The Railhouse is a wedding venue located in Norman, OK. This restored century-old warehouse in downtown makes a uniquely romantic setting for your special day.
The Railhouse features original wood barrel ceilings, oak flooring, and industrial-style windows. It's a historic space that's rich in vintage charm and has all modern amenities for weddings and special events. The main hall spans 3,610 square feet with room for up to 250 standing or 200 seated guests. Indoor string lighting highlights the barrel ceiling. The space includes a dedicated get-ready suite with a vanity, mirrors, and seating for 11. The second get-ready suite offers seating for nine, a smart TV, an Xbox, and a hanging rack. There are separate restrooms to serve your guests throughout the event. An outdoor area allows your guests to gather and take in some fresh air. There is also a catering prep kitchen that comes equipped with an ice maker and warming station.
At The Railhouse, your wedding package includes 200 mahogany Chiavari chairs and multiple table options. You have full use of the round tables, farmhouse tables, bistro tables, and banquet tables. Technical equipment provided includes a sound system, wireless microphones, a projector, and a 100-inch screen. There is free WiFi and climate-controlled heating and air conditioning. You are also completely free to work with licensed vendors of your choice for all services, giving you maximum flexibility. Alcoholic beverages are permitted with a licensed and insured bar service. An on-site attendant will manage the venue on your big day.

We are The Rogers Family. We have been operating The Railhouse Event Center since August of 2023. While we are new to the venue ownership world, both Josh and I have been heavily involved in events our entire adult life, from me being a DJ in college (yes, I know all the lyrics to all the songs), to each of us running statewide youth retreats. We’ve even had some photography and music performance experience sprinkled in there.
Josh and I met when we were teenagers working at summer camp, attended OU together, then eventually dated. Since our relationship started out as co-workers, we always knew we wanted to work together someday. So, when this venue became an option, we jumped all over it!
One of the best parts is that our two kids are old enough, willing, and even excited to be a part of this journey. Carson and Lyla have been involved in every step of this process, from figuring out the initial financial investments to scrubbing dirty sinks. We hope this opportunity is a learning experience for them that they can take and apply in their adult lives, which are sneaking up on us WAY too quickly.
Our family has truly fallen in love with The Railhouse and its charm. But, what we LOVE even more is helping our clients celebrate all the different milestones in life. We can’t wait to show you around!
