vous about missing the 4am shuttle for my 5am flight and so had my alarm on my watch too. I am glad they have an airport shuttle and the driver was kind. The distance to SYR is short. The place was recently renovated and the room was spotless. There’s a bathtub but the water in Syracuse is hard. The blackout curtains worked. I think even rooms face the front which is less bright and the odd rooms face the Mirabito gas station. Plugs worked.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the pull out sofa bed in our queen suite. We were traveling with our 3 kids so we booked a suite to make sure the kids were comfortable. When we set up the sofa bed for our son, it appeared to have ...
dirty used bedding on it. The mattress itself was terribly stained & soiled and smelled like urine and mold. We don’t expect hotel rooms to be in perfect condition, but I was shocked that this mattress is considered acceptable by a Holiday Inn - especially in a suite. On a more positive note, all hotel staff was extremely kind and our kids loved the pool, although we were sad the hot tub jets weren’t working. Restaurant staff was amazing and our dinner there was definitely the best part of our stay. The waitress and chef were incredible❤️
