The Ranch impressed us in every possible way with the details that matter most. The food was incredible. People still mention the braised beef short rib to us, and dozens of guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The entire venue is accessible for wheelchairs and for anyone who might have trouble walking. Everything you need is self-contained, which made the day smooth and easy for everyone. The bridal suite couldn’t have been more perfect. A full house to get ready in and return to whenever we needed a moment to breathe was something we didn’t know would be so important on our wedding day. And the grounds? Perfection. We wanted our wedding to feel like The Shire, and The Ranch delivered . Its well-maintained green grass, natural details, and tall golden fields felt straight out of a storybook. It made every part of our vision come true. The Ranch speaks for itself. You don’t need to spend thousands on décor or flowers to make it beautiful. We chose simple floral arrangements, and the space still looked breathtaking. The venue’s natural charm does most of the work for you. We also loved how seamlessly the indoor and outdoor spaces flow together. The reception and dancing take place inside the stunning barn, but guests can wander out into the private courtyard. It gave everyone options, whether they wanted to dance or relax outside, and that made the night feel even more effortless and joyful. And those who were outside still felt like they were right there in your reception since the indoor and outdoor areas flowed so effortlessly thanks to the huge barn doors. It felt like one big venue space. And then there’s the staff. They are the heart of The Ranch. I didn’t know it was possible for people who weren’t family or friends to put so much genuine care into our day. Angie, the main coordinator, is nothing short of magical. From our first meeting, her calm, grounded presence made everything feel manageable. Wedding planning is stressful, but Angie’s steady guidance and well-trained eye made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Plus, she has so many items you can rent for your day which truly makes The Ranch a one stop shop. Angie is honest, thoughtful, and deeply experienced. We especially appreciated that there was never a hidden cost with The Ranch. Angie was always extremely transparent and honest with us. On your big day, the little touches she adds will make you cry in the best way. She anticipated every guests' need which we received multiple compliments on. She is the perfectionist you want coordinating your wedding day. We can’t imagine our planning process and day without her. Her team deserves endless praise too. From the moments with her staff in the bridal suite to the last song of the night, they made us feel seen, special, and cared for. We didn’t feel like we were just another event. Their warmth and professionalism made The Ranch feel like so much more than just a venue. The Ranch will always be like a home for one of the most meaningful days of our lives.

e just knew that it was exactly where we wanted to have our big day. First of all, Angelica, the venue coordinator, is absolutely amazing and she was right there to help us with anything and everything! She was incredibly responsive and was very supportive of my crazy DIY dreams. I am a super controlling and perfectionistic type of person and Angelica really just understood the assignment and made my vision come true! She made us feel so special and she was genuine about her excitement for us. She is so dedicated and you can tell that she LOVES her job! She also did her best to give us ample time to set up our decor and she jumped in to help us right away! The bridal suite is such an amazing perk to have right there on the grounds! When we arrived in the morning, we walked into a kitchen full of delicious food and mimosas that I had pre-ordered along with our wedding package. The staff was phenomenal! There were so many people there to help us make our day perfect. We got a little bit of rain right as our guests were arriving and the staff jumped into action without hesitation and started passing out the rain ponchos we purchased. They moved quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was going as planned even though the rain threw us for a little bit of a loop! Every single person who works at The Ranch is so kind! The cooks, the gals in the office, the golf shop sales associates, everyone! The food was delicious and we continue to get compliments on how tasty everything was! We had the ice cream sundae bar and Mrs. Murphy's donuts to pair! Delicious! Our guests also raved about how we had 2 bars available for them during cocktail hour! That was a hit! Lastly, the grounds are beautiful! We aren't big golfers, but the rolling hills were perfect backdrops for our photos! We did our first look under a tree behind the bridal suite overlooking the mountains in the distance. The golfers were very respectful and were quick to offer kind compliments and a "congrats!" as they drove by us. Everything about our day was seriously amazing. We are so happy that we decided to get married at The Ranch Golf Club!
