We are an Event Styling Company specializing in themed floral and custom props. We style for weddings, corporate cocktail parties, brand launches, private events and milestone parties.
We create cohesive events in which all details follow a unified "look" - carried through each element of the project. These elements often include Centerpieces, Room Decor, Welcome Bags, Printed Materials, Favors, Linens and Table Numbers. Our capabilities also include custom-built props, fabricated floral pieces, graphic design and even hand-sewn textiles. Depending on the client's needs - we may source antiques for use as a props or commission specialty artists such as laser-engraving and calligraphy. Each of our events are unique, and we love it that way!
Our resume spans nearly two decades between the worlds of celebrity events and in set styling for print and television. You may have seen our work in books, magazines and on TV.
We are best suited to clients who have a clear vision in mind and are seeking to bring a personalized and "new" look to life through decor.

rger wedding that sadly did not occur because of the pandemic, and then helped us re-craft the vision for our intimate elopement. We could not be happier that we chose to work with Jac and The Proppy Shoppe! We would 100% make the decision again in an instant, and if you are considering working with Jac, we'd highly recommend that you go for it! 1) First and foremost, Jac is incredibly professional, timely and responsive. She is a great communicator, and you'll never be left waiting for her to reply or wondering what's going on. Jac goes above and beyond in every aspect of what she does. Need sparklers? handled. Need a cake and champagne? handled. Need help coordinating something for the ceremony? handled. Need help surprising your wife with a first dance song at your elopement? handled. None of those were in Jac's job description - not even close - and she was so happy to help with all of that and more. 2) Second, and equally important, Jac's work is beautiful, creative, and unique to you. She is so far beyond a "florist" and brings wonderful vision and outside-the-box ideas for you to consider. We were blown away when we walked into the room for our elopement. Jac and her team ensured that every little detail was thought of and perfect - from the greenery and flowers, to the plates and linens, to the lighting and room organization, you name it. 3) Third, Jac is always focused on what her client wants... she gets to know you and your vision thoroughly, and she then quickly becomes better able to capture it than you are yourself.... and if you don't 100% love the creative idea she came up with, she is extremely gracious and receptive in taking things in a different direction (while still giving you the professional design input/feedback that you expect/need). She makes your day about you. 4) She works hard to stay within your budget and does it in amazingly creative ways so that you never feel like you are losing out on anything from your wedding vision. This went double (or triple!) for us, as we navigated the craziness of 2020/pandemic wedding planning and replanning. 5) Finally, and maybe most importantly, Jac is just a wonderful person. Throughout all of the 2020/pandemic craziness, we were forced to go back to the drawing board many, many times, shrinking, rescheduling, and/or re-working our event, and Jac was so incredibly flexible, gracious, understanding and helpful coming along with us for this crazy ride. We thank our lucky stars every day that we were able to work with her! We aren't sure we would've survived wedding planning during the pandemic without Jac, and we now absolutely consider her not just an incredible vendor, but a friend. We love how she captured our vision and brought it together for our big day, and we have beautiful memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for everything, Jac!

oped a proposal that allowed me to see the vision. She was open to my feedback and accommodated all our requests. She was so organized and punctual. I didn't even think about her and her team on the day of the wedding because I knew she was on top of everything. I was overjoyed when I walked into our reception and saw how beautiful and warm she had made the space.

I loved all the little extra touches - the personal corsages had elements emphasizing our heritage, the plant selection she chose (we said no flowers, which is tricky) were lovely and worked perfectly and impressive in the variety. And a couple thoughtful surprises for us as a couple were so sweet and appreciated. All in all, the Proppy Shoppe was one of the vendors we were happiest with, and added a lot of magic to the day. could ever even imagine. I wish I could give The Proppy Shoppe ten stars! There certainly isn't enough space here to list all the ways that The Proppy Shoppe made our dreams come true, but here's my favorite example: My wife and I wanted fresh hops at our ceremony because we both love beer and breweries. We were disheartened to learn that fresh hops were out of season and unavailable at the time, but Jac told us "don't worry, I'll grow them for you!" We were floored. Not only did Jac and her husband grow hops for our wedding IN THEIR HOUSE, they sent us pics and updates about how the vines were doing! Who does that?! And this was only a small example of how much we felt taken care of by The Proppy Shoppe.
Jac was also able to take a few ideas we had and run with them. She drew up plan after plan and worked tirelessly to make sure ever single detail was perfect and worked with our vision AND our budget! She also made sure my mom and I knew all of the options that were out there (and she really knows her stuff!).
And finally, The Proppy Shoppe truly nailed the set up on the wedding day. Jac made the venue look the best that it has ever looked and it was even more stunning than I'd imagined it to be. She and her team of the most AMAZING people ever even had to go with the flow when our wedding was moved indoors due to weather and the result was even better than it would have been had we gone with the original plan.
Bonus round! The Proppy Shoppe also handled the design of all of our paper materials from start to finish! Jac designed our wedding monogram, sourced our paper materials, handled the printing and font design, and found and delivered our envelopes to the calligrapher. There's truly nothing these folks can't do!!
I honestly don't know how anyone can get married without The Proppy Shoppe involved. Other than deciding to get married in the first place, hiring The Proppy Shoppe was the best decision we ever made!!

o start with, Jackie- The Proppy Shoppe owner- comes with some serious credentials (ask her about them!) so you can rest assured that she is very well experienced, uses the best team of people available, and has access to the best resources in the area. But most importantly, she is dedicated to delivering what you want and she is an absolute delight to work with! She can provide as many services that you need – from invitations, to welcome bags, flowers, décor items, etc. Her goal is to create a vision that will flow through the whole wedding so your guests feel immersed in the experience. Our daughter had her wedding at the Ryland Inn in NJ. After Jackie talked to my daughter and her finace about their vision for their wedding, Jackie suggested a “Vintage Brewery-Farmhouse” theme which was a perfect blend of their styles. As part of the theme, she created escort cards with vintage bottle openers! Never in a million years would we have come up with that idea- it made the wedding unlike any other and the guests loved them! Beyond that, the reception was stunning with gorgeous flowers, vines, lanterns, table markers, and many other special touches. She delivered everything she promised and more, and she was very respectful of our budget and timetable. I cannot recommend her more highly.

a tremendous amount of time with us in the planning stages, was always SO quick to respond, and also came up with some of the best and most creative decor ideas that totally made the wedding.
Case in point: when she learned the reception was at a whiskey distillery, she suggested us using her custom made cigar bar to place dry food items in as a unique and creative display component. In another example, I wanted to infuse the military/Navy into our wedding and she recommended printing old vintage WWII recruitment posters and scatter them in frames around the room. It was such a hit! That type of creative problem-solving was above and beyond what we would have imagined our vendor providing to us. tremely helpful, responsive, and so easy to work with. I had a vision of how I wanted my bouquets to look, and she made them exactly how I’d described. They were absolutely gorgeous! On the other hand, I wasn’t sure what I wanted for my centerpieces and other decor, so I relied on her expertise. She really took the time to get to know us and what we liked so that she could design the decor that would create the atmosphere that was perfect for our wedding. She delivered exquisite pieces and the decor was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect! Perhaps most importantly, working with her relieved so much of our stress and worry because she was so knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. ve a day that was completely "us". From beginning to brainstorm themes, look and feel, flowers, catering, transporting props, Jaclyn made it so easy for us to capture the wedding day we wanted. Just the right combo of listening and advising. We even had a 'Level 1' and 'Level 2' rain plan due to mixed and unpredictable weather forecast for the week of our wedding. Luckily, we only had to implement Level 1 which meant we had lovely matching umbrellas for each of our guests, allowing us to have our ceremony outside, which was really important to us. I showed her some inspiration photos...I really wanted a bigger, slightly cascading bouquet, something a little unique but not over the top, with white and light pink flowers and some hints of blue. What Jac made for me was absolutely STUNNING! It was the perfect size, made with beautiful flowers, and I loved her use of the eucalyptus as the blue tone and the cascading effect it created. The varying sizes of roses and the baby’s breath added texture and movement within the bouquet. She also made my husbands boutonnière and an extra flower arrangement for our reception. I can’t even tell you how many compliments I received about my bouquet that day and still do when people see our wedding photos. Her work was just beautiful and perfect.
So when it comes to anything event related (especially wedding and floral) Jac and Proppy Shoppe is the one go with!
