Chef Briana starts with a consultation so that she fully understands your wishes. She will then guide you through the options, such as flower placement, color matching, flavors, details, and design. When my husband and I were tasting cakes and speaking to bakers...we tried A LOT of cakes. And I mean a lot. When I tell you that the second we tried Chef Bri's cake samples, we were blown away. These are cakes like I have never tasted before in my life. They are incredibly moist and so flavorful. She has the best variety of flavors and was willing to accommodate anything we suggested and asked for. Even if that meant creating a fondant model of our dog to put on the cake! What really blew us away was the frosting she makes. I am not a frosting person by any means. But Chef Bri's frosting is like whipped cream! It is so amazing I literally could eat it with a spoon. Besides the cake itself, Chef Bri is so kind and helpful. She really shows that she cares and puts her entire heart into creating beautiful creations. She is also very affordable and you can tell she is not here to take advantage of you. I adore her and her art, and I cannot wait to place my next order. We love The Purple Sprinkle!

First of all, Bri is so sweet, communicative, professional, and on time! The flavors, all amazing, to the point we couldn’t choose and asked for cake pops of each flavor and a 3 layer cake with red velvet. The cake was beautiful, exactly what we asked for AND delicious. Everyone raved about the pops and cake, there was nothing left! We will certainly be hiring the purple sprinkle for our other events.

Briana is an amazing baker! I love love LOVED our wedding cake she baked for us! Our 5-teir semi-naked wedding cake was incredibly beautiful and delicious! The cake was gorgeous and so well designed. We went with the fresh strawberry with berry buttercream, red velvet, and decadent chocolate flavors and all 3 were to die for! My family was so impressed with our yummy cake. We are still receiving compliments on it 2 weeks after the wedding. I highly recommend The Purple Sprinkle for your dream wedding cake!

Highly recommend! Ordered 2 cakes for my twin nephews and they were delicious! The attention to detail for our music theme was also amazing! Next order for our 11 year wedding anniversary and can’t wait for it!

I could spend hours looking at all of the cake and cupcake photos. They’re so beautiful and well made. But honestly, I’d rather spend hours tasting them all! They were so so amazing and well made. The strawberry purée was out of this world and with a hint of fresh lemon. Enough to be noticed without overpowering the freshness of the strawberries.. simply the best.

Pastry Chef Briana is AMAZINGLY Talented. Not only is she so creative and has a portfolio to showcase, it is filled with cake designs for any occassion, from Weddings, to KIds BIrthday Parties and everything in between. But her recipes are even more decadent and DELICIOUS!! It's hard to decide which is my favorite, the RED VELVET CUPCAKES, the CARROT CAKE or her delicious YUMMY ICING!! IT's perfectly sweetened, not overpowering and oh so good. You can tell she only uses fesh, top of the line ingredients. We HIGHLY recommend The Purple Sprinkle for your next function.
