We are conveniently located in Oakdale, California, approximately 15 miles northeast of Modesto, near the Stanislaus River in the beautiful San Joaquin Valley. The Reata is situated in Oakdale's historic downtown area and is nestled in with numerous quaint antique shops, day spas and cafes scattered along the main avenues.
Our exceptional full service event venue is the ideal setting for everything from intimate bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to grand weddings, receptions and a perfect venue for corporate meetings or social functions. We can accommodate indoor seating for up to 150 guests and offer a variety of extraordinary menus fashioned specifically by our in house Chef. Our Spectacular Garden combines old world charm and lush landscaping.

he Reata was a perfect choice. The beautiful brick building looked amazing in our photos and the staff worked hard to accommodate all of our requests. We had our ceremony and reception there. Originally we planned to hold the ceremony in the outdoor garden, but when weather altered our plans we moved the ceremony inside and it was absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing and we still receive compliments nearly a month later on how wonderful the evening was.

y attentive. The food was incredible and I heard nothing but compliments about the Reata from all of our guests. Robin and her assistants kept the wedding flowing smoothly without a dull moment. I could never have done all of this myself and was very grateful to have Robin and her team do such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend The Reata for any special occasion.

The setting is aboulutely beautiful I would definitly recommend this venue to any of my friends getting married.;It is just a little pricey if you are on a very strict budget but you can't beat the price per person when it comes to the catering. The only problem is if you want to bring in your own caterer you can't.
