s, we knew we had to reach out to them when we started looking for our own wedding. They are absolutely AMAZING to work with and beyond accommodating - making the trip all the way to New York for our big day. They are super sweet, have a great, positive energy and perfectly captured our most important moments. The photographs came out SO beautiful! My husband and I didn't do a first look but it was important to us to not spend our entire cocktail hour taking photographs - Chris & Allie completely understood and worked quickly and efficiently to get us exactly what we wanted with time to grab a drink and mingle with our guests. And our video (thanks to David) was beyond PERFECT!! He captured all of the important and fun moments and edited it to perfection. For anyone considering the video, it is a MUST and completely worth it. I am so impressed with this team and highly recommend them. Hoping to work with them again soon :)

responsive to our questions and provided all of the information we needed. When we asked them (not too far from the wedding weekend) about assisting with the rehearsal dinner, Chris and Allie were quick and happy to jump in and make it work for us.
The minute we met Chris and Allie on Friday at our rehearsal dinner, we knew we would hit it off - Chris and Allie were incredibly friendly, sweet, high energy, and made us feel right at ease. They jumped right into the festivities and immediately got to work. When our toasts went over an hour longer than what we had planned. Chris and Allie stayed without a complaint and were sweet and excited as we finished out the night.
The wedding day was no different - Chris and Allie (and their excellent videographer team) kept everything running perfectly smoothly. Both of them jumped in to assist with rounding up the groomsmen, organizing the bridesmaids, and Allie even brought me water when I was getting ready. They were goofy, sweet, and so easy to get along with, and all of our photographs turned out absolutely BEAUTIFULLY. They made everything an absolute breeze! I can't say enough about this wonderful couple (and our great videographer team). Highest of recommendations!!!

we just knew instantly that they were the perfect fit! Chris + Allie like to have fun AND they are professionals too (amazing combo)! Chris + Allie have fantastic photo suggestions and you have to trust them because their work is beautiful! It's been 3 months since our wedding day and I can't stop looking at our pictures (obsessing much??) The videography came out SO great, I cry everytime I watch us say our vows! You HAVE to pick videography with your package, trust me, it's so so so worth it! You can keep those memories for a lifetime, but you can always replay those memories and show your children one day! I now have a gallery wall with my photos from The Reason in my living room! You can't get those high-resolution pictures just ANYWHERE! You have to go with The Reason to really good quality photos!

FL was no problem. We got one of their larger packages and included a full-day videographer, but they can cater a package to any budget.
They don't work by the hour. All of their packages include your full wedding day which was great. They were with us all day and super easy to work with. They felt more like friends than vendors by the end of our experience. You get the rights to all of your images and can download them from their website or request a CD of images. The turnaround on their pictures is the best I've seen - our wedding album was ready to be viewed online before we even got home from our honeymoon and our engagement session was about the same. Our video was ready in under two weeks which is amazing.
I would definitely recommend their services. They are fun, energetic and extremely professional. They have a beautiful editorial style (although they will take as many posed family shots as you can think of!) and worked with us to make sure our engagement pictures, wedding pictures, and video captured exactly what we had in mind. It was a bit of a splurge for our wedding, but they were SO worth it and I would hire them again in a second!

At the end of the day the only thing you have left to remember your wedding are pictures and videos, and I am glad I chose The Reason to capture all of this for me.
