when Alexa sent out these tasks as bullet points via email at the end of the meeting so we could each reply as we had updates. Tara provides honest feedback regarding design and I trust her opinion. On the day of the wedding, Alexa, Tara, and other members of her team were so professional and were able to usher our non-English speaking family everywhere that they had to go. They were able to organize a Chinese tea ceremony with instructions given from my mom the day of the wedding. Tara also touched up my makeup when I cried all of it off after the ceremony. We felt so spoiled and taken care of as a couple. The PPL team tried to get us cocktail hour appetizers and coffee drinks from our coffee cart and drinks from the bar whenever we had a spare moment. My husband ruined his suit morning of the wedding, had to buy a new one, and Alexa had a day of tailor ready to go even though we didn’t end up needing one. We booked a partial planning service, but I felt fully taken care of. They were our best vendor and absolute lifesavers. They deserve every penny and more.

e nothing less than a full story. When we got engaged, we had about nine months to plan our wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club, and if I’m being honest, I was overwhelmed from the very beginning. The first month was consumed with securing our venue, and once that was done, reality hit—there were a thousand moving pieces, decisions to make, and no clear roadmap. Finding the right planner felt like one of the most important decisions we would make. We met Alexa in August, and from our very first conversation, something shifted. What I appreciated most was how she balanced our vision with her expertise. We came in with a general idea—what we called a “Sunset Serene” wedding—but she brought it to life in ways we never could have imagined on our own. Through mood boards, conversations, and thoughtful iterations, she refined and elevated every detail. By the time the day arrived, it wasn’t just what we had envisioned—it was beyond it. The colors, the atmosphere, the emotion of the entire day… it felt like stepping into something we had dreamed of but didn’t quite know how to create. And then there were the moments where she went above and beyond. I wasn’t worried about timelines. I wasn’t thinking about vendors. I wasn’t managing people or logistics. I was living in every moment, fully, deeply, and without distraction. And that is because Alexa and her team were handling everything behind the scenes with what I can only describe as quiet excellence. If anything went wrong that day, I truly have no idea—because they handled it flawlessly. Everything flowed. Everything felt intentional. And yet, none of it felt rigid—it felt natural, effortless, and full of heart. Without them, our wedding would have been stressful, scattered, and overwhelming. With them, it was peaceful, emotional, intentional, and truly magical. What makes them different is not just their organization or design talent—it’s the way they care. The way they advocate. The way they anticipate needs before you even know you have them. The way they make you feel like you are their top priority at all times. e, they were available to us truly whenever we reached out. I did not feel an ounce of stress the entire planning process because they were always 2 steps ahead of me.  On the day of the wedding, they helped set up all of our design elements and made sure everything was running smoothly while we were getting ready. I did not answer a single question the day of (which was my goal). One of my main concerns was waking up at the crack of dawn for hair and makeup & Alexa revised the timeline truly 5x to accommodate me. Tara helped bring our design to life by creating our welcome sign, seating chart, and meal card indicators that were so beautifully done.  On top of it all, Alexa and Tara are nice and fun to work with. I am genuinely sad my wedding is over because I won’t be chatting with them now! Highly highly recommend, I can’t say enough good things about them.
