My experience with Alexia was stressful from start to finish. She repeatedly missed her own self-appointed deadlines, and the o...
nly one she met was the final—by sending my invitations without my approval. Drafts were full of careless mistakes, like misspelling my groom’s last name, inconsistent punctuation, and random characters. I had to follow up constantly just to get responses.
When the invitations arrived, I cried. Colors and textures clashed badly and looked cheap—not at all what I trusted her to create. And when I asked about fixing them, her “solution” was to delay me another 2–2.5 weeks and charge me to redo the design.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough—save yourself the headache. Your wedding invitations should bring joy, not tears. Unless communication, quality, and customer care improve drastically, I cannot recommend Prettiest Pixel.

ful and responsive and has such fabulous ideas. We got the acrylic and she hand sketched a picture of our venue for the details card and I am still swooning over it a month after our wedding. Definitely go with the Prettiest Pixel if you want to be blown away by the quality and beauty! They also did lovely day of place cards and programs for us on a tight turn around. If I could give the Prettiest Pixel more stars I would - as hands down best wedding-related decision we made was to get our invitations and day of materials from them!
