If you want beautiful florals for your big day, The Red Twig will 101% provide just that! Michelle is one of the most creative vendors I worked with for our wedding day! She captur...
ed exactly what I wanted/imaged our florals to look like for our day!!!! Very organized, helpful, and an amazing communicator!!!! We received so many compliments on our florals throughout the evening!!! Thank you to The Red Twig for giving beauty to our day!!!
I would never hire this vendor again especially if you are getting married and expending a good deal of money on flowers. My fiancee who spent time in the Ukraine covering the war ...
became afflicted with PTSD and had to begin treatment for the same. At the same time, my brother was admitted into the hospital for a rare genetic condition that still is being treated. As such, we had no choice but to postpone our wedding date earlier this month. We gave the Red Twig more than ample notice (way over 30 days) and they had not incurred any costs at all (no flowers were ordered/no labor costs) but they were incredibly inflexible and unsympathetic and refused to refund our initial deposit of $4,000. We did not fortunately experience this type of issue with our other vendors. However, the flowers were definitely one of our most expensive costs. We did even offer to give them $1,000 for their proposal but they refused still to refund our balance. Unexpected things happen in life. I definitely didn't expect to have to cancel my wedding which I planned for over a year, but we had to do so. I found them rude, unprofessional and basically, they just behaved in a manner that is was incredibly inequitable and unfair. I would highly recommend you use a different florist for your wedding needs.
The Red Twig was so easy to work with. They were very organized and met with us multiple times prior to our wedding so we could ensure everything was exactly what we wanted. They w...
ere also very flexible as we added on a couple of items during the second consultation which occurs closer to the wedding date. As for the flowers, they did an AMAZING job. They followed our vision board and prepared everything even better than I had imagined. We picked up our flowers on the wedding day and they made it so easy. The greenery for the head table was accidentally left behind and they personally delivered it to us at the venue, which just shows they go above and beyond. Overall, the Red Twig is professional, experienced, and designed beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future events.

ood completely and refunded us fully for our deposit as did most of our vendors. Although we gave David and Michelle more than ample notice and although they did not incur costs for our wedding (no labor, no flowers were purchased), they refused to refund us our deposit or even part of it, and that amount was 4,000. We did, of course, offer to pay for any costs associated with preparing our proposal, but they refused to give us an itemized breakdown. They didn’t return emails and were simply rude and unprofessional when we spoke. I would highly recommend your looking for a florist that is both fair and reasonable and has the heart to consider extenuating circumstances such as an illness.

There is not a floral design shop out there that can compare. So easy to work with! Also, their suggestions for table decor and design saved us time and money. Thank you, Michelle, Madison, and the entire Red Twig Team!

At the second meeting, she provides an actual prototype of your table centerpieces so that you can get firm idea of what your flowers will look like beyond a picture. The work done by this florist transformed the venue. This florist is open and affirming to same-sex couples.

Twig. She was amazing, very well organized and has the eye for design. We had ideas and visions of what floral colors we wanted for our wedding but had no clue the exact flowers or designs. Michelle worked with us to create a vision board and really listened to what we wanted and didn't want. By the time the wedding arrived, she created exactly what we were looking for. The flowers were gorgeous. Bouquets, table decorations, arch, everything was exactly like how we imagined but couldn't describe on our own. Our guest couldn't say enough about them. Thank you Michelle and team!

rely, I'm not going to remember the flowers at my wedding!" I wasn't even sure what I wanted. But Michelle helped me imagine my dream floral design. And then she really made it come true, even within the parameters of our budget! I audibly gasped when I saw my bouquet, and I think I screamed when I saw the reception room. (Our head table was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen!). Even the little things--the flower girl's floral crown, the mothers' corsages, the groomsmens' boutonnières-- were extraordinary, like nothing I've ever seen before! The amount of detail, creativity, and effort that Michelle put into our wedding design was truly special. And thanks to The Red Twig, I'm going to remember the floral design at our wedding for the rest of my life!

We worked with Michelle for both our fall (covid) ceremony and our May celebration. Both events and florals were absolutely stunning. They fit the venue and the settings perfectly....
Our reception was at the Botanical Gardens in Cleveland and the florals were a perfect modern tropical style that made everything look so elegant. Michelle was easy to work with and set up multiple meetings along the way so that we were both on the same page. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends or family.

options - my husband and I don't know a ton about flowers and she was so patient and helpful! She was up for the challenge of combining some non-traditional flowers together that were meaningful to us (tropical Birds of Paradise and autumn sunflowers?!) We received so many compliments on our floral arrangements; I couldn't have been more excited with how they turned out. I would recommend The Red Twig to anyone.

team went above and beyond to still make this day so beautiful. She gifted us an infinity circle that she decorated in the most beautiful orchids. My bouquet was gorgeous, big yet romantic. We didn’t need as much as we originally planned and she delivered and met our new requirements and nailed it. I couldn’t thank Michelle and her team enough for making that day less stressful and more beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I absolutely loved working with The Red Twig team for my wedding! I went into our initial meeting with nothing but some photos I found on Pinterest and my wedding colors, and they ...
took the time to figure out exactly what I loved about each Pinterest photo and produced the most perfect bouquets and boutonnieres. I actually teared up when I saw them for the first time on my wedding day. Michelle is a creative genius and it was so fun to work with her and watch her turn my fragmented ideas into a solid plan for my dream flowers. And Amy may just be the most organized individual I've ever met, which put my crazy bride-brain at ease. And don't even get me started on their shop--it is so unique and beautiful!
I really didn't know what I wanted for flowers other than color, but everything turned out beautiful (and smelled fantastic).

elle spent so much time talking to us, showing us designs, giving us options for compromising. We had so much fun! I literally gasped when I saw my bouquet, it was so perfect. We got compliments all night about the centerpieces. Everything was beautiful. My mother in law also ordered centerpieces for our rehearsal dinner last minute and they were also gorgeous. She had a great experience working with the staff as well. You won't regret going with The Red Twig!

en I met Michelle, I had a very clear idea of what I wanted, but not a clue how it could be executed. A true artist, she took my rambling words and random mishmosh of photos, along with our love of Colonial Williamsburg, Magnolia leaves and Harry Potter, and created breathtakingly beautiful, unique bouquets, boutonnières, arrangements and centerpieces using a variety of flowers, fruit, greenery, veggies, lanterns, candelabras, votives, etc. I received so many compliments the night of our wedding on our decor and am still getting feedback on it! Thank you, Michelle. You’re a creative genius, and you and your staff are nothing short of spectacular.
