Paula, did amazing work, but we didn't get about half of the photos we asked for, including family shots and sentimental pictures with our kids. She also continued to call/text up till July 1st begging for a review.

Again, Arthur was a great addition to the team for the day. Last but not least, my videographer Vanessa was the perfect fit. She worked on the sidelines and knew when to intervene to capture great moments. I am excited to see the footage as I know she was present at all the right times. She worked well with my bridal party and her fellow colleagues. She was charming and very easy to talk to. All in all, I am very happy to have chosen to go with The Pros. The team at my wedding were professional, creative, well-humored, great listeners and produced top quality work. If I’ll ever need the services in the future they will be my first pick! party and I was very nervous after our conversation that my group wasn't going to keep it together and we weren't going to get all of our photos that we wanted. He knew that we were on a time crunch and got every single photo I asked for. Stephen kept everyone in line and the process moving. He had a lot of patience with us. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful. We had worked with him for engagement photos too. I think using the same photographer for engagement and wedding photos is very important because you get to know them and they get to know you. Stephen had several tips on how to make photos look good and because we had already worked with him once, he didn't have to interrupt our wedding day photos to remind us what to do. The turn around on getting photos back was exactly what was promised. Steve (different person) also handled our photo booth very well. Everyone said it was a hit! He even sent us with a flash drive afterwards so we already had something to look at immediately following the wedding. Caroline our videographer was awesome! In our phone call beforehand she said to trust her and she knew how to make an excellent video for us and what to capture. We only have the raw footage and not the actual video, but I am 100% confident the video will turn out great. Everything I have seen with the raw footage exceeded our expectations. Michael our DJ made our reception so fun. We had so many people come up to us during and after the wedding telling us how great of a job he did. He kept the energy up and played exactly the type of music I asked for. He was super adaptable too and communicated with me, my husband and parents throughout the night about our schedule and what was next. I picked a long song to dance with my dad too and I didn't realize how long it was going to be until we were actually dancing. All I had to do was give Michael a look and he knew exactly what to do. He faded the music perfectly. It was awesome. He also came up to me in the middle of the night and said someone had requested a slow song. He wanted to make sure I was okay with changing up the vibe for one song. I was of course okay with it but I was just super appreciative he asked me before doing anything. I 100% reccommend working with the pros. You will not regret it.

Even though we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, Leigh Ann was understanding of our situation and provided great service to find us replacements for our new date. Not only did The Pros work with us and our changes, they were the only vendor that we hired that made us feel like they had the time for us despite the other customers they had. They responded everytime we reached out and did not make us feel like a burden or an inconvenience. down with Covid 4 days before the wedding and the owner Hugh Riley called me. I was very impressed. He got us setup with another guy named Gene and he learned everything we needed in a few days. He was amazing. He had the crowd going all night long on the dance floor and was just so friendly and engaging. I can't say enough good things about him. For our photography we had Sherri and her husband. They were incredible. They captured every moment and were very involved in taking pictures of everyone. The Pros are the best at what they do!!!!

We are not the most creative couple and Jason did a great job setting us up with excellent photos, locations and made it fun and relaxing for pictures. He helped throughout the day making sure Nikita and I were comfortable and had what we needed! Our DJ Terah G. was also great! She played an excellent arrangement of the songs we collected and made sure to keep people out on the dance floor! She even went out of her way to find a special song request for a song she didn't have for the flower girl to dance with the groom. It was adorable and much appreciated! We are so happy we ended up going with the Pros.

On our introductory conversation we discussed our vision and he made our vision come to life!! heir staff needed a lot more detail of what the couple wanted than what was provided in their old pre-wedding forms. While I can’t redo those photos/video to have elements that I would’ve wanted, it’s just a matter of taste and style that I didn’t mesh with. As for editing, I probably needed someone who took the reigns because I didn’t want to have to make those decisions. The pros wants to give that control to their customers. Again, it was unfortunate that my preference wasn’t really what they offer. Their CEO Hugh was so nice and I enjoyed talking to him. They do care about their customers. My photos were so plain and there are hardly any pictures of me and my mother. They cared more about taking photos of my guests dancing. Every photo of me and my husband was so “posed”. There’s no whimsical shadowing or candid pictures. It’s all of us standing under the arch where the ceremony took place. The same with all the photos with our parents and bridal party. I hate them all. The video lighting was horrible and the transitions were just so outdated you would’ve thought by the quality that I got married 15 years ago. And when I expressed how unhappy I was with the quality of the photos or video I was told that “I need to tell them what I want edited”. Isn’t that your job as the professionals!? I don’t have experience in photography or videography. How am I supposed to know how to adjust lighting in a photo or saturate colors? The website to view and save photos is so ungodly outdated and not user friendly at all. Also my DJ was switched last minute and this guy didn’t play one slow song for couples to dance to. If you’ve made it this far my suggestion would be if to make sure you relay the style you want to your photographer and videographer. And if your vision doesn’t match what can be offered then you have to make the decision on whether you want to use that photographer/videographer/DJ

Played "Love and Marriage" as my wife was walking down the staircase (from Married With Children) which we definitely did not request, mispronounced our last name, and even started a fight with the photographer in the middle of the event. We were so thrilled to finally be at our special day that we didn't let it phase us but wow what a bad DJ. Fortunately we can look back it and smile now. EDIT: The vendor responded to this review by immediately reporting it to the site for removal. It is only because we had recently gone through our old paperwork and could find the receipt from 16! years ago for proof that you're even seeing this review.

our photobooth came with anything such as a backdrop or props. She fought me back and forth saying I didn't have a photobooth in my contract and even sent me a copy of it during our chat. Sure enough, I read it and it said right on there Photobooth with scrapbook. So I sent her a screenshot showing where it said it, and asked yet again if I needed to provide props and a backdrop, and all she said was she sees it on my contract now. Mind you this was almost a whole week later and I had to followup asking if she had any info for me. To top it all off, I tried to login the other day and the page just kept refreshing. I used the little chat box to tell them their website was broken, but no, my whole profile and contract were actually deleted. I couldn't believe it. The gal on the chat told me she'd let my advisor Janine know so she could reach out to me and get everything corrected, and I hadn't heard from anyone since. I decided to cancel my contract today and demanded a refund which I was not given. I lost all faith in this company and I do not recommend them at all. I'm sure the talent they hire is incredible, but I couldn't handle the stress and lack of communication during planning.

She answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable about the company’s services. Our photographers David and Jillian were the absolute best. The two of them made sure every detail of our wedding was captured, from decor photos to posed photos and candid shots. The two worked together great and were able to bounce ideas off of each other and were very open to any ideas or suggestions we had as well. We ended up with the most stunning wedding photos that are even more beautiful than we imagined! David and Jillian were able to capture all of the emotions and love that was being felt in the exact moment. We also strongly recommend The Pros because of their excellent “Package Deals.” We were able to hire two photographers for several hours, receive touched up digital photos and a printed photo album at a very competitive cost compared to other vendors we looked in to. A picture is worth a thousand words, and the smiles on our faces says it all! You’ll be glad you hired The Pros!
