The JSB was the perfect place to host our wedding. The venue itself is elegant and beautiful with hundreds of sparkling chandeliers. Decorations needed are minimal for your specific dream and that is FANTASTIC when you’re planning a wedding! The owner and staff are so helpful in making suggestions for layout and everything was set up perfectly as requested. They have a bridal suite just as elegant and it was so nice to be able to not worry about messing up your dress or hair from the chaotic Oklahoma weather! I am thrilled with how everything turned out and have gorgeous keepsake photos from our special day that are truly enhanced by this wonderful venue.

The buildings structure and decor is gorgeous, the prices are unmatched, the venue houses decorations for customers to utilize, and the staff was always ready to answer questions and help me with anything I needed. Everything was just how I imagined thanks to everyone at Johnstone-Sare!

This venue is amazing! The price is affordable and you get so much with it. Monte was so easy to work with and so helpful. He made our wedding the best day ever! Definitely recommend!!!

I would highly recommend The Room at the Top. We had a awesome experience with Monte. He made sure to help in anyway he could and always answered any questions we had. My wedding was wonderful and very elegant. This place is beautiful! I am not sure very many people know of this place, but I would recommend to anyone to have your wedding, reception, party, whatever you are needing here. Thank you so much for all your help with my special day!

We had an exceptional time with Monte. He provided everything we could possibly need and answered all of our questions. I couldn't recommend this space more, it is beautiful and open with a great view of downtown Bartlesville. We had the day of our dreams here!!

I looked at exactly two venues - Shakespeare’s Globe in London where I currently live and The Room at the Top in Bartlesville where I grew up - and I’m 100% positive I made the right choice with The Room at the Top. From the innate ambience the deco-meets-industrial decor offers to the amazing service provided by manager Monte and his wife Francecha, there is literally no place else in town to consider. One small thing of note, the music from the celebration downstairs occasionally overpowered quieter moments in our celebration, but they were small blips in an otherwise perfect night.

I just had my wedding here 8/2018 and loved it! Wedding & Reception in the same place overlooking my hometown. It was beautiful, vintage feeling but modern amenities. Monte (the manager) was a real pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Hotels and other places to go and see right there within a block or two. I was very pleased and had so many of my guests comment on how much they loved that building and thought we'd found a hidden treasure.

The Room at the Top was was amazingly perfect for our wedding and reception. I loved the fact that we could have our big day all in one place. It has unique little side rooms that was perfect for catering and for photo booth set ups, and plenty of space for dancing! A beautiful historical building inside and out! The owner and manager were so helpful with all my questions and concerns about the wedding which helped things go smoothly. A must see!

I highly recommend this venue for any event. I had my wedding reception here in 2015 and loved every minute of it. Our friends and family still talk about how beautiful it was. The staff is also amazing and will spend time with you going over every little detail. They truly care about making your event special. Also, The Room at the Top has the best view of downtown Bartlesville. Good views, beautiful decor, and amazing people!! What more can you ask for?!

We rented The Room at the Top for our daughter's wedding and reception. They did not cut any corners in restoring this classic, historical building making it the perfect backdrop for ceremonies, photos or just having a great time. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were extremely flexible. We wanted an industrial, yet romantic look and Room at the Top was perfect. We highly recommend it!
