We’ve been coming to Red Fox for years and when we got engaged we immediately knew where we wanted to get married. Red Fox does everything right, down to every detail. They’re professional, flexible, and so welcoming. The venue is gorgeous and there are so many fun ways to configure your ceremony and reception. The setting is amazing any time of year, the gardens are so dreamy as a backdrop. As a Bride I loved being able to get ready next to the ceremony gardens and watch guests take their seats. Ashley and Anna are amazing and so fun, you can’t go wrong booking at the Red Fox.

The absolute best! From the beginning Ashley was an exceptional planning partner. She and Anna are top tier and ensured everything went smoothly - my expectations were exceeded. Our day was beyond perfect! Choosing Red Fox as our venue was by far our best decision.

We are still floating on cloud 9 after the magic of this past weekend. I cannot thank the staff, and the amazing venue enough. We have heard the best feedback from all of our guests about how the entire experience, end-to-end was. Our entire romantic, intimate vision come to life was truly a dream come true and it came with very little stress, overthinking, or overplanning and that was all in part due to the support the Red Fox provided all along the way. A handful of the highlights worth sharing, because its the little things that count! -My 'wedding-package-provided' bouquet was the best surprise ever--I can't stop talking about how much I loved it and already placed it in a vase in my family room. It is exactly how I hoped it'd look. Knowing I had two separate florists working on tablescapes vs the bouquet could have been a little disjointed but they were both so, so beautiful and went together perfectly. -Perfectly sized and delicious canapes! Sounds crazy, but I always find passed hors d'oeurves to be WAY too big and I just loved how perfectly portioned and elegant the canapes were. Everyone loved them - duck and shrimp seemed to be a crowd favorite but I was keen on the devil eggs! -The tablescape with the menu and place card settings, again, different vendors but the Red Fox team made everything come together harmoniously and intentionally. -I'm so happy the weather ultimately guided us to host both the ceremony and dinner for our late Feb wedding in the JEB Stuart, and nothing outside. The way the light changed from bright and cathedral-like to dark and moody during the time the cocktail hour was held was so cool. The whole event space had so much personality and felt dynamic as we used each of the parts for different things in different ways. No other venue could have handled that for our 25-person size in the way that the Red Fox did. -The staff was supportive and attentive to all of our needs without feeling overbearing or intrusive. We had some volume up/down needs throughout dinner to handle the ad-hoc/unplanned timings of speeches and they jumped into action whenever needed. We also had an emergency shoe repair on my bridal shoes at the exact time I needed to start my pictures. My sister-in-law was able to get a pair of pliers quickly from the onsite team and everyone jumped into action to keep our day running smoothly. -The pace of the meal was handled wonderfully. It felt like such a well-thought-out but effortless event. We really got to enjoy each bite, have great conversations, and make tons of memories without the distraction of waiting for or rushing with the food. -The surprise bottle of (fancy!) champagne in our room when we got back :)
