Jeannette was fantastic to work with for our families unity puzzle. Beautiful and skilled craftsmanship. The only initial complaint we had was that the date of our wedding day was left off (we went back and forth weather we wanted it on in the first place so I understand why). However, it all worked out in the end because our original wedding date was cancelled due to COVID. I would highly recommend Jeannette. The wait is worth it.

One of the favorite pieces we had at my wedding! Blended families are hard but this symbolized a unity like nothing I’ve seen and i truly lived the uniqueness and craftsmanship that went in to this beautiful piece of work. We got so many compliments and our kids truly lived being parts of the ceremony!

This vendor is amazing! We purchased a custom unity puzzle for our ceremony, and not only did it add the unique and whimsical touch we were looking for, but it also gave us something to treasure, a reminder of the foundations that are so important in our marriage. The vendor was very responsive. The directions for the customization and process were clear and easy to understand. The best thing about this vendor is that they encourage creativity with your customization. She really listened to my wants and ideas, and together we came up with something truly perfect. I also loved the continual updates during the process and the "last looks" before finishing the product and shipping. I will say, allow time for ordering this product. The process does take a little bit from firt deciding what you want to lastly having it delivered to your door, but it is absolutely worth it.

This is the greatest thing I have ever seen. And, will cherish it always. This is my second time to get married and we wanted our unity to involve our kids. So, this was the most unique way for all of us to be involved. She was the greasiest to work with and the detail is amazing! Would highly recommend. It’s definitely worth the time it takes to get get such a heirloom.

I was looking for the perfect unity symbol when I came across The Puzzled One. She allowed me to customize everything from color stain to the small decals I choose. She communicated in very step ( mock drawing , preview before being sealed). Plus made sure it was on time for my wedding!

Finding the perfect way to symbolize two families becoming one that can be left as a memory for all to see is a hard one. However; Jeanette made it easy! If you are looking for a Unity Puzzle, you need to have Jeannette help design your puzzle. She is very professional and A delight to work with during the process. It does take some time, but it is well worth the wait. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give it a 10. This is a unique item that you will treasure. My daughter and her fiancé are blending a family and this is perfect to bring them together and start a new family.

Our unity puzzle exceeded expectations. It was absolutely perfect. Even though we submitted our purchase request very close to our wedding date, Jeannette was able to deliver on time (early even as we had to receive it a few days prior for a destination wedding). She provided a proof ahead of time to make sure everything was to our liking and spelled properly, and that was huge and gave us complete confidence it would be exactly right when we received it. I was thrilled when I found this puzzle! This was exactly the idea I was searching for for our wedding. This is a second marriage for the both of us where we were blending 6 kids together (3 from each). She was so easy to work with and was very responsive. I didnt give her much time but she still put so much care into this puzzle to make it perfect for our family and for our patriotic themed wedding (we are both in the military). Everything was amazing and the end product is phenomenal! I couldn't thank her enough!

The seller worked with me on designing our perfect unity puzzle for our wedding day. She made sure that we saw proofs before she made anything and that we were 100% in love with it. Many of our guests complimented it and wanted to share it with other couples! It is on display in our home and will be there for many years to come. Jeannette was amazing to work with, and the puzzle turned out beautifully. We aren't allowed to have flames at our venue, and wanted to do something different where we could include my fiance's kids and this was it. Happy we are able to include them and still have our moment together where we join together. My mother made 2 bags out of her bridal gown which she and my Mother-in-law will walk down the aisle with, my piece in my mothers, and His in his mothers bag. they will place our pieces on the table instead of lighting the candles. Truly amazing and beautiful.

After weeks and months of difficulty in communicating with this vendor she ultimately cancelled our order on us. I went weeks with no contact. I followed up and she made promises to get a sketch back to me. weeks went by. I followed up. she had a story of being I'll and made promises to get it to me. weeks went by. I followed up again. we did this cycle for months. I finally opened a complaint with Etsy because I was becoming concerned. she begged me to close the complaint and promised to work on the order. the dates she promised came and went. weeks passed again. no answer. she was again "sick" when I reached out to ask about the status. instead of opening a complaint with PayPal I went to her directly. she was deeply offended and let that be known. she cancelled the order and refused to make a unity puzzle for us. she then claimed I threatened her (I have all communication). she very well may have issues going on in her life right now. and if so, I'm sorry for that. but it also means you should think hard before ordering in the coming months as she is very difficult to work with right now. I only pressed on the promises she made to me and was unable to then deliver on. this is my first review of this person and no reviews were made (in fact I referred business to her) up until she cancelled the order and left us without the puzzle we had selected for our special day. if you want easy to work with, reliable, and someone who is of their word, this business isn't it. I have no idea where all the positive reviews come from. that certainly wasn't my situation and it's incredibly unfortunate as we truly wanted this unity puzzle for our blended family and the kids were excited about this too. they helped pick it out. but because an adult couldn't keep her promises and was defensive when I followed up, here we are. no order.

The most perfect, unique piece to have included on our wedding day. We will treasure this forever!
