These girls were so personable while getting us ready and did phenomenal hair and makeup! Will definitely be using the powder room again, and recommending to others! Thanks for everything ladies!!

ed an appointment for that. It was a toner + glaze and a blowout. When I went into the salon I was asked if I only booked a blowout which is stated no. I booked toner and a blowout. After speaking it through I kept being told the books are too bust for me and what I needed. I also let the stylist know I made the appointment through the receptionist who could have asked me more questions as could the stylist herself before the appointment. I even tried to work it out by saying if we could just tone, then I could blowdry my own hair at home and was told no. I was asked to come back a different day. Being a mom with two kids it’s not easy to find time for these appointments and it’s a holiday weekend that I wanted to enjoy with my new colored hair. There was no apologies, no caring, basically “we don’t have time for you.”

told her what I wanted but wasn't sure if it was possible with my hair. Kristen not only made it happen but she exceeded my expectations of what I was envisioning for my hair the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding, she elevated what she did at my trial appointment and my hair looked beautiful. She also honored my wishes to have my makeup be as natural as possible. Both turned out so beautiful and I felt confident the whole day. My hair and makeup also stayed in tact the entire night. She also did something beautiful with my mom's hair that we weren't expecting due to her thin hair. Kristen and her day of partner, Bethany, were also efficient the day of the wedding. We were done with enough time to take pictures that I wanted before myself and my bridesmaids got into our dresses. There was never a time while we were getting ready that I was worried about time. A BIG thank you to Kristen and Bethany for making it happen!

the party needing to get ready off-site, move to the venue, and then finish up, ready for a 3PM ceremony. I had a ton of people tell me this couldn’t be done without starting at 6am. The Powder Room Blow Dry Bar was the only team that told me they could do it and they DID! The team they sent was so much fun. Something I loved about The Powder Room was their makeup was leaning more on the natural/glam side, rather than full glam. I felt so pretty but still like myself! My hairstyle was also super secure and stayed all night long! Absolutely recommend them, and I can’t wait to try out their Blow Dry Bar!

risingly fast for how much hair I have and my curls lasted over 24 hours! I'll definitely be back for my next event. Really cute shop & everyone is super friendly. I've been to DryBar locations in at least half a dozen cities and this was comparable, but honestly better. Prices are appropriate and location is great for ATX suburbs.
