exceed our expectations, but Caitlin’s charm did too. She was easy to talk to and her creations were perfect! Our wedding was that much better because of her! Especially when the groom’s cake needed to encompass 4 completely different ideas into it. She provided examples and eased my mind greatly about it! Highly recommend The Posh Cakery and can’t wait to surprise my groom with cupcakes from them too for his upcoming birthday!

Literally the most delicious and unique flavors!!! We had pink champagne wedding cake, and it was heavenly. We also had mini cupcakes, which our guests raved about. Each cupcake had a unique feature. The lemon ones had a fresh slice of lemon on top and the pink champagne ones had a mini champagne filled bottle on top. Sooo good.

Caitlin truly outdid any expectation that we had. Her flavors are out of this world and everyone raved about how wonderful our wedding cake was! Our cake tasting was also so much fun and easy to book. Prices are completely reasonable and we love supporting a local business. I can’t recommend The Posh Cakery enough!

Caitlin is the BEST!!!! My husband and I chose to do a three tier cake along with 75 mini cupcakes. They were a HIT! We chose multiple flavors for the mini cupcakes- Oreo and Reese’s being two of my favorites. I could ramble all day about GREAT “The Posh Cakery” is! Support this small business, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend The Posh Cakery!! Caitlin was super easy to work with and my wedding cake and grooms cake both turned out amazing! She made a super cute replica of our dog for the grooms cake and everyone loved it! We also got so many compliments on how delicious the cake was!! My husband and I booked The Posh Cakery for our November 2021 wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. The Posh Cakery was SO easy to work with. They were always prompt with their responses, and so accommodating with our cake delivery time (they had multiple other weddings that day) and our pre-wedding tasting. I think the only difficult part of working with The Posh Cakery was deciding on cake and icing flavors! They have so many options and they are ALL delicious, it’s almost impossible to choose! My husband and I actually ending up having a traditional wedding cake, a groom’s cake, AND three different flavors of cupcakes because we couldn’t make a decision. They were even able to add chocolate covered strawberries (my husband’s favorite dessert) to the display with the groom’s cake! Highly recommend booking The Posh Cakery for your big day!

We had ordered a wedding the cake with a fun half icing cover with leaves that looked like they were embroidered. our only thing was that we didn't want any fondant. Posh did an AMAZING job with frosting and the cake was awesome.

I placed a rather last minute order. My fiancé and I paid for the take home tasting kit and decided on their Southern Pecan cake. Since it was so last minute, they were unable to make our grooms cake but that's ok. My baker of a sister KILLED it. Posh delivered our cake timely and placed the floral and topper on for us. The people are kind and the cake is delicious. I would book them every time. Looking forward to our anniversary tier next year! Lol

We love Posh Cakery! Posh did our small wedding tier for the bride and groom to cut, and then cupcakes for our guests. Everything was delicious! Tommie was great to work with and gave us a tailored tasting experience. We ended up choosing so many cupcake flavors because they were all that good! Doing cupcakes for the reception was so fun because of all different flavors, and they even have boozy cupcakes which were a hit! They were on time, set up the cake beautifully, provided cupcake stands...everything was so easy. Thank you! We are going to order more for our anniversary!

We ordered cupcakes from The Posh Cakery for our wedding rehearsal dinner and they were such a hit! We discovered the Posh Cakery at a vendor showcase at our venue and, having already chosen a different bakery for our wedding and grooms cake, decided to enlist them for the dessert at our rehearsal dinner. We were immediately sold when we tried their mini boozy cupcakes! Everyone at our rehearsal loved them. The mini size is perfect so you can try every flavor we ordered, and they're all very reasonably priced! We ordered both regular cupcakes and boozy ones for a total of ~120 cupcakes for ~55 guests. I was very pleased with the service we received with The Posh Cakery. I would definitely order cupcakes from The Posh Cakery again for any event!

We still have people talking about our wedding cakes! We went with five stationary cakes. They were definitely a crowd favorite! We loved being able to meet in person to go over my vision for the cakes. Seeing the final products, I was awestruck!!!! They were stunning. I still go back to look at pictures of how stunning they were. And they tasted phenomenal!! I love POSH’s attention to detail in the layers, fillings, and icing pairings. They are more than just a bakery but an artist.

They are fabulous!!! The cake was beautiful and unique and exactly what we asked for!! The flavors were delicious (we had a different flavor for each of the three tiers) and was even good left over after a week in the fridge!! I would definitely order a cake from them again!!

From start to finish, our experience with Posh was amazing. Our tasting was fabulous, our cakes were absolutely beautiful, and I’ve had so many people from our wedding reach out to ask where we got them from. An exact quote from a friend after our wedding: “My girlfriend has threatened my life if I don’t get the flavors and person who made y’alls cakes” We did 3 cakes: our main wedding cake with each tier a different flavor, a Cholula hot sauce bottle grooms cake, and a cannoli cake. I was blown away by all 3. Caitlin and Tommie truly are the best in the business.

OMG, can't say enough good things about this adorable couple and their amazing cakes and cupcakes! They did my daughters wedding in April and agreed to do mine even though we were outside their delivery area! We had a 4 tier cake and 200 cupcakes including Gluten Free for my daughter that has a gluten allergy and everyone was asking where they came from! Our only disappointment was the lack of left overs!!! We only had 103 guests and thought we had over bought but people just kept eating!!! Would definitely recommend!

We’re still in awe of our cake and cupcakes from wedding by Posh Cakery. Caitlin and Tommie provided amazing, friendly, and professional service. The cake flavors are endless!! And you can have as many as you want. No extra charge. They even made us our maple bacon IPA cupcakes with me. The cupcakes had mini tubs filled with IPA beer stuck place atop!! The talent at Posh Cakery is top notch. The cake designs are awesome. Attention to detail is even given to the mini cupcakes. Highly recommend Posh Cakery for your wedding!! And then highly recommend for baby shower, Birthdays, office parties, anything ;)

The Posh Cakery was the best choice for our wedding day! Caitlyn and Mrs. Helen took our cake ideas and totally brought them to life! I wanted a clean and classic white wedding cake with icing roses on the bottom and it looked absolutely amazing! More challenging, my husband wanted a cut tree stump cake, and they delivered! His cake look liked it it just came out of the forest. Our cakes were also as delicious as they were beautiful. We hardly had any cake leftover!

Caitlin was a dream to work with. We sent her an image of the cake that we had designed, and she completely nailed it for both the wedding and Groom's cakes. I dream of Caitlin's cakes! I was so in love with our wedding cake and grooms cake. Not only did they taste so good, they were more beautiful than I could have imagined! Caitlin at The Posh Cakery did an amazing job on our wedding cake. She hosted my family and I for a tasting prior to choosing for our cake and had many flavors and designs to choose from. We chose to do a 4 layer cake with each layer a different flavor and WOW was it amazing! We did not have any cake leftover after our wedding because guests were going bananas over how good the cake was! My absolute favorite was the vanilla with raspberry filling. We used cream cheese icing over all with a lace finish and monogram letter C on the main layer. With added florals from The Carl House, the cake was classy and beautiful as well as tasty! Caitlin gives the option of saving the top tier of your wedding cake or she will make you a fresh layer 1 year later identical to your wedding day cake. We went with the fresh layer. Who likes frozen cake anyway?! Thank you Caitlin for the perfect wedding cake. We cannot wait until year 1 for our top tier cake :)

Caitlin and her team was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My parents, in-laws, and myself took part in the cake tasting and we were all very pleased. Caitlin has many different flavors and icing to offer to make your cake unique. The taste is so good that I had ZERO leftover pieces of cake after my wedding! I cannot wait for another event so that I can use her and eat her delicious cakes. I HIGHLY recommend the lemon cake with lemon icing and key lime cake with cream cheese icing, you will not regret it!

Caitlin at The Posh Cakery is truly an artist! Beginning at our initial meeting and tasting, she was so sweet and professional. All of her cake flavors were delicious! We chose to go with a three tier naked cake and it was even more perfect than I imagined! Our cake looked like something out of theknot magazine! We were going to have Publix make our cake in efforts to save money, but after meeting with Caitlin we were sure we wanted to work with her precious, personal small business! We are so grateful we chose to work with the Posh Cakery. Caitlin helped make our day absolutely perfect!

Caitlin did a fantastic job on our wedding cake! The taste, design, and value of the cake was a 10/10. My wedding guests tell me how great our cake was and the other deserts we ordered (cupcakes and cake parfaits). Everything was so yummy. Caitlin had us over for a tasting a few month's before our wedding and was so so helpful! You cannot go wrong with anything that you get from her. I 100% recommend!

The Posh Cakery is absolutely amazing. From the time we stepped in for our tasting until the day of they were nothing short of fantastic. I love they we were able to customize our cakes so we had a different flavor combination for each layer​--something for everyone! I have already recommended Posh to two other brides-to-be and after their tasting they stopped looking and booked immediately. USE POSH!

Caitlin is a true artist! Not only are her cakes beautiful, they also taste AMAZING. We couldn't pick a flavor so ended up doing a ton of the mini-cupcakes in different flavors which our guests loved.

Caitlin was awesome! First of all our first tasting was every cake lovers dream! She made beautifully decorated mini cupcakes in all the flavors we wanted to taste with multiple icing options. On the side in little jars she had a couple filling flavors for us to spread on the cake flavors of our choosing. She was super helpful and even ended up creating a Guava filling for our wedding for my Puerto Rican husband which was delicious!! Everything was so good it was almost impossible to make a decision on flavors. Our wedding cake looked even better than I had imagined it and more importantly it tasted amazing! I don't think we had a single piece left over! I'm really looking forward to our 1st year anniversary cake so that I can eat it again!!

Caitlin is AMAZING! We ordered our wedding cake, grooms cake, and mini cupcakes and our crowd LOVED it, was a huge hit! I'm a tad obsessed!

The most delicious cake ever! The Bride is not a “cake person” and will pick any dessert over cake, so I was surprised when we were at our first bridal show and she tasted Caitlin’s cakes and came to me and said, “Mom, I have found our baker!” One taste and the decision was made. Caitlin invites you over for a taste test and she prepares 4 different mini cupcakes based on the bride and grooms choices of 4 different cake flavors and icings to assist you in your decision. We ate every bite and even got to sample some of the fruit flavors as she had another taste testing earlier in the day. I am not a fruit flavored cake person or really a cake person like my daughter, but they were all absolutely delicious and there wasn’t a crumb left on anyone’s plate! Caitlin is so great to work with; a pleasure and a delight are my adjectives to describe her. She decorated both the wedding cake and the grooms cake exactly as the bride and groom requested. Both were simply beautiful. She can take any design you send her and bring it to life on your cake. She arrived on time and then decorated the cake with the flowers that we had ordered. People who have had a wedding will tell you to order significantly less cake for than the number of people who are attending the event as you will have so much cake left over that you will be giving it away and bringing it to work the next day. Well, we had 215 people attending the wedding and took a chance and ordered cake enough for 200, as we ordered an extra sheet cake from Caitlin. After the wedding, I went home with not enough cake to offer to the 8 people who came over the next day to dinner. More guests commented on how delicious the cake was and how they couldn’t resist trying all 3 layer flavors! I would absolutely recommend The Posh Cakery and Caitlin to anyone who needs a cake for any occasion especially one as important as a wedding!!!

The Posh Cakery is absolutely incredible! I highly encourage you to use the Posh Cakery for your wedding and for other special occasions! I have a huge sweet tooth, but honestly I have never been much of a cake (or cupcake) person. I even thought about finding some kind of alternative dessert for our wedding. I met Caitlin (owner of the Posh Cakery) at an open house at our venue. When I tried one of her sample cupcakes, it was absolutely delicious (and I really am very picky when it comes to cake)! I looked at some of her sample books, and was immediately sold! Her cakes are unique and very well-executed. They are also really fairly priced. She has a really lovely bakery area where she welcomed my then-fiance and me and my parents for a tasting. Every flavor combination we tasted was amazing (even my now-husband who is not typically a fan of fruit-flavored desserts enjoyed every one of the flavors we tried). It was hard choosing from so many wonderful options! Caitlin is very flexible and really can do anything! We had three different cake flavors in our wedding cake with various icings and two additional cakes (groom's cake and an extra sheet cake). I sent her descriptions and some images of ideas for the cakes and knew she would do a great job, but I am still amazed at how perfect the cakes looked! She literally made our visions come to life, and the decorating is PERFECT! (I used to decorate cookies at a store and am picky about the execution of decorated baked goods--Caitlin's talent amazes me!). I cannot rave about Caitlin and Posh Cakery enough! Caitlin (and her grandmother/ assistant Helen) are so kind and organized, and her cakes are incredibly delicious and, again, truly perfect! I will encourage everyone I know looking for wedding cakes in the future to absolutely order from the Posh Cakery!

Caitlin Davol is an absolute DREAM to work with, and more importantly a really kind person. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and takes tremendous pride in each cake, no matter how big or small, she produces. Our tasting was so much fun and really gave us an idea of their services and all the options but we didn't feel overwhelmed at all. I had a very simple look I wanted for my wedding cake and Groom's cake and Caitlin turned it into something beautiful. We (meaning mainly my mother-in-law) also had a concern of high temperatures (late summer wedding in the South!) potentially melting our cake but Caitlin constantly reassured me she would have everything absolutely under control. Finally, on our wedding day after finally getting some cake it was absolutely delicious! We took some back to our hotel with us and were so sad we didn't have more. Now we just have to wait until our one year anniversary to get some more!

I cannot say enough awesome things about the posh cakery. From the taste testing to being able to construct a grooms cake from me describing what he was wanting. We met Caitlin through a Carl house bridal event. Her cake will melt in your mouth! She has so many flavors and options to choose from. I highly highly recommend her. She will not disappoint you.

Caitlin makes THE BEST CAKES EVER! Our groom cake and wedding cake were absolutely delicious! Before we made our final selections for our cakes, we did a tasting. ALL of the samples were so good it definitely made it hard to make our final decision! The groom cake was a Dallas Cowboy theme for my husband since he is a HUGE Cowboys fan. The cake was a the football field and she used chocolate covered strawberries for the players and the football. It was AWESOME! I absolutely love rainbow sprinkles, so the middle layer of our wedding cake was all sprinkles and then the top and bottom layers looked like ruffled flower pedals. She added real flowers for some extra color…it was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! When I saw it, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was! It definitely tasted as good as it looked! I highly recommend Posh Cakery to any bride looking for the perfect groom and wedding cakes!
