I entered this hotel very unhappy because the price showing on IHG app was not available once I tried to book my room on the app. This has happened a few times this year using the IHG app. Please fix.

he app and not this hotel, I still needed to vent which the front desk clerk went along with and put his humor to good use. Kudos to him for helping me feel better.
The other great news about this hotel was excellent water pressure in the shower. I was on the first floor and had a rain forest shower head so I can’t say if all rooms are the same, but being able to rinse soap off in a reasonable amount of time is a great hotel feature these days.

Solid IHG hotel clean lobby and shared spaces. The front desk were helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and fairly well maintained.
No negative issues with my stay.
They have an onsite restaurant, gym, amd pool.

bout any questions I had. I had a single queen, with microwave and mini fridge, all I could ask for really. Some storage space that includes drawers and a closet, desk and its own desk chair. Honestly, they could probably put a little couch or something in there, the room was spacious enough, it probably wouldn’t be in the way. The hotel was busy most days, and the bathroom was kind of big as well. I don’t have people change my sheets and clean my room every day, but I’m glad when I did need things replaced, staff were on it! I believe they offered breakfast, which I didn’t partake, because I don’t wake up early enough and sleep until I must leave for work. But they also had a little bar built in as well which I wish I would have tried at least once, but maybe next time!

Clean room, small for a "suite", bed was comfy. No chairs to sit in while in the room except a single rolling desk chair. Service at desk was polite enough not to complain. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, which we didn't know, and we specifica...
lly wanted a place with a restaurant so we wouldn't have to drive again after getting there Sunday evening, so that was disappointing.the pool was "closed for maintenance". Breakfast is $15 per person so we didn't partake, went to a nearby restaurant instead and paid less and had our meals prepared for us instead of eggs off a buffet.
VERY convenient to the interstate. Several restaurants nearby if you're willing to drive a block or three.
Probably would not stay here again without a deep discount.
