My fiancé worked with the staff at the Virginia Beach location for months creating the perfect ring for me. He said that they were easy to work with but since it is a custom made p...iece, that it does take more time. I have since been in the Williamsburg store to have my ring sized and since then cleaned. Very helpful and friendly staff. They seemed very willing to help and answer any questions. I am excited to them to get started on my matching wedding band.
