With a capacity for up to 300 guests, The Quarry Beach Club offers the beachfront wedding experience without the drawbacks of a public space. The Beach Club Indoor Dining Room accommodates up to 150 guests with a dedicated dance floor area. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the perimeter, filling the space with natural light and offering breathtaking views from nearly every table. The neutral-colored chairs will complement any color scheme you envision. For larger celebrations, you can extend your reception to our adjacent patio, Q-Bar, Pool Deck, and Event Lawn. Large folding windows connect these spaces seamlessly. Your guests will be mesmerized by magnificent sunsets over Stone Lake, while drop-down screens and hanging heaters ensure comfort regardless of the weather. This February 2025, my husband and I had the absolute pleasure of bringing all our loved ones down to Naples for our wedding reception at the Quarry Beach Club. From start to finis...

h, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the care the team put into making our special day perfect. Throughout our year of planning, the Quarry staff maintained amazing communication, even as their team changed. Naturally, we had moments of nervousness, but by October 2024, we knew we were in great hands, surrounded by kind, dedicated professionals. With a gap between our church ceremony and reception, the Quarry provided a private room by 3:30 for our families and me to freshen up. They had an incredible assortment of food and drinks, constantly refilling the coolers and trays, ensuring we were comfortable while waiting for our guests to arrive. Cocktail hour was an absolute dream—guests are still raving about the raw bar and perfectly arranged food stations. The bar service was exceptional; multiple people told us they never had to wait for a drink, thanks to the incredible bartenders and staff who even brought drinks to tables during dinner. And mind you, we had a 280-person wedding! When it came to dinner, everything was flawless. From our sweetheart table to the furthest table in the room, every guest said their meal was perfect. The team took our vision and made it a reality. Even the dessert stations were arranged with such thought and care—the Quarry went above and beyond to make them extra special for us. As my friends kept saying, “We have absolutely NO NOTES!” The Quarry Beach Club has always held a special place in our hearts, a place we’ve called home for years. But after 2/22/25, it has become even more meaningful to us. We cannot recommend this venue enough for any and all events—your guests will be talking about it for years to come!

n, and reception in the restaurant, and everything flowed very smoothly. The venue itself is beautiful and made for a great setting throughout the entire day. The staff truly stood out. The service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful and attentive. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was and how great the service was, which says a lot. The team also worked very well with our wedding planner, which made the day feel organized and seamless. I didn’t have to worry about anything once the event started. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to host their wedding here.

dated, gorgeous, and has that perfect Florida feel—bright, inviting, and scenic. It’s the ideal balance of being a clean slate to design something unique, but still naturally beautiful enough to shine even with a more simple setup. The staff is always wonderful to work with—professional, organized, and genuinely kind, which makes such a difference on the wedding day. I always look forward to events at The Quarry because I know it’s going to be a beautiful and smooth day for everyone involved!
