We had our ceremony on the lawn of the Ptown Inn in Sept 2020. It was a very small, intimate wedding, but the area could easily accommodate a much larger group. The backdrop of the ocean is unmatched. It was so nice to have our guests staying o...
n site with a very short walk to the ceremony location. The Inn is a great location for access to commercial street, and our guests really enjoyed all of the shopping and dining options so close by. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding, Eric Anderson was great to work with. He answered our questions and accommodated our requests, all while navigating the ever-evolving landscape of Covid-19. We had an amazing day!

Our wedding at the Provincetown Inn was better that we ever could have imagined. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you especially to Eric who communicated with us constantly in the ten months leading up ...
to the wedding and answered every single of our countless questions and requests, helping us make our perfect day possible. The food was amazing and we received lots of compliments. Our family and friends, many who had never spent that much time in Provincetown before, absolutely loved the weekend, and a few even asked to extend their trip and many are planning trips back. There is plenty of room at the hotel for people to stay, prices are super reasonable for the Cape in the summer, and there is ample parking. The pool was a huge hit for everyone and was a perfect place for people to meet up on a hot summer weekend. We absolutely loved the suite we stayed in (especially the incredible views) and it was a great place for all of the girls to get ready the day of the wedding. We did our first look outside of the suite and it worked out perfectly - super private while being accessible. We got super lucky with the weather and even had a rainbow over our tent!

Great venue! Plenty of space and great options for an indoor or outdoor wedding. Food is good and has many options as well. Eric handled all our needs in a professional and prompt way! The rooms are a little dated but it fits well with the Cape...

We booked the Provincetown Inn for our late August wedding. It was dream come true from the (more than) reasonable pricing to the customer service by all. We love Provincetown and the ocean views surrounding the Inn are outstanding. The Inn is ...
one of the few lodging places in Ptown that allow for ample parking of all their hotel guests. Eric, the sales/event manager first showed us around the venue before we had decided anything concrete and we booked a date with him merely 3 days later. The whole process with Eric in the year leading up to our day was so effortless. The suite they booked us in was perfect for our needs, the whole wedding party (8 people) was able to relax and get ready on the day of. They put up this sweet sign at the front desk welcoming all our guests to our wedding. We got married on the lawn and used the function room for our reception. We chose the buffet and were able to accommodate guests who were gluten-intolerant, vegetation, lactose, and more. The food was delicious and varied. The wait staff and bartender (Neesh) were amazing! Friendly, helpful, smiling, even breaking out a few dance moves themselves! Eric helped out the day of our wedding and provided a pillar of support for those after-ceremony logistics that can get lost in the shuffle. There was no need for a separate wedding planner or coordinator. He even helped us with some offbeat requests like having a piñata or finding an easel for our 4-ft framed seating chart. The reception room has a beautiful outdoor patio that leads to their private beach so we were all able to enjoy the views throughout the night and provided a perfect backdrop for photos. The beauty, value, and outstanding customer service that we received made our wedding day simply amazing. All of our guests were making plans to return on vacation in the following years!

We just had our wedding reception at the Provincetown Inn and most of our guests stayed there as well, and I (and everyone else) couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The sales manager, Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive since...
we first reach out to him in December 2016 about possibly booking our reception there. Since then, he has been extremely attentive to our every need and all of our questions over the basically year and a half that we had been planning our wedding. From making sure the room was setup a day early so that I could go in and decorate, meeting with us over and over again, to taking care of our wedding cake overnight and making sure the frosting didn't melt, he literally did everything for us! And the amazing service didn't stop there, the night of staff, manager, bartenders, etc. were so awesome the whole night of our reception. They all were the happiest, most pleasant, helpful and energetic crew! It seemed like they were really having fun working our wedding and you could even catch them dancing from time to time, which we loved! The event manager, I can't remember her name now, but she took care of everyone’s needs at all times throughout the night, and a lot of my guests told me afterwards how great, helpful and professional she was. Neesh was one of our bartenders at the wedding and at the pool all weekend, and by the end of the weekend had basically become a local celebrity among my guests. He seemed like a jack of all trades, has a great personality and made amazing drinks! All the bartenders were so fun and attentive. The atmosphere at the Inn was exactly what I wanted for my wedding vibe, a beachy, causal and fun cape wedding. From great water views, nice, clean rooms, to a pool and a beach, it was just perfect! The Harbor View room where we had the reception exceeded my expectations and looked beautiful when it was all setup and the food was so delicious! It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at the Provincetown Inn and I would definitely recommend the Inn to anyone planning an event or looking for a great place to stay on Cape!

d all our questions throughout the entire planning process. Rain was predicted for the day of our wedding and the staff at the Inn made sure we had a plan B even though they hoped (as did we) that we would be able to have the ceremony outside. The rain held off and we had the wedding we had hoped for! The inn is charming and our wedding on the lawn had beautiful views of the water and the monument despite the cloudy weather. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Inn the night before. The food, service, and ambiance were excellent at both the rehearsal dinner and during our wedding. The staff at the Inn were attentive and thorough and we could not have picked a better place to celebrate our special day. It was perfect in every way!

stic, simple aesthetic. Its location is great-- since it's located right at the tip of the Cape, it feels private and exclusive, but is still very close to the heart of town. The views are spectacular and the bridal suite is enormous-- and even equipped with a full kitchen! We did our wedding ceremony on the beach and had our reception a few steps away in an event room. Eric Anderson, the sales manager, was irreplaceable. He was patient, honest, and prompt in answering every single question we could dream up for over a year. The staff worked so hard to prepare every detail in the days preceding the wedding as well as on our big day. Anekia in particular (hope I spelled that right!) was friendly and very helpful. My friends and I were repeatedly offered pitchers of water and coffee while we were decorating, which made us feel well cared for. I could go on and on about how happy we were with our wedding venue. The building is on the older side and it shows in some spots, but if you prefer charm over luxury, this a great place to throw a hell of a party. We will be back!

thing went off without a hitch.....it was PERFECT!!! The timing of the evening, the cocktail hour, the FOOD was UNBELIEVABLY FANTASTIC and the bar was perfect. The wait staff were fun, kind and grooved along with us throughout the evening! We got married on May 14th and it was stunningly beautiful out on the beach point, where Eric has the gorgeous white chairs set up and the speakers for music and such....then the cocktail hour with passed horsd'ouerves and a magnificent cheese table with carved watermelons into flowers was stunning!! Our guests and ourselves cannot stop raving about PTOWN Inn for the fantastic attention to detail, to us and our guests and for such fantastic food, drink and enjoyment......We could not be any happier to have married in PTOWN, but even more so, we feel most blessed to have chosen PTOWN Inn for the venue...we are thrilled and cannot recommend it enough! e staff and our event coordinator Eric were all friendly, laid back, and know how to pull off a wedding in their sleep. The tent on the lawn was magnificent and we were lucky to have one of the most beautiful days of the year. All the guests in the pool and on the beach couldn't have been more kind with compliments and all of the fun and flair of Provincetown just adds to the ambiance. Eric will walk you through everything you've ever wanted or needed to know regarding wedding planning and the staff made the tent absolutely beautiful even before our decorations. The food was very tasty and abundant. I thought it was a very thoughtful touch that the staff helped our guests with cerebral palsy by cutting up their food for them, they didn't have to do that but they did out of the kindness of their hearts. This place is spectacular, one of the best venues on Cape Cod without any pretentious sentiments. Absolutely perfect.

cups on the day that was due to a breakdown between the Event Manager (with whom all dealings had occurred) and the Catering Manager on the night so ensure you meet with BOTH to cover the bases. Also, while we thought we had asked all the questions and had an expansive plan in place there were some things that we hadn't thought about (such as dimming the room lights) that they should have been proactive about. Absolutely amazing location and sit down menu that was tasty with great portion sizes.

ven helped orchestrate little things the day of like the table decorations. This was incredible helpful, having planned our wedding from 3000 miles away. The location of the Inn is perfect and a tent wedding in the courtyard meant we had amazing views of the harbor and sunset for our ceremony and our wedding pictures. We also appreciated that we were able to accommodate all of our 150 guests at the same venue as our wedding and reception and didn't have to bus people around from location to location or worry about anyone driving. Our guests all told us they loved the location, especially how they were able to walk into town where there was plenty to keep them occupied. In fact most of our guests came in early and stayed late to make a long weekend out of it. The food was also phenomenal. Having planned from afar, we never had a chance to try it beforehand, and worked with Eric to get the best recommendations for what to serve and to work around the dietary restrictions (gluten free, lactose free) of our friends (the Inn was more than happy to help with this). I would have been glad to eat that food at a nice sit down restaurant, let alone as part of a buffet for 150 people. Finally, the staff was incredible helpful, courteous, and fun - the bartender even danced with one of our friends for a song. Everyone was always asking if there was anything they could do to help out and it definitely reduced the stress on us for our big day. I would highly recommend the PTown Inn and suggest that you look beyond the first impression so you can appreciate the charm, hospitality, and location it provides.
