We had an unforgettable wedding! The staff was so nice and helpful!! Highly recommend for a wedding or any special occasion! We got so many compliments on how beautiful the building was and we have no regrets!! We visited lots of places in and around Topeka and The Ranch House in Lyndon beat them all. They were able to hold our big family and if you value having choice and options they are the way to go they don’t try to force crazy packages or vendors on you but will give you great recommendations!!!

The Ranch House was everything we could have asked for on our day. The owners make your day so easy, when they could tell I was a little stressed they immediately jumped in to help in any way. The space was beyond gorgeous, I honestly could have been fine with no decor because everyone just loved the venue. My husband and his friends enjoyed playing pool, video games, and relaxing in the Airbnb man cave the night before and us girls loved all being able to hang out and get ready in my favorite space the getting ready room! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean space!

The Ranch House Wedding Venue & Event Center is a modern barn-style venue nestled in the scenic Kansas countryside, offering the perfect blend of timeless elegance and contemporary design. Our spacious 60' x 120' white venue with a black roof accommodates up to 299 guests and provides both indoor and outdoor ceremony options.
Facilities and Capacity
The bright, open interior features a white backdrop accented with stone, wood, and textured walls, elegant chandeliers, a beautiful bar area, and a spacious kitchen complete with a refrigerator, double ovens and a large island. Guests can enjoy the covered front patio and stunning prairie views that create a beautiful setting for celebrations and photos.
The venue also includes accessible restrooms, a private groom's suite with a big-screen TV and pool table, and a stunning bridal suite loft featuring professional makeup stations, natural light, a private restroom, and a balcony overlooking the venue.
Unlike many venues, The Ranch House offers an open vendor policy, allowing couples the freedom to choose the vendors that best fit their vision and budget. We also allow couples to bring their own alcohol when served by a state-certified bartender, helping create significant savings by eliminating required beverage packages.

Our beautiful LODGE, located right on the property, is available for rent and comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, making it the perfect place for your closest friends and family to stay together and enjoy the celebration. We also offer a brand-new CABIN available for rent on the property, which accommodates up to 4 guests. The Cabin is ideal for family members, the wedding party, or as a private and relaxing retreat for the newlyweds on their wedding night.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Ranch House at the end of April this year and absolutely loved it! We would describe our entire experience as joyful, seamless, and dreamy. ...
The outdoor area of the venue is stunning, with rolling hills in the background and the sunset visible from the large back patio area. It is peaceful and serene with great locations for outdoor photos all around the venue as well. The inside is just as lovely with beautiful chandeliers, a wood ceiling, and plenty of room for guests. We had about 240 guests and did not feel crowded in the slightest. Our caterers also had more than enough room to work with in their large kitchen. The bridal suite area is an amazing space with big windows, plenty of mirrors, a private bathroom, and lots of space (we had 10-12 people in the room at any given time while getting ready). We also loved that the venue itself is a newer build. It can easily accommodate many different looks for a wedding and the staff helped us pick a floor layout for tables and chairs that fit exactly what we were hoping for.
The staff were easy to work with, personable, and such a blessing to us on our wedding day as they helped things transition smoothly (and even had backups when some of the equipment we brought ourselves wasn’t working properly). Every question we had they were quick to answer and offered great answers and solutions. They also know the area very well which was beneficial to us as we inquired about bartenders, airbnbs, etc. There were no hidden fees or costs, they were completely upfront and honest about everything that we inquired about. My husband and I cannot recommend this venue enough! The spaces are absolutely gorgeous and the staff are down to earth, kind, personable, and helpful.

Everyone on staff was so helpful leading up to, and on our wedding day. There was a big issue and they handled it so well so I didn't have to be stressed the morning of the wedding...
. I had such an easy time planning and setting up with their help. It was so stress free. I was always asked if we needed something while the staff went into town. I felt so welcome and was treated like royalty honestly and it was an amazing experience.

staff are so kind, helpful, and patient. They made wedding planning an easy process! We were one of the first 10 weddings, and you couldn't tell the staff was new to this. They have done such a great job, even though they are new to this process! I highly recommend looking into this Venue as an option for your wedding day. It will not disappoint!

The decor and details were incredibly luxurious, reflecting a level of care and thoughtfulness that made everything feel special. It was clear that every aspect was handpicked with great attention to detail.
We also rented the guest house, which was a fantastic addition. It comfortably accommodated 20 of my guests, making it perfect for the after-party. We enjoyed using the house for a few days, including barbecuing and playing pool, which added to the overall experience.
The only minor drawback was that decorating a day prior wasn’t included in the package, which would have been helpful for easing last-minute preparations.
