The Reserve is a great all-inclusive venue! I (bride) did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day. If you’re looking for a “one-stop shop” kind of venue, this is it right here...
. Staff was so incredibly easy to work with. They will do their best to accommodate your needs. Food is delicious, and dietary restrictions are taken very seriously here. Bridal suite had ample room for me and my three bridesmaids. If you have one or two people in the makeup and hair chair at the same time, I would say the space can accommodate up to five or six people comfortably. The groom and his groomsmen had a great time playing games and getting ready in the groom’s quarter as well.
While the ceremony area is surrounded by the golf course itself, you won’t notice many golfers (if at all) by the ceremony start time at 5 pm. The venue does comply with the surrounding homes’ quiet hour rule starting at 10 pm, so maybe plan an after party elsewhere if you really want to celebrate into the night. For us, the five-hour event time was perfect for a quick ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, and dancing.
Fair warning to those who do not do well with change, we had two different venue coordinator changes during our planning process. We booked with The Reserve in February 2022 with Kameron, who was super professional and organized. In September 2022 she resigned and we were introduced to Gina, whom we worked with for the majority of the planning leading up to our wedding day in June 2023. She was such a delight to work with, which was unfortunate when she resigned from her position in May 2023. Ted, Kylie, and Chris then took over for the last leg and they really did a great job executing everything and making sure our day went as smoothly as possible.
With that being said, we are extremely happy with our venue choice. Email communications were very timely. We didn’t have to worry about tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, or anything like that; it was all taken care of!

With how busy wedding season has been this year, I was very impressed with how well Kameron organized everything for us and she looked so calm while doing it! everything organized leading up to, and on the wedding day. Several staff were involved in getting things setup and helping move people around. Food was very good although couples should be aware that they are unable to take leftover food after the wedding. The crossing was a fantastic location for the ceremony with flowers in full bloom during the summer time. The pavilion had a great setup for weddings of all sizes and was very comfortable for our guest list of roughly 100. Bridal and groom suites were very comfortable and in a secluded location within the clubhouse. There were plenty of great wedding photo opportunities around the venue including rolling hills and a vineyard area. The only major pitfall to this venue is that all guests and decorations are required to be off the premises by 10 PM sharp which can be a bit hard for afternoon/evening weddings. Overall, a great experience and terrific venue for the price.

Reserve in the past 10 years, and they were always beautifully done, especially with the scenery, and seemingly effortlessly staged and catered. When their prices came out comparable, and in some cases cheaper, to all others in the area, I knew it was fate!
The only hiccup we had was the shuffling around of 3 different coordinators over the last year of planning (from April 2021-May 2022). But when I tell you we landed on the best-of-the-best, the third time is definitely the charm! Kameron was the most detail-oriented and communicative of any coordinator I have ever met. She would respond to emails late at night, or first thing in the morning the next day, if I happened to email her on a day-off. She was so fun to work with, and because our minds worked the same way for planning, the day went off literally without a hitch. There were so many last minute items we had to change/move around, and it was flawless with her help. I would hire her as a stand-alone coordinator for any event. Simply, 10/10!
As for the venue, it is absolutely beautiful all on its own. You won’t need as many decorations because the views speak for themselves. They have wine barrels and arbors to be used as part of your day-of rental for decorating your ceremony and/or reception space. Your dog can be apart of the ceremony, which was a selling point for us!!! The bridal suite has a beautiful view of the golf course as you get ready. All of your guests will have ample parking. Golfers are respectful and don’t mess up any portion of the day. The food and drinks are amazing. The bartender allowed me to create my own specialty drink from scratch, and it turned out perfectly. The wait staff are extremely helpful and professional as well.

his team were great to work with and super easy to get a hold of, but unfortunately they were not hired until 2 months before our wedding. We originally booked the Reserve as our venue in Fall of 2019 for a Summer 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing until Summer 2021. Within that timeframe, the Reserve had so much turnover with their event planners that Steven ended up being the 5th wedding coordinator we had to work with. Each time they hired someone new, we had to re-explain our entire event to them which was time consuming, frustrating, and quite honestly extremely unnecessary since previous coordinators failed to take adequate notes to pass to the next person. The biggest detail that was lost among the transition is the date for our rehearsal. We set the date when we booked the wedding, but a prior coordinator double booked our rehearsal and didn’t tell us, so a month before the date we had to scramble to find a new day and time. However, when the actual day finally came, I must say the Reserve did what they said they would. They set up all the correct tables, chairs, food, drinks, etc. The food was delicious and even better than what we had at our tasting. They had plenty of servers and the food was all ready at the agreed upon times. If you work with Steven or Natalie, you will be in good hands.

The first time I visited The Reserve, I knew it would be the most perfect place to marry my best friend. It was GORGEOUS. But, it wasn't until we began our wedding-planning journey...
that I truly fell in love with this venue. Yelena (the coordinator) made our entire experience, from start to finish, so incredibly smooth and flawless! Being the type-A person that I am, we reserved this venue well over a year in advance. From the get-go, Yelena kept in contact with us, making sure that all information (on both ends) was up to date. I, obviously, had my fair share of questions, all of which were promptly responded to in an informative and professional manner.
Fast forward to our rehearsal and wedding day: in my mind, I assumed I knew the steps for the processional and ceremony. False. There were so many other details that were necessary, that I never would have thought of, to make things seamless! Yelena is clearly very experienced, and was therefore full of suggestions to help us make things flow better. The day of the wedding was obviously stressful, but Yelena and her assistant were both calm and supportive; they constantly made sure all of my needs were being met...not just while we were getting ready, but the entire night. Yelena even helped bustle my gown after the ceremony, and drove us around on a golf cart to take pictures!
Additionally,every staff member we met was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Apparently some of our decorations and a centerpiece blew over during our ceremony, and they instantly cleaned up the mess and set everything back up before guests started arriving for cocktail hour. They also served my husband and myself massive portions of food so we didn't have to go through the buffet line...win!
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience working with The Reserve and Yelena. I seriously could not have asked for a better venue to work with, and I am incredibly grateful for all of the time and support that was provided to make our day perfect!!

edding from across the country (I live in Maryland) is not easy, but Yelena made it an absolutely amazing experience. She and The Reserve are incredibly responsive to emails and calls with no stone left un-turned. With the expansive experience she has in planning weddings, she helped guide us through the entirety of our wedding planning experience. Every tiny detail from plating our food to the location of the arbor was addressed and edited to our personal taste and desires. They were able to accommodate everything we wanted in our big day including both a 16ft cookie table and 8 different cakes. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL. There are greens, forest, vineyards, and that clubhouse and pavilion-how could you go wrong with such a well manicured and stunning location? I wasn't sure about a buffet at first, then we tasted the food. Every single thing we tried from bacon wrapped scallops to the garlic whipped mashed potatoes was incredible. Everyone says you don't get to eat at your own wedding because you're so busy-lies. The staff put together an entire platter of food just for my husband and me to enjoy during our reception and it was unbelievable. Did you know they make their own wine? We were able to have a few of their home grown selections for us and our guests, with a few bottles to take home to celebrate with later. The entire staff worked tirelessly to make sure our day ran smoothly. Yelena coordinated with every outside vendor to make the day run without a hitch. We were able to completely sit back and enjoy the day without a worry that something wasn't going to get done. Not only is the communication amazing, they are just good people-we loved getting to know Yelena throughout the wedding process and were so glad she was there to celebrate with us on our big day. I could go on and on about how much we love The Reserve Vineyards & Gold Club-they gave us our dream wedding with an incredibly well orchestrated and low stress experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
