The Pros Weddings

s finding but that is because of their business model and how they don't operate as a single studio like most professional photographers or DJs. They are able to cut their overhead costs since they run more like a corporation. But don't let their low rates fool you because they hire the best talent! We had a bundle package with photo, videography and DJ and seriously could not have been happier with each individual service. Each professional sets up an introductory call with you months in advance; then a few weeks before our wedding we had a follow up call with each artist to ensure all our questions were answered and finalize our checklists. Our primary photographer, Haley, was phenomenal to say the least. She captured our entire day so beautifully and had great ideas/poses for different pictures. I’d also like to give her a huge shout out for ensuring we captured a few ‘must-have’ photos throughout the day that I previously asked for. We also had a second photographer, Callie who was there for the first-looks and ceremony photos and also captured a bunch of great pictures of the groom and his groomsmen. Shout out to Callie for ensuring my hair was photo-ready for each picture as it was a bit windy that day haha. Our videographer, Jomil, was also great to work with (and created the most amazing wedding video for us). He captured all the beautiful moments throughout our day so perfectly, creating a visual that we will cherish forever! And finally, our DJ! Shout out to Lloyd who helped throw the best party of the year! Lloyd was a master behind the mic and amazing at keeping the party going all night. I’m not sure how he did it, but he perfectly mixed your standard wedding dance music with Dan + Shay, Def Leppard, Taylor Swift, AND Green Day, without missing a beat (I thought the transitions from different genres would be difficult, but he worked his magic and made the transitions seamlessly). I had multiple people compliment us on our DJ throughout the night too! All in all, go with The Pros, you won’t be disappointed! (Note: our wedding was in PA and I understand they have professionals throughout the country so this statement is more tailored towards this area).

ered any questions we had. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the planning process easy and stress-free. Their packages were also very reasonably priced and fit perfectly within our budget. Alan was our videographer, and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. He captured all of the special moments beautifully, and the final video exceeded our expectations. It made me cry and felt like I was reliving the day while watching it. We will cherish it forever and highly recommend The Pros Weddings and Alan to any couple looking for an amazing wedding videography experience!

us multiple times beforehand to go over everything. It felt like she was just a part of the family for our special day because she blended right in! The problems were -  multiple parts of our ceremony were not recorded (she didn’t record the intro where a speech was given honoring the memory of our loved ones who have passed but would otherwise be there with us … and didn’t record us walking off at the end of the ceremony to our signature song and kissing at the end and the aisle). Also, when we got the video back, we were disappointed to find that during the ceremony, the sound completely cut out multiple times -  a few seconds here a few seconds there. So, for parts of our speeches the video went silent but you could still see us. Overall, good experience before and during our wedding. And even now, we are grateful to have a lot of the day captured on video to re-watch over and over for the rest of our lives :-).

stand the uniqueness of our wedding. They came early and took great shots of the venue. They were present without being intrusive.  Joe captured every " moment" in our pictures. You could hear the laughter , see the emotions, feel the colors and share the love . The pictures are wonderful !  Before the wedding 12/27 ,we spoke and texted regarding expectations and they were blown away .  I am difficult to please but Joe and Julie made remembering my wedding day easy with such beautiful pictures.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat !

at them.

erything easy with their portal by being able to contact our consultant and picking out our photographer. We cannot stress enough how great Stephen was during our day and our pictures look amazing!

r seeing their bio and portfolio. Their platform is super easy to use and puts everything all in one place, which is very convenient. We loved working with the Pros! It does take a while to get your video back, but we got our photos within a week. We loved our photographer and thought she did a good job, but we found that there were a few shots we were missing that we would’ve loved, especially of just the two of us, and that many of the shots were off-center or blurry. So not top-notch quality, but still really good especially for the price. We think it’s worth it overall!

y offering to do what they could to make things right. That being said, last minute my videographer couldn't make it my wedding due to a personal matter. I was informed of this wednesday, 3 days before my wedding, they set me up with a different videographer, Dayra. I was told she would be calling me, when I had heard from her by later in the afternoon on Thursday, I texted the manager I had spoke with the day prior and asked when I should expect to hear from her. She texted me within 10 minutes and we set up a time to chat the next day, Friday. We went over everything, the timeline, locations everything. We agreed to start at the church. She said we were all set. Saturday, I am sitting on the alter and half way through the ceremony I looked around the church to realize Dayra was no there. The main part of that day that I wanted on video was not being filmed. I said ok whatever don't let this ruin your day she probably texted you and will be at the venue check later. Fast forward to arrive at the venue and taking photos before cocktail hour, when I again realize she is nowhere to be seen. After cocktail hour and our entrance, I went into the bridal suit, finally was able to dig out my phone, and there was nothing. Dayra just did not show up. I still have not heard from her and my wedding was a week and a half ago. I have no video of my day. If you are looking for a reasonably priced videographer or photographer, definitely look here, the manner was handled professional I was given a full refund. I would not recommend choosing Dayra as your pro for the day.

! They wanted to make our day special and they did! We love their vibe and personalities!! We 100000% recommend using the Pros. Our DJ was Mike and our photographer was Diwan!! Amazing gentleman!!!!

Leigh Ann. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The manager was super attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. Each person reached out a week prior to the wedding and confirmed all the details of the wedding, as well as any inspiration for your special day. They all showed up on time and made our special day the best it could be. Andrae and Alex made sure to capture all of the important moments, plus more. Mike made the transitioning of the timeless seamless and easy. He played music that I requested and was quick to adjust if needed. Nelly set up our photobooth and provided a bunch of props for us to use, and everyone was able to get a printout after taking a photo. the turnaround time was absolutely amazing. I got married on 10/11/25 in Rhode Island, and I got the photos back on 10/15/25 and the video back on 10/18/25- Less than a week after my wedding! For the price, you cannot beat it.

of my cousins for her wedding a few years ago! Hugh was super nice and made feel less awkward when doing the video and I can’t wait to see the finished video!! DJ Frank was such a good DJ, he made sure everyone gave plenty of love, played PERFECT music and was overall so sweet and accommodating. Thank you to ThePros for making my day so great!

We picked Jamie as our photographer and Eric as our videographer. They showed up to our hotel on time and ready. Their ideas made our pictures come out gorgeous.

but was unable to choose wedding photos for my wedding album.  I became pregnant shortly after then went to be with my father when he passed.  A lot of things happened and I never chose photos.  I was sent a video of my wedding and no photos and no wedding album.  I paid for all of them. When (years later I will admit) I called for help they spoke over me and were dismissive.  There is “nothing they can do”. If you want to check boxes go ahead and book them. If you want a beating heart or manners DO NOT BOOK THEESE PEOPLE!!!! They DO NOT fulfill their contract if you do not hound them! No offer or a refund for the wedding album they NEVER provided. Just cash the check and move on to the next one. No offer to put me in touch with the photographer to see if she had any photos….nothing. My wedding day will forever be marred with the news of my father’s impending death. I finally wanted to print photos to celebrate. Now I won’t be able to. All I am left with is that same sinking feeling. I was not even listened to. They just spoke over me.

of the reception going perfectly. The company itself manages a LOT of detail through their web platform, and one of their agents is with you through the whole process to make sure everything is set up the way it's needed. The only issue we had was with the way the communications moved from us to the website to the DJ who came for the wedding -- there was some confusion about things that needed to happen, even with various phone calls and texts in the week prior to the wedding. Otherwise, we had a great experience with The Pros and would use them again.

ing shots for example all of our bridal party together. Bride and groom poses in church dress. We have some of us in the church. There are no photos of my family all together. My mom, dad cousins and siblings. No photos of my immediate family all together my husband my children and I. These were all requested. We were asked to send a list before the wedding and we did. We also met with the photographer prior to the wedding and discussed our request. On the phone call she stated she could follow our schedule and request. The day of she refused to do so. I complained via email and was called back by someone who called to defend the photographer. Each one of my concerns that I emailed was met with a rebuttal the defended the photographer instead of making things right with me a customer. I felt discriminated against. I cant think of any other reason to be treated this way. Ignored by the photographer and dismissed by the Pro's customer support rep. The solutions they offered photo edits, a photo book or 1 free hour of photography can not make up for missing photos of our family and friends coming from all over the world to celebrate our special day with us. Be careful I would not do it. This was a waist of money. A few thousand dollars goes a long way when you are planning a wedding. Don't do it!

rtfolios and choose the one who matched our personalities. Our photographer was great. Communicating several times ahead of the event, sharing Pinterest photo style inspirations and ideas. We added a second photographer ay the last minute, who was also very proficient at his job. Everyone loved their personalities the day of. The pictures were absolutely amazing. The website hosting is great, with the option to share a guest link with a separate password so that only the pictures we want shared are available. Great service, great value.

vin and videographer Aaron were great ! I would 100% recommend and use them for other events.

em. They made our day very special allowing us to get amazing pictures, a dj that just brightened our day with his personalty , and a videographer that did his job so well you didn’t even notice him there. They were all very professional. Renee the lady that helped set everything up was magnificent always making sure everything was on time and reminding us of things we might forget knowing how busy our schedule was preparing for our day. I loved them and would recommend them to anyone!

head of the big day. We received our photos within two weeks and it was easy to order physical prints or download digital ones. The video came through a little later on but it was worth it. Our guests also loved the photo book memories and the strips were a great gift for people at the end of the night! Would recommend The Pros to anyone looking to bundle these services together.

away from the event. I didn’t have to direct him. He didn’t have to direct me. It was a natural flow of videography and I can’t wait to see the result of our video. Abhishika she is such a gem. She definitely came and did exactly what she was supposed to do. She had great direction. She was very patient. She was very kind. He got all of the shots. Definitely got our moneys worth lol. And the videographer and photographer worked so well together as a team it was just an amazing experience overall I would definitely recommend highly again.

azing. The package deals from the pros are very affordable.

ct. Exactly what I asked for. Even better, I could pay for both of them through one company instead of having to keep track of who was paid and who was not. Easy peasy. Music was fantastic and the pictures are amazing! Highly recommend The Pros.

t over the schedule together. additionally i had guests asks for songs that were never played so i assumed it was a precreated playlist and didnt know how to add in songs. photos were ok. didnt like a ton of them

st but then when we wanted to add extra hours it was like $200 per hour per person. There’s so much budgeting that goes into a wedding, we weren’t expecting to have to pay $800 just for two more hours with the photo and video.

o... in the end I did not get photos with more than half of the guests, in the video I expected to see my mother-in-law singing in the church, it was an important moment in the ceremony but the video boy did not record that, I really missed a very important moment. I did not like them to make the decisions without consulting you and really when they called me it was two days before the wedding to tell me that they had everything under control that what are the important points and nothing else... the DJ really was the worst of the night I sent him a full floor for a traditional dance (another culture) and he cut it in half whenever he could because he wanted to end that part and continue with a script imposed by him, then he did not accept requests for songs because he was He was scheduled with a certain music and when I sent him the music list, he told me that he could not all because it was his turn to pay him for access to certain songs. In Concussion, the only thing I recommend about my night was the photographer and the video boy, but they should take more time to meet the couple and their needs.

as so nice. I received the video a lot faster than what they told me. And when i say fast i mean it. It was perfect. They captured all memories. And i'm so glad i went through with the pros ❤️

ofessional, creative, and a joy to work with. We are so grateful for the beautiful, timeless memories they created for us!

s and weeks after once we received our photos, and video. Hugh did an incredible job with our engagement shoot and with our wedding photos. Saul did a fantastic job on our wedding day. Jomil was awesome behind the video camera and captured all of the important moments for us. We could not be more thrilled with the services that we received and the final product that we now will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you Pros!

everything I hoped for and more!

ne wanted to leave the dance floor, even our older guests. Jamie’s photos came out amazing. She kept us on time with photos so we could get all of our must have shots while still getting to enjoy our day. Working with the pros was completely stress free and everything turned out so perfectly on our special day!

l different photographer/videographers’ styles. Our photographer, Tamara, was very professional, patient and listened to our suggestions for photos. She was able to capture in the moment photos that we would have missed. Our videographer, Aaron, was very professional, patient and was creative with scene set-up. We would highly recommend them for your special day.

The DJ was late and didn’t have our songs for the ceremony downloaded (there was no service at the venue which I warned him about), we then had to wait for him to change outfits to start the reception. The videographer got lost even though I sent him 3 maps beforehand and we had to start our first look late and then it started raining.. so we had to cut the photos before the ceremony short. And the video we received was awful, shaky and terrible angles. I couldn’t even get myself to request edits because I didn’t know where to start.. I made my husband do it. Our photographer we selected quit so we had one randomly assigned last minute and she looked like she wanted to be literally anywhere else. We got some good shots but overall not mind blowing photography and she missed some good moments being captured. Our wedding was at a remote location so I know we had limited options… but these services were the only stressors of the day and my biggest regret.

re shy and a little awkward but she made us feel at ease and posed us really well. We could truly enjoyed the poses and her attention, as well her ability to blend in and take pictures throughout the ceremony and reception. Her skill came out in her photos and I was happily stunned by the beautiful captures she got. Our DJ, Michael, he was also wonderful as our MC. He guided us throughout the way making us feel comfortable and transition from one moment to another so aimlessly. He was great using our playlist of music choices too! We are still waiting for our video, but our videographer, Cyrus, communicated with us on our wedding. I could tell he was very in sync with our photographer, and much like her, he seemed to really flow well amongst the crowd of guests and throughout the entire wedding. I took a peek a few times and noticed he had a big smile on his face-truly a great sign that this is a job he loves and filled with passion. It helped a lot that our wedding was also at Valle Vista, a venue they were incredibly familiar with, which saved so much time for set up and flow of location. Our wedding could go so well thanks to them. You cannot go wrong going with the Pros!

ul for! Can't wait to see the final result:) Would 100% recommend, they quality and affordability were unmatched.

om other people. If you combine 2 or 3 services you can save money. They also run specials each month so you can receive a discount. I choose two services photo and video and both were very professional. Both arrived on time and they coordinated well together to capture my most important day of my life. Thank you to Marie and Julian.

s we talked through my expectations. They were open with communication and made the day fun and magical, at times I didn’t even know they were there taking in the special moments. I would recommend them every time

floor was hoping all night, right up until the end! You were able to read the crowd and keep everyone happy and engaged. You did an excellent job with announcements and all the music. Tom, We got so many compliments at Marissa’s and Garretts wedding with the excellent photography. Tom was taking terrific pictures from the beginning of Marissa getting dressed to the couple walking out with the sparklers. He had a knack for posing and having some fun pictures also. Tom did an excellent job taking pictures!
