when Alexa sent out these tasks as bullet points via email at the end of the meeting so we could each reply as we had updates. Tara provides honest feedback regarding design and I trust her opinion. On the day of the wedding, Alexa, Tara, and other members of her team were so professional and were able to usher our non-English speaking family everywhere that they had to go. They were able to organize a Chinese tea ceremony with instructions given from my mom the day of the wedding. Tara also touched up my makeup when I cried all of it off after the ceremony. We felt so spoiled and taken care of as a couple. The PPL team tried to get us cocktail hour appetizers and coffee drinks from our coffee cart and drinks from the bar whenever we had a spare moment. My husband ruined his suit morning of the wedding, had to buy a new one, and Alexa had a day of tailor ready to go even though we didn’t end up needing one. We booked a partial planning service, but I felt fully taken care of. They were our best vendor and absolute lifesavers. They deserve every penny and more.

e nothing less than a full story. When we got engaged, we had about nine months to plan our wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club, and if I’m being honest, I was overwhelmed from the very beginning. The first month was consumed with securing our venue, and once that was done, reality hit—there were a thousand moving pieces, decisions to make, and no clear roadmap. Finding the right planner felt like one of the most important decisions we would make. We met Alexa in August, and from our very first conversation, something shifted. What immediately stood out wasn’t just her organization—though that was incredibly apparent—it was her presence. She had this rare combination of operational precision and genuine warmth. She asked thoughtful questions, not just about logistics, but about us—about our relationship, what mattered most, and how we wanted the day to feel. I didn’t feel like just another client. I felt seen, understood, and taken care of before we had even signed a contract. That feeling never went away. Throughout the entire planning process, Alexa was consistent, responsive, and incredibly intentional. She created structure without pressure. She always made it clear what our next steps were, what “homework” we had, and how we were tracking toward the big day—but she did it in a way that felt supportive, never overwhelming. When decision fatigue hit (and it definitely did), she stepped in with thoughtful recommendations and guidance that made everything feel manageable again. What I appreciated most was how she balanced our vision with her expertise. We came in with a general idea—what we called a “Sunset Serene” wedding—but she brought it to life in ways we never could have imagined on our own. Through mood boards, conversations, and thoughtful iterations, she refined and elevated every detail. By the time the day arrived, it wasn’t just what we had envisioned—it was beyond it. The colors, the atmosphere, the emotion of the entire day… it felt like stepping into something we had dreamed of but didn’t quite know how to create. And then there were the moments where she went above and beyond. I wasn’t worried about timelines. I wasn’t thinking about vendors. I wasn’t managing people or logistics. I was living in every moment, fully, deeply, and without distraction. And that is because Alexa and her team were handling everything behind the scenes with what I can only describe as quiet excellence. If anything went wrong that day, I truly have no idea—because they handled it flawlessly. Everything flowed. Everything felt intentional. And yet, none of it felt rigid—it felt natural, effortless, and full of heart. Without them, our wedding would have been stressful, scattered, and overwhelming. With them, it was peaceful, emotional, intentional, and truly magical. What makes them different is not just their organization or design talent—it’s the way they care. The way they advocate. The way they anticipate needs before you even know you have them. The way they make you feel like you are their top priority at all times. To Alexa and the entire team at Pretty Palm Leaf Events—thank you for giving us a day that felt like a dream, and a process that felt like we were never alone in it.

at we ever imagined! From the design process to day of coordination, Alexa and her team are professional, organized, and beyond helpful. Our family and friends were also so impressed with how smoothly our entire wedding day ran, and that is all because of Alexa and her team. I would highly recommend Pretty Palm Leaf Event Co!

e, they were available to us truly whenever we reached out. I did not feel an ounce of stress the entire planning process because they were always 2 steps ahead of me.  On the day of the wedding, they helped set up all of our design elements and made sure everything was running smoothly while we were getting ready. I did not answer a single question the day of (which was my goal). One of my main concerns was waking up at the crack of dawn for hair and makeup & Alexa revised the timeline truly 5x to accommodate me. Tara helped bring our design to life by creating our welcome sign, seating chart, and meal card indicators that were so beautifully done.  On top of it all, Alexa and Tara are nice and fun to work with. I am genuinely sad my wedding is over because I won’t be chatting with them now! Highly highly recommend, I can’t say enough good things about them.

n was effortless. They were easy to talk to, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to them. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Pretty Palm Leaf Event Co. to anyone!!!

uestions to ensure our vision was executed perfectly. She made sure she knew what to do with all the DIY items we handed off and was very organized with all the little details. We love Alexa and would recommend her to anyone that needs Wedding Planning services.

Co. We had 180 guests at our wedding and it went on without a hitch. Alexa and her team will work insanely hard behind the scenes and along with you to create your perfect day. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Pretty Palm Leaf Event Co. and could not recommend them more- it was the best day ever!

e knew right away that we would love working with her. We appreciated that both Alexa and Tara took the time to get to know us as a couple and truly understand our wedding vision, both in terms of design and our priorities for the day. Throughout the entire planning process, Alexa checked in with us and offered help on anything that was causing us stress, even if it was just providing input on a decision that we were unsure about. Having her assistance with all of the logistical items behind the scenes took such a huge weight off of our shoulders, and having her guidance in the last few months leading up to our wedding helped keep us sane and put us at ease. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have ever dreamed! Alexa and her team were great in making sure that everything ran smoothly and that we could be present to enjoy our day. The Pretty Palm Leaf Event team are not only amazing at what they do, but they’re also great, genuine people, and we feel so fortunate to have been able to work with them. We can’t thank them enough for helping us have the most perfect, beautiful day we could have ever asked for!

ut she is also a genuinely kind person who showed throughout the process that she cared about our day turning out exactly how we envisioned it. Initially when hiring a day of coordinator, we imagined it would be a quick pass of the baton type of relationship, but Alexa truly went above and beyond in every way. She took care of every vendor issue and question that arose in the last month, which made the communication more streamlined overall. She helped build out a incredibly detailed timeline (down to the minute) for our wedding day, making sure everyone involved knew the expectations. On our wedding day, I had imagined they would be asking me lots of questions about details, but instead, they truly handled every detail and executed it perfectly. Our entire day went so smoothly (which you never hear of!!) and I have had multiple guests tell me how lovely their interactions were with our coordination team. Alexa and her team are truly a gem to work with, which makes us so sad that it is over! We would highly recommend Pretty Palm Leaf to anyone getting married - you seriously will not regret it!

xa as our wedding planner, and we cannot express how grateful we are for her exceptional service. From the very beginning, she exhibited a level of professionalism that truly set her apart. Her attention to detail was nothing short of remarkable. Alexa carefully listened to our vision and helped translate it into a reality that exceeded our expectations. She seamlessly took over vendor communication and really allowed me and my husband to not be super stressed leading up to and the day of our wedding. Her creativity, flexibility, and tireless work ethic were evident throughout the entire planning process. We truly felt that Alexa and her team were as invested in our special day as we were. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Pretty Palm Leaf Events to any couple or organization seeking a planner who embodies professionalism, attention to detail, day-of organization, and unwavering team support. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and it simply wouldn't have been possible without Alexa's expertise and dedication.

e the ones. Our wedding at the Ole Hanson Beach Club was made even more special thanks to Alexa and her team, whom we discovered through the venue's recommended list. We spoke with a few wedding coordinators, but there was something about Alexa that instantly made us trust her with one of the most important days of our lives. From our very first meeting, we felt we were in good hands, and that feeling only deepened as we started diving into the prep meetings. Navigating wedding planning can be overwhelming, and that's where Alex and Tara truly shone. They helped us sift through the chaos, offering invaluable guidance and tips. Not only did they make the seemingly impossible possible, but they did so with a practical and efficient approach that we absolutely adore. Now, my husband and I may have a knack for procrastination, but Alexa was our savior, always providing clear deadlines and thoughtful summaries of our meetings, making our preparation work a breeze. What truly blew us away was their meticulous attention to detail. Every single aspect we discussed was executed flawlessly, exceeding our expectations. The entire process was not just smooth but seamless and organized with not a single hiccup along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team to all our friends and family embarking on their wedding journey. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Alexa and the team!

th Alexa, we felt like we knew her and could trust her. Coming from a type A-control freak bride, I felt like I could be completely present the day-of and could wholeheartedly trust Alexa, Tara, and Yong to execute our vision, help the day run smoothly, and handle all the behind the scenes efforts for our wedding. They did everything with ease, efficiency, and such grace (we had almost 200 guests!!!) that even if something did go wrong, we had no idea, haha. It was the BEST day, and a big part of that is because we had the BEST coordination team. Thank you all SO, SO much!!!

the planning process was not overwhelming at all! Since they were so detail-oriented, I felt relaxed knowing I could rely on them to make sure everything was taken care of. I found out later that there were some issues with our cake delivery, but I had no idea at all because Alexa had taken care of the issue, which truly describes her professionalism and commitment to doing things perfectly. They are also both just great people -- extremely kind, fun, and easy to work with. We have such great memories of our wedding day and a lot of that is because of Pretty Palm Leaf!

ty of service are unmatched. Her and the team were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the process. Alexa and the team made sure we got exactly what we wanted on all fronts, and the execution on the day of is something we’ll always be grateful for. She made our wedding day the best day of our life. We had so many guests tell us after the wedding how impressed they were with the flow of the day, and how seamless everything was, and we owe that all to Alexa and team. If there were hiccups on the day of, I’ll never know because everything was absolutely perfect and I didn’t notice a thing, and for almost 300 guests and no hiccups…that’s incredible. We can’t thank her enough for making our special day so perfect; Alexa, we’re so grateful to have had you as our planner, and even more grateful to call you a friend. You’re an absolute rockstar.

or had questions. Super supportive and great to work with! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

as our day of coordinator and it was the best decision ever!! Alexa the owner and her team were so great at communicating and organizing our event. My husband and I are pretty clueless when it comes to wedding traditions and structure and PPL was able to take us through everything step by step and keep us on track with our wedding. They are helped so much with communicating with vendors and making sure everything was good and ready to go the day of the wedding. Their set up of my decor was BREATHTAKING! I barely even had a vision for what I wanted and they blew me away on how perfect it all looked. One of the biggest things I loved about PPL was how calm and comforting they were on my wedding day. I was having some anxiety about running behind and other family issues that came up and THE ENTIRE DAY they were so calm, reassuring, and adjusting our timeline on the fly to make everything work so cohesively and flawlessly. It really made a huge difference with my ability to stay present and focused on my big day. My MOH also was able to communicate and coordinate with them the whole night with clean up so I could dance all night long without having to do anything! Thank you so so so much PPL for making my wedding day absolutely perfect.

the month of and it was the best decision - I planned everything on my own up until the timeline I hired them for and they helped me bring my whole vision together in the end. From the month of to the wedding day they exceeded my expectations! My wedding day flowed nicely and because of them I did not feel stressed at all! I 100000% recommend them if you’re looking for extra helping hands to coordinate your wedding. They didn’t feel like just my coordinators - I felt like they were my friends helping me plan my big day! On a side note - I am very particular and OCD when it comes to certain things, and they executed all my wants and needs perfectly. If you’re looking for a coordination team look no further because Pretty Palm Leaf is definitely the way to go!

organized, pleasant to work with and made every single vision for our wedding come to life. There were some things that we were very particular on and some things we left the design/execution up to the PPL team and they absolutely delivered. All of the things we left up to their design and execution turned out better than we could've ever even told them or came up with on our own. The team kept us organized and our wedding day turned out PERFECT thanks to these ladies. We had multiple family members come up to us to tell us how smooth and seamless our whole day was and we 100% credit that to our amazing planning team. Not to mention, we did not have a single thing to stress about and we were able to fully enjoy and be present in our day knowing that this team had everything taken care. We can't say enough good things about this team and would highly highly recommend to anyone in the market for a planning team!

bridesmaid, they were totally able to balance the tough job of being amazing with fellow vendors, while truly catering wonderfully to the client experience leading up to an on the day of the wedding. They have been so amazing to work with, and I always recommend them to my upcoming and future clients! Definitely book with them!

uring and after, but they are also great people. Alexa and Tara kept the day running smoothly down to every last detail. Our friends and family have said multiple times that it was the smoothest running wedding they have ever been to and that’s truly down to our amazing planners. Every detail from pre meetings, to the day of and post wedding have been perfect. We have truly found friends in Alexa and Tara, and we would recommend them to anyone getting married in a heartbeat. We can’t thank them enough!

ttentive, organized, detail-oriented, and personable. She coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, created our wedding timeline, managed our rehearsal, and so much more. She was also super responsive and accommodating to any feedback we had. But more than anything, we could tell how much she genuinely cared about us and our big day. Alexa and her assistant Tara went above and beyond anything we were expecting. Every little detail was executed and our wedding day went so smoothly. We received so many compliments from our family and friends on how organized and on top of everything our coordinators were. I can't recommend Pretty Palm Leaf Events more if you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator!

what I wanted, Alexa made two separate mood boards based on my Pinterest board and that just made it soo much easier to choose, Alexa helped guide us in the right direction and was always on top of things and always came prepared. She made our wedding process go so smoothly! Her timeline for our wedding day was so detailed and organized which I loved. We completely put our trust in her and our special day turned out better than we imagined! On the day of the wedding she was on top of everything, and not once did I have to worry about something going wrong. Alexa would frequently come to check on me and ask if I needed anything, which showed me her love and support. Alexa truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond! Hiring her and her team was the BEST decision we made.

. I found out about the pretty palm leaf through my maid of honor. My MOH sent me their website and that is when I submitted my inquiry. Alexa reached back out to me almost immediately! I remember thinking, "ooh I like this." We set up a time to chat over the phone to go over my vision. I remember thinking how impressed I was after our phone conversation and hired Alexa and her team for our wedding day coordinator. I hired Alexa to help coordinate my wedding and oversee the day of flow. Alexa became so much more than my wedding day coordinator to me. Alexa became my FRIEND, advocate, teammate and my voice when I was so overwhelmed and couldn't speak up. Alexa was thoroughly organized. During our meetings she would remind of things that I told myself a hundred times that I would never forget. Alexa kept the lines of communication completely open throughout the entire planning process. I would text her with wedding ideas and inspo. She would always be so excited to see my vision and text/email me back promptly! The day of our wedding Alexa exceeded our expectations. As she perfected the last-minute details, Alexa checked on me throughout the day. On our wedding day, every time I looked at Alexa she was looking at me smiling. Like she was anticipating my next thought, need or want. Like she was ready to jump in and help with ANYTHING. And she did. Alexa stayed multiple steps ahead of me and I never had to ask for anything. She always knew what I needed and provided it. I remember I was getting ready to walk to our ceremony site from bridal suite and mentioned how thirsty I was. Then, 2 Seconds there was Alexa passing me a water bottle. Thinking about Alexa and her team makes me tear up because Alexa cares so much about her clients. She makes it more than clear that your happiness is her happiness. And this is the type of love and support that you want and NEED on your big day.

. Leading up to the day of she was always quick to respond and made sure there was no detail overlooked. After hearing horror stories from my friends of all the things that went wrong on their big day I was panicked to say the least. Day of SHE WAS A ROCKSTAR! If there was an issue or a problem that day we had zero clue. She handled everything and made the day just flow perfectly. Not to mention she's just about the sweetest gal I've ever met! So if you're considering Alexa and her team SAY YES!!!

Co. by The Knot. It was the BEST referral ever!! The 3 months between me finding my amazing wedding coordinator till the day of the wedding, we had to go through some serious hurdles, with the venue with vendors with the unique COI requirements that got thrown our way and so much more. Needless to say, my wedding was 100% DIY since the venue was just rental. Alexa was on top of everything, she delivered way more than our contract. She helped get through all the issues that were thrown our way and made our dream day come true. Everyone who attended the wedding were amazed at how things turned out and I am positive that wouldn't be the case if it wasn't for Alexa. On the day of the wedding, she had both of her amazing assistants on site and they we equally exceptional. She made sure we got to eat and take breaks throughout the ceremony and coordinated with all the vendors on site to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend Alexa and her team with Pretty Palm Leaf Event Co. for all the events! It was my pleasure working with them and can't wait to have them on my next event! Thanks, you guys! <3

at I wanted and Alexa was able to take it above and beyond anything I could have dreamed of! The attention to detail, the willingness to take my calls and read my emails and texts at all hours, and to have someone who was genuinely so excited about making our day so special made planning a wedding so much fun. Not to mention we had to navigate the Covid experience together, including 2 rescheduled dates and having 2 toddlers. I really had NOTHING to worry about on my wedding day, Alexa and her team took care of all of it and made the day run so smooth. We had so much fun!. Alexa went out of her way to make sure the day was perfect.....and perfect it was. I’ve told everyone I know about how amazing these girls are. I can’t wait to work with them again for other family events!

or the job. She knew all the questions to ask, down to the littlest details we wouldn’t have thought of. Alexa makes you forget how stressful planning a wedding can be, because she is there for you with advice, guidance, and simple reassurance. She comes fully prepared to every meeting, is super responsive (even at late hours), double and triple checks to make sure everything will be on schedule. She coordinated with all our vendors and put together the most detailed timeline for our big day. It was the first time that Alexa coordinated an Indian wedding, and she went the extra mile to learn all the steps involved in the ceremony. What we appreciated the most it was her way of getting things done: in a supportive way. Not bossy, not controlling. We were still in charge of planning our wedding, she just added that extra guidance and support we didn’t know we needed. Even after all our guests had left, Alexa was still running around with her clipboard, making sure the venue is left in order. We had total trust in Alexa and her team, which lead to an amazing wedding day that we were able to enjoy fully.
