ndors, DJ, Photo, and Video would cost less that what most photographers were asking. After looking at the reviews online we knew we had found the vendor for us. We went on and signed up for all 3 vendors, picked "Our Pros" and it was as simple as that. We worked with our DJ Roger throughout the lead up to pick our songs, our vibe, etc. And then were in contact with the Photographer and our two videographers the week of the wedding. Everything was seamless, whenever I wanted to add something to our contract i.e. the second videographer, extending the pros time by an hour, purchasing the 30-40 minute video package, literally anything we needed, I'd send an email over to our Event Rep Lynne and it would get handled within a few hours. I cannot say enough good things about the pros and the services they provide. The pictures came back within a week and came out amazing, we just submitted our editing notes for the videos and are now waiting on those. If the editors are anything like everyone else that we have had the pleasure of working with, we know they're going to turn out amazing as well. Being 26 years old we have a lot of friends that are getting married within the next few years and I have recommended The Pros to ALL of them, and I am very harsh when they tell me they already booked their photographer (or one of the other vendors) for $3500+ dollars. This company saved us so much money, time, and effort, all while delivering a product that is comparable if not better than most individual contractors. Seven stars, 12/10 rating. s finding but that is because of their business model and how they don't operate as a single studio like most professional photographers or DJs. They are able to cut their overhead costs since they run more like a corporation. But don't let their low rates fool you because they hire the best talent! We had a bundle package with photo, videography and DJ and seriously could not have been happier with each individual service. Each professional sets up an introductory call with you months in advance; then a few weeks before our wedding we had a follow up call with each artist to ensure all our questions were answered and finalize our checklists. Our primary photographer, Haley, was phenomenal to say the least. She captured our entire day so beautifully and had great ideas/poses for different pictures. I’d also like to give her a huge shout out for ensuring we captured a few ‘must-have’ photos throughout the day that I previously asked for. We also had a second photographer, Callie who was there for the first-looks and ceremony photos and also captured a bunch of great pictures of the groom and his groomsmen. Shout out to Callie for ensuring my hair was photo-ready for each picture as it was a bit windy that day haha. Our videographer, Jomil, was also great to work with (and created the most amazing wedding video for us). He captured all the beautiful moments throughout our day so perfectly, creating a visual that we will cherish forever! And finally, our DJ! Shout out to Lloyd who helped throw the best party of the year! Lloyd was a master behind the mic and amazing at keeping the party going all night. I’m not sure how he did it, but he perfectly mixed your standard wedding dance music with Dan + Shay, Def Leppard, Taylor Swift, AND Green Day, without missing a beat (I thought the transitions from different genres would be difficult, but he worked his magic and made the transitions seamlessly). I had multiple people compliment us on our DJ throughout the night too! All in all, go with The Pros, you won’t be disappointed!

Alan was our videographer, and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. He captured all of the special moments beautifully, and the final video exceeded our expectations. It made me cry and felt like I was reliving the day while watching it. We will cherish it forever and highly recommend The Pros Weddings and Alan to any couple looking for an amazing wedding videography experience!

us multiple times beforehand to go over everything. It felt like she was just a part of the family for our special day because she blended right in! The problems were - multiple parts of our ceremony were not recorded (she didn’t record the intro where a speech was given honoring the memory of our loved ones who have passed but would otherwise be there with us … and didn’t record us walking off at the end of the ceremony to our signature song and kissing at the end and the aisle). Also, when we got the video back, we were disappointed to find that during the ceremony, the sound completely cut out multiple times - a few seconds here a few seconds there. So, for parts of our speeches the video went silent but you could still see us. Overall, good experience before and during our wedding. And even now, we are grateful to have a lot of the day captured on video to re-watch over and over for the rest of our lives :-).

It does take a while to get your video back, but we got our photos within a week. We loved our photographer and thought she did a good job, but we found that there were a few shots we were missing that we would’ve loved, especially of just the two of us, and that many of the shots were off-center or blurry. So not top-notch quality, but still really good especially for the price. We think it’s worth it overall!

y offering to do what they could to make things right. That being said, last minute my videographer couldn't make it my wedding due to a personal matter. I was informed of this wednesday, 3 days before my wedding, they set me up with a different videographer, Dayra. I was told she would be calling me, when I had heard from her by later in the afternoon on Thursday, I texted the manager I had spoke with the day prior and asked when I should expect to hear from her. She texted me within 10 minutes and we set up a time to chat the next day, Friday. We went over everything, the timeline, locations everything. We agreed to start at the church. She said we were all set. Saturday, I am sitting on the alter and half way through the ceremony I looked around the church to realize Dayra was no there. The main part of that day that I wanted on video was not being filmed. I said ok whatever don't let this ruin your day she probably texted you and will be at the venue check later. Fast forward to arrive at the venue and taking photos before cocktail hour, when I again realize she is nowhere to be seen. After cocktail hour and our entrance, I went into the bridal suit, finally was able to dig out my phone, and there was nothing. Dayra just did not show up. I still have not heard from her and my wedding was a week and a half ago. I have no video of my day.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced videographer or photographer, definitely look here, the manner was handled professional I was given a full refund. I would not recommend choosing Dayra as your pro for the day.

Leigh Ann. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The manager was super attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. Each person reached out a week prior to the wedding and confirmed all the details of the wedding, as well as any inspiration for your special day. They all showed up on time and made our special day the best it could be. Andrae and Alex made sure to capture all of the important moments, plus more. Mike made the transitioning of the timeless seamless and easy. He played music that I requested and was quick to adjust if needed. Nelly set up our photobooth and provided a bunch of props for us to use, and everyone was able to get a printout after taking a photo. the turnaround time was absolutely amazing. I got married on 10/11/25 in Rhode Island, and I got the photos back on 10/15/25 and the video back on 10/18/25- Less than a week after my wedding! For the price, you cannot beat it.

but was unable to choose wedding photos for my wedding album. I became pregnant shortly after then went to be with my father when he passed. A lot of things happened and I never chose photos. I was sent a video of my wedding and no photos and no wedding album. I paid for all of them. When (years later I will admit) I called for help they spoke over me and were dismissive. There is “nothing they can do”. If you want to check boxes go ahead and book them. If you want a beating heart or manners DO NOT BOOK THEESE PEOPLE!!!! They DO NOT fulfill their contract if you do not hound them! No offer or a refund for the wedding album they NEVER provided. Just cash the check and move on to the next one. No offer to put me in touch with the photographer to see if she had any photos….nothing. My wedding day will forever be marred with the news of my father’s impending death. I finally wanted to print photos to celebrate. Now I won’t be able to. All I am left with is that same sinking feeling. I was not even listened to. They just spoke over me.

The company itself manages a LOT of detail through their web platform, and one of their agents is with you through the whole process to make sure everything is set up the way it's needed. The only issue we had was with the way the communications moved from us to the website to the DJ who came for the wedding -- there was some confusion about things that needed to happen, even with various phone calls and texts in the week prior to the wedding. Otherwise, we had a great experience with The Pros and would use them again.

My mom, dad cousins and siblings. No photos of my immediate family all together my husband my children and I. These were all requested. We were asked to send a list before the wedding and we did. We also met with the photographer prior to the wedding and discussed our request. On the phone call she stated she could follow our schedule and request. The day of she refused to do so. I complained via email and was called back by someone who called to defend the photographer. Each one of my concerns that I emailed was met with a rebuttal the defended the photographer instead of making things right with me a customer. I felt discriminated against. I cant think of any other reason to be treated this way. Ignored by the photographer and dismissed by the Pro's customer support rep. The solutions they offered photo edits, a photo book or 1 free hour of photography can not make up for missing photos of our family and friends coming from all over the world to celebrate our special day with us. Be careful I would not do it. This was a waist of money. A few thousand dollars goes a long way when you are planning a wedding. Don't do it!

I did not like them to make the decisions without consulting you and really when they called me it was two days before the wedding to tell me that they had everything under control that what are the important points and nothing else... the DJ really was the worst of the night I sent him a full floor for a traditional dance (another culture) and he cut it in half whenever he could because he wanted to end that part and continue with a script imposed by him, then he did not accept requests for songs because he was He was scheduled with a certain music and when I sent him the music list, he told me that he could not all because it was his turn to pay him for access to certain songs. In Concussion, the only thing I recommend about my night was the photographer and the video boy, but they should take more time to meet the couple and their needs.

The DJ was late and didn’t have our songs for the ceremony downloaded (there was no service at the venue which I warned him about), we then had to wait for him to change outfits to start the reception.
The videographer got lost even though I sent him 3 maps beforehand and we had to start our first look late and then it started raining.. so we had to cut the photos before the ceremony short. And the video we received was awful, shaky and terrible angles. I couldn’t even get myself to request edits because I didn’t know where to start.. I made my husband do it.
Our photographer we selected quit so we had one randomly assigned last minute and she looked like she wanted to be literally anywhere else. We got some good shots but overall not mind blowing photography and she missed some good moments being captured.
Our wedding was at a remote location so I know we had limited options… but these services were the only stressors of the day and my biggest regret.

We could truly enjoyed the poses and her attention, as well her ability to blend in and take pictures throughout the ceremony and reception. Her skill came out in her photos and I was happily stunned by the beautiful captures she got.
Our DJ, Michael, he was also wonderful as our MC. He guided us throughout the way making us feel comfortable and transition from one moment to another so aimlessly. He was great using our playlist of music choices too!
We are still waiting for our video, but our videographer, Cyrus, communicated with us on our wedding. I could tell he was very in sync with our photographer, and much like her, he seemed to really flow well amongst the crowd of guests and throughout the entire wedding. I took a peek a few times and noticed he had a big smile on his face-truly a great sign that this is a job he loves and filled with passion.
It helped a lot that our wedding was also at Valle Vista, a venue they were incredibly familiar with, which saved so much time for set up and flow of location. Our wedding could go so well thanks to them.

James was our DJ and he came with high energy and he was full of surprises throughout the night. He kept us dancing and laughing! He also was easy to talk to during the process and made sure we had what we wanted for our special day.
Sean was our videographer and he was great! My guests even complimented me on how great he was all night! He caught well wishes and special moments throughout the wedding. My husband also had so many nice things to say about Sean. He even said he was the “perfect guy” for the job!
Jerry was our photobooth operator and he came with so many fun props that provided us with so many fantastic photobooth pics. He also gave me a memory card with all the photobooth photos so that was fun to look at the next day.
