Pros: offer lunch menus and dinner menus, diverse packages to choose from, they work with your budget, most staff is friendly. Most guests liked the delicious food!
Cons: Grand bal...
lroom was very hot (I asked twice to increase the AC but there was little relief! many guests complained), no windows in the Grand ballroom!. I had to ask for a food tasting, final walk-through and final phone appointment but I wish they initiated this type of communication vs the bride/groom initiating it.
Overall, great venue for a party/celebration, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for a wedding reception. I don't believe they specialize in weddings but they can help host a wedding (there is a difference, if you know, you know..). Highlyyyyy recommend having a day of coordinator if booking with Proud Bird; thankfully our coordinator helped us alot!
