You cannot go wrong with any of her flavor options. For our big day, we chose Chocolate with Cookies & Cream Buttercream and Coffee with Bailey’s Buttercream. Both were so delicious, we couldn't pick a favorite! After your first consultation visit, she will send you some design proofs so you can see exactly what your cake will look like. She works with you to ensure that your cake is exactly what you envisioned! And I promise you, when you see it on your wedding day, it is even more amazing than you could imagine!! 10/10 would recommend The Quintessential Cake!

We knew instantly we wanted to book her and were able to confirm everything and pay online. It could not have been easier which we really appreciated. We decided to move forward with a small intimate ceremony with family so I reached out to Victoria, remembering how delicious her samples were, to see how she could help us. Victoria was not only extremely responsive, but she walked us through everything and set up a virtual meeting to start thinking about designs and flavors. From explaining my vision and colors of our original day, she drew up a sketch for a cake that was beautiful. Due to COVID, we also could not have a tasting so we described what flavors we enjoyed and she gave us a few suggestions. We decided to go with a 2-tier vanilla cake, white chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserves along with some mini cupcakes. When I picked up the cake it was absolutely beautiful! The detail that went into the design was incredible and everything, if not more, than what I imagined. And the most important part - it was so delicious. Her meringue buttercream is to die for. Everyone was raving about the cake and said it was one of the best wedding cakes they have had. We will absolutely use Victoria and quintessential cake in the future!
