The Red Barns at Angel Acres Farm is a regenerative farm that doubles as a boutique wedding and events venue nestled among the rolling hills of Marcellus, MI. Situated on 25 beautiful acres, this Southwest Michigan wedding venue is perfect for country weddings of all shapes and sizes.
Sisters Ashley and Sarah live on the property and are currently working toward healing the soil through regenerative agriculture. Every couple who hosts their wedding at The Red Barns at Angel Acres Farm is therefore supporting the sisters’ efforts to transform the more degraded fields of the property into green perennial pastures. Across the property, there are six red barns with fields of grazing cows, roaming chickens, turkeys, and ducks, along with four gorgeous Greek Pyrenees dogs. The stunning, large red barn on the hill, along with the Party Barn, can be customized however you’d like for your special day. Receptions can be held in the Big Red Barn, which features original, restored wood and towering ceilings, along with charming chandeliers and party lights on the top floor. The bottom floor was designed in a modern country style, replete with dedicated get-ready rooms for the wedding parties to enjoy before the celebration begins. Later, you and your guests can head over to the Party Barn for an evening of dancing. This space features rustic lighting and glass doors that open out onto an outdoor dining and mingle area overlooking the pasture. Fully outdoor weddings can also be arranged for more than 250 guests when combining a tent on the front lawn with the barn spaces.
In addition to their work on the farm, Sarah studied event planning in school and loves bringing couples’ visions to life with planning assistance. Couples can choose from several different packages, with each one including an array of amenities, from tables, linens, and chairs to speakers, mics, and a full kitchen for caterers. Day-of coordination and staff assistance are also included, ensuring your wedding at The Red Barns at Angel Acres Farm goes off without a hitch.

With a bachelors degree that encompassed Event Planning, Sarah loves helping bride's visions come to life and is here to assist you in planning your special day. We also have a passion for Regenerative Agriculture, which is why our venue is intertangled with our farm, Angel Acres, where we (but mostly the animals!) put in the work every day to regenerate our soil, so we can grow healthier food and support a healthier world [& beautiful green pastures!]

I’ve been searching for delicious eggs like from my youth where the white cooks firm and the yolk is dark in color. These eggs taste and look great. I was amazed that even though they shipped from Michigan to Florida only one egg cracked and ev...
en that egg was still delicious. I’ve already been spreading the word to my other egg loving friends. I also found that the denim that ships with the egg makes a nice fire starter for when I go camping and have to deal with damp wood.

I was recently introduced to Angel Acers and was super excited about it! I have now made three orders. All three had issues. Two were resolved the third not to my satisfaction. When I received my order It was short a pint of butter. I emailed r...
ight away and asked to have it shipped ASAP. Terrence informed me they would "submit a claim" and refund me $22. He also informed me they would not ship the butter because the minimum order to ship is $50. I let him know this is not an insurance issue the package was not lost, stolen or damaged. You guys shorted my order! Also, this is not a new order! you would be fulfilling my original order. Terrence very politely told me...NO! but if I want to make a $50 order they would be happy to send me the butter. Lets do some math. I would have to spend $50 + $25 shipping = $75 to get $22 worth of butter. The math just doesn't math for me. They may be the best farmers in the world but they are not good at business and they are terrible at customer service. Also, making an insurance claim when it's not an insurance issue sounds a lot like fraud to me. Hey, what do I know? I'm just a guy that wanted a pint of butter.
