The Quality Shoppe

I am surprised this place is even open for business! Well the door is open and the lights are on, but don't go expecting any service. They will send a customer out the door because they only have one employee working and they can't help you unless they schedule at least 2 employees to work that day. Let me add that there were no customers in the store or any cars in the parking lot. I guess that employee didn't want to take time away from her phone to wait on a potiental customer. I thought this was a shop that sold dresses to the public, so you should be prepared for people to walk in. I simply can not wrap my head around the fact how a business can send a paying customer out the door when absolutely no one else was in the store. Well, they just lost a sale! I had cash money to spend and they had the dress that I wanted to look at also! Let me add, that I asked if we could at least look at the dresses and I could assist my daughter with trying them on and the employee said "NO"!!!!!

Wide selection if you have a little imagination. For a small, local business, they have a lot of dresses and catalogs & fabric options for the dresses and other dresses. The staff was helpful and kind. The dress came in sooner than promised. On the down side, the in-house alterations were a huge disappointment. With a better final outcome, I would have given a much higher, maybe even 5 star, rating. But, the alterations were not what was expected. Beautiful dress, reasonable price, great potential....very disappointing fit.
