We don't know what we would have done without our day-of coordinators Ashley and Nicole (The Renao). We had very little idea what we were doing for our Spring 2022 wedding - a lot ...
of ideas but no experience with wedding planning or how it all needed to come together. From our first virtual meeting, The Renao provided a framework that allowed us to bring our creativity to life AND stay on mission. It was a huge weight off our shoulders to feel like we had knowledgeable reliable support throughout the months before our big event.
The tools the Renao shared for planning and execution were crucial to the success of our wedding. The in-person meeting a few weeks out from our event helped to reorient us to the big picture during the home stretch, rather than getting lost among details or new ideas. Ashley or Nicole joined us for all of our final vendor appointments and walk-throughs. Their spreadsheets and checklists focused on critical details that we would not have thought of, but were minimalist enough that it didn't become overwhelming.
Day-of they worked harder than anyone. Helped set up our tables in a tight window due to when we could access the venue. Directed our various helpers to where they'd be most useful. Kept us on schedule. Made sure the "must have" list we'd prepped for them in advance happened. Arrived first, left last. The whole endeavor was a big lift for all of us, but Ashley and Nicole most of all.
I can't sing enough praises about this company and the women who run it. We contracted with them because their services and fee hit our budget sweet spot for day-of coordinators. We were so happy with their services, we tipped them 50% of their contracted rate after the wedding. Wish we could have done more, honestly. They 100% earned it. Don't hesitate - call The Renao!
So, let me tell you, I am the queen of worry. And the whole time leading up to my wedding, I was worried about something going wrong. When the day came, not only were Nicole and As...
hley the picture of calm, but they handled the day perfectly. Thanks to the amazing vendors they recommended, and their own well thought out planning, my wedding went off without a hitch! (And I am not exaggerating.). Even if there had been some disaster, I am sure they would have handled it gracefully. They also helped me manage my expectations throughout the planning period (i.e. it takes this long to do this, that long to receive those back). They didn't make my decisions for me but helped streamlined the experience, so all I had to focus on was the tough decisions themselves. They had amazing recommendations, and helped with anything I needed along the way. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
I truly appreciate all the assistance I got from The Renao in helping me plan my party. There were so many moving parts and things to organize, and these ladies helped coordinate i...

I plan events professionally, and worked with Ashley at a wedding where I was in the bridal party. The bride was so detail oriented, and Ashley and the team were able to execute he...
r vision seamlessly, manage any surprises and handled packing up and shipping out flawlessly. I normally attend weddings and mentally critique what could have gone better - I honestly didn’t have any changes to recommend. Ashley’s team even supported the photographer, helping herd people and rogue relatives through the event with grace. The wedding was on time and on point. I’ll definitely work with Ashley again if I have the opportunity.
