About The Pralinier
(Pronounced: Prah-leen-yay)
At The Pralinier, we believe every praline tells a story — a story of tradition, family, and love passed down through generations.
Our recipe begins with my great-grandmother, Mama Beau, whose pralines were known in our family as the treat you could taste before they ever left the pot. She taught us that good candy isn’t just cooked — it’s cared for. The rhythm of her stirring, the warmth of her kitchen, the joy on her face when she shared her sweets — those memories are the heartbeat of every praline we make.
From there, my grandmother, MaDear, carried those traditions into her own kitchen. She perfected the slow-stirred techniques we still use today and taught us that the secret to an unforgettable praline isn’t in the sugar — it’s in the soul you pour into it. Her touch lives in every batch, every swirl, every glossy finish.
The Pralinier was born to honor these women — their craft, their legacy, and the way they brought people together through something as simple and sacred as a sweet treat.
Today, our pralines are hand-poured in small batches, blending golden Louisiana pecans with buttery cream and sugar to create a melt-in-your-mouth experience rooted in heritage yet elevated for the modern celebration. From intimate elopements to grand New Orleans weddings, our confections carry the spirit of timeless Southern hospitality: warm, elegant, and made with intention.
We never rush a batch.
We never compromise on ingredients.
And we never forget that pralines are more than candy — they are a love language.
From our family kitchen to your biggest moments, we invite you to share a piece of our history with the people you love most. Whether they’re tucked into welcome bags, offered as favors, or enjoyed by the bridal party while getting ready, our pralines add a touch of sweetness that feels personal, heartfelt, and unforgettable.
Small Batch. Big Elegance. A legacy made for your love story.
