AMAZING!!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We booked the Palmetto Package with Alexa and her team a little over a year before our wedding. From our first phone call with Alexa, we felt like we knew her and could trust her. Coming from a type A-control freak bride, I felt like I could be completely present the day-of and could wholeheartedly trust Alexa, Tara, and Yong to execute our vision, help the day run smoothly, and handle all the behind the scenes efforts for our wedding. They did everything with ease, efficiency, and such grace (we had almost 200 guests!!!) that even if something did go wrong, we had no idea, haha. It was the BEST day, and a big part of that is because we had the BEST coordination team. Thank you all SO, SO much!!!

We had the best time working with Alexa and Tara! I felt extremely supported by them throughout the entire process. They encouraged us to stay true to our vision, and guided us so the planning process was not overwhelming at all! Since they were so detail-oriented, I felt relaxed knowing I could rely on them to make sure everything was taken care of. I found out later that there were some issues with our cake delivery, but I had no idea at all because Alexa had taken care of the issue, which truly describes her professionalism and commitment to doing things perfectly. They are also both just great people -- extremely kind, fun, and easy to work with. We have such great memories of our wedding day and a lot of that is because of Pretty Palm Leaf!

I need to start this review by saying hiring Alexa and her team was the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. The level of professionalism and quality of service are unmatched. Her and the team were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the process. Alexa and the team made sure we got exactly what we wanted on all fronts, and the execution on the day of is something we’ll always be grateful for. She made our wedding day the best day of our life. We had so many guests tell us after the wedding how impressed they were with the flow of the day, and how seamless everything was, and we owe that all to Alexa and team. If there were hiccups on the day of, I’ll never know because everything was absolutely perfect and I didn’t notice a thing, and for almost 300 guests and no hiccups…that’s incredible. We can’t thank her enough for making our special day so perfect; Alexa, we’re so grateful to have had you as our planner, and even more grateful to call you a friend. You’re an absolute rockstar.

We absolutely loved our experience with Pretty Palm Leaf. We had already booked our venue (Ole Hanson Beach Club) and I found them tagged on our venue's instagram. We booked them as our day of coordinator and it was the best decision ever!! Alexa the owner and her team were so great at communicating and organizing our event. My husband and I are pretty clueless when it comes to wedding traditions and structure and PPL was able to take us through everything step by step and keep us on track with our wedding. They are helped so much with communicating with vendors and making sure everything was good and ready to go the day of the wedding. Their set up of my decor was BREATHTAKING! I barely even had a vision for what I wanted and they blew me away on how perfect it all looked. One of the biggest things I loved about PPL was how calm and comforting they were on my wedding day. I was having some anxiety about running behind and other family issues that came up and THE ENTIRE DAY they were so calm, reassuring, and adjusting our timeline on the fly to make everything work so cohesively and flawlessly. It really made a huge difference with my ability to stay present and focused on my big day. My MOH also was able to communicate and coordinate with them the whole night with clean up so I could dance all night long without having to do anything! Thank you so so so much PPL for making my wedding day absolutely perfect.

If I was to plan my wedding all over - I would hire Alexa and her team over and over again! I’m so happy I found them and hired them to help me with my wedding. I hired them for the month of and it was the best decision - I planned everything on my own up until the timeline I hired them for and they helped me bring my whole vision together in the end. From the month of to the wedding day they exceeded my expectations! My wedding day flowed nicely and because of them I did not feel stressed at all! There truly aren't enough words to describe how amazing Alexa, Tara and the Pretty Palm Leaf event team were. From our very first meeting, the girls were extremely detail oriented, organized, pleasant to work with and made every single vision for our wedding come to life. There were some things that we were very particular on and some things we left the design/execution up to the PPL team and they absolutely delivered. All of the things we left up to their design and execution turned out better than we could've ever even told them or came up with on our own. The team kept us organized and our wedding day turned out PERFECT thanks to these ladies. We had multiple family members come up to us to tell us how smooth and seamless our whole day was and we 100% credit that to our amazing planning team. Not to mention, we did not have a single thing to stress about and we were able to fully enjoy and be present in our day knowing that this team had everything taken care. We can't say enough good things about this team and would highly highly recommend to anyone in the market for a planning team!

This dynamic duo has been really fantastic, through and through! They were so on point at the wedding I got to work with them at, and as someone who is a photographer and frequent bridesmaid, they were totally able to balance the tough job of being amazing with fellow vendors, while truly catering wonderfully to the client experience leading up to an on the day of the wedding. Alexa and her team are truly amazing!!! Alexa helped us with the planning process as well as the day of coordinator. At first, I had two visions for our wedding so I was unsure of what I wanted, Alexa made two separate mood boards based on my Pinterest board and that just made it soo much easier to choose, Alexa helped guide us in the right direction and was always on top of things and always came prepared. She made our wedding process go so smoothly! Her timeline for our wedding day was so detailed and organized which I loved. We completely put our trust in her and our special day turned out better than we imagined! On the day of the wedding she was on top of everything, and not once did I have to worry about something going wrong. Alexa would frequently come to check on me and ask if I needed anything, which showed me her love and support. Alexa truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond! Hiring her and her team was the BEST decision we made.

I was struggling to find a wedding coordinator that was a right fit for my wedding. I interviewed a few people and although they were great-they just weren't what I was looking for. I found out about the pretty palm leaf through my maid of honor. My MOH sent me their website and that is when I submitted my inquiry. Alexa reached back out to me almost immediately! I remember thinking, "ooh I like this." We set up a time to chat over the phone to go over my vision. I remember thinking how impressed I was after our phone conversation and hired Alexa and her team for our wedding day coordinator. I hired Alexa to help coordinate my wedding and oversee the day of flow. Alexa became so much more than my wedding day coordinator to me. Alexa became my FRIEND, advocate, teammate and my voice when I was so overwhelmed and couldn't speak up. Alexa was thoroughly organized. During our meetings she would remind of things that I told myself a hundred times that I would never forget. Alexa kept the lines of communication completely open throughout the entire planning process. I would text her with wedding ideas and inspo. She would always be so excited to see my vision and text/email me back promptly! The day of our wedding Alexa exceeded our expectations. As she perfected the last-minute details, Alexa checked on me throughout the day. On our wedding day, every time I looked at Alexa she was looking at me smiling. Like she was anticipating my next thought, need or want. Like she was ready to jump in and help with ANYTHING. And she did. Alexa stayed multiple steps ahead of me and I never had to ask for anything. She always knew what I needed and provided it. I remember I was getting ready to walk to our ceremony site from bridal suite and mentioned how thirsty I was. Then, 2 Seconds there was Alexa passing me a water bottle. Thinking about Alexa and her team makes me tear up because Alexa cares so much about her clients. She makes it more than clear that your happiness is her happiness. And this is the type of love and support that you want and NEED on your big day.

Alexa and her team at The Pretty Palm Leaf were truly the MVPs of my wedding. Alexa went above and beyond bringing my crazy/eclectic vision to life... and trust me it was a lot lol. Leading up to the day of she was always quick to respond and made sure there was no detail overlooked. After hearing horror stories from my friends of all the things that went wrong on their big day I was panicked to say the least. Day of SHE WAS A ROCKSTAR! If there was an issue or a problem that day we had zero clue. She handled everything and made the day just flow perfectly. Not to mention she's just about the sweetest gal I've ever met! Alexa was my wedding coordinator for my wedding on March 13th, 2022. My planning process wasn't lengthy, we had around 3 months before the wedding when I was Pretty Palm Leaf Event Co. by The Knot. It was the BEST referral ever!! The 3 months between me finding my amazing wedding coordinator till the day of the wedding, we had to go through some serious hurdles, with the venue with vendors with the unique COI requirements that got thrown our way and so much more. Needless to say, my wedding was 100% DIY since the venue was just rental. Alexa was on top of everything, she delivered way more than our contract. She helped get through all the issues that were thrown our way and made our dream day come true. Everyone who attended the wedding were amazed at how things turned out and I am positive that wouldn't be the case if it wasn't for Alexa. On the day of the wedding, she had both of her amazing assistants on site and they we equally exceptional. She made sure we got to eat and take breaks throughout the ceremony and coordinated with all the vendors on site to make sure everything went well. To summarize my experience with Alexa and her team....WOW!! I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with this amazing group! I am the type of bride that had a very rough vision of what I wanted and Alexa was able to take it above and beyond anything I could have dreamed of! The attention to detail, the willingness to take my calls and read my emails and texts at all hours, and to have someone who was genuinely so excited about making our day so special made planning a wedding so much fun. Not to mention we had to navigate the Covid experience together, including 2 rescheduled dates and having 2 toddlers. I really had NOTHING to worry about on my wedding day, Alexa and her team took care of all of it and made the day run so smooth. We had so much fun!. We were still in charge of planning our wedding, she just added that extra guidance and support we didn’t know we needed. Even after all our guests had left, Alexa was still running around with her clipboard, making sure the venue is left in order.
