The Reserve is a great all-inclusive venue! I (bride) did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day. If you’re looking for a “one-stop shop” kind of venue, this is it right here...
. Staff was so incredibly easy to work with. They will do their best to accommodate your needs. Food is delicious, and dietary restrictions are taken very seriously here. Bridal suite had ample room for me and my three bridesmaids. If you have one or two people in the makeup and hair chair at the same time, I would say the space can accommodate up to five or six people comfortably. The groom and his groomsmen had a great time playing games and getting ready in the groom’s quarter as well.
While the ceremony area is surrounded by the golf course itself, you won’t notice many golfers (if at all) by the ceremony start time at 5 pm. The venue does comply with the surrounding homes’ quiet hour rule starting at 10 pm, so maybe plan an after party elsewhere if you really want to celebrate into the night. For us, the five-hour event time was perfect for a quick ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, and dancing.
Fair warning to those who do not do well with change, we had two different venue coordinator changes during our planning process. We booked with The Reserve in February 2022 with Kameron, who was super professional and organized. In September 2022 she resigned and we were introduced to Gina, whom we worked with for the majority of the planning leading up to our wedding day in June 2023. She was such a delight to work with, which was unfortunate when she resigned from her position in May 2023. Ted, Kylie, and Chris then took over for the last leg and they really did a great job executing everything and making sure our day went as smoothly as possible.
With that being said, we are extremely happy with our venue choice. Email communications were very timely. We didn’t have to worry about tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, or anything like that; it was all taken care of!
We recently got married here 10/01/2022 and couldn’t have been happier. The venue coordinator (Gina) did a phenomenal job taking over for the previous coordinator (Kameron) who als...
o was amazing. The day was stress free due to the organization of the staff. The Reserve is the perfect place to have a wedding. I’m so happy we chose this venue.
The Reserve was the perfect venue for us. Our wedding coordinator, Kameron, was so accommodating and kind to us during the entire planning process and on our wedding day. She commu...
nicated with us closely throughout the year and always answered our questions efficiently. With how busy wedding season has been this year, I was very impressed with how well Kameron organized everything for us and she looked so calm while doing it! Kameron and her team made the wedding day so smooth. They communicated with all of our vendors and kept us all on schedule. We really could not say enough about the team at The Reserve. We are so happy that we chose The Reserve as our venue!
A great venue in a gorgeous location with top tier amenities at a very affordable price. Venue rental included the onsite wedding coordinator who did an exceptional job in getting ...
everything organized leading up to, and on the wedding day. Several staff were involved in getting things setup and helping move people around. Food was very good although couples should be aware that they are unable to take leftover food after the wedding. The crossing was a fantastic location for the ceremony with flowers in full bloom during the summer time. The pavilion had a great setup for weddings of all sizes and was very comfortable for our guest list of roughly 100. Bridal and groom suites were very comfortable and in a secluded location within the clubhouse. There were plenty of great wedding photo opportunities around the venue including rolling hills and a vineyard area. The only major pitfall to this venue is that all guests and decorations are required to be off the premises by 10 PM sharp which can be a bit hard for afternoon/evening weddings. Overall, a great experience and terrific venue for the price.
Kameron Holmberg was the most amazing coordinator ever. She is so organized and so easy to communicate with. The food was outstanding on our wedding day. The venue is extremely wel...
l-maintained and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to have our wedding. The entire staff was awesome.
Kameron and the Reserve team made our wedding extra special! During the planning phases, Kameron led us through the process by ensuring even the smallest details were covered. Lead...
ing up to the big day, she was accommodating of all last minute requests. We appreciated the way she coordinated with our vendors to generate effective timelines. The food rocked and the venue was gorgeous!
If I could choose 6 stars, I would.
This was the third venue we looked at, and it was one I always kept tucked away as our backup option. I had been to a number of events at The ...
Reserve in the past 10 years, and they were always beautifully done, especially with the scenery, and seemingly effortlessly staged and catered. When their prices came out comparable, and in some cases cheaper, to all others in the area, I knew it was fate!
The only hiccup we had was the shuffling around of 3 different coordinators over the last year of planning (from April 2021-May 2022). But when I tell you we landed on the best-of-the-best, the third time is definitely the charm! Kameron was the most detail-oriented and communicative of any coordinator I have ever met. She would respond to emails late at night, or first thing in the morning the next day, if I happened to email her on a day-off. She was so fun to work with, and because our minds worked the same way for planning, the day went off literally without a hitch. There were so many last minute items we had to change/move around, and it was flawless with her help. I would hire her as a stand-alone coordinator for any event. Simply, 10/10!
As for the venue, it is absolutely beautiful all on its own. You won’t need as many decorations because the views speak for themselves. They have wine barrels and arbors to be used as part of your day-of rental for decorating your ceremony and/or reception space. Your dog can be apart of the ceremony, which was a selling point for us!!! The bridal suite has a beautiful view of the golf course as you get ready. All of your guests will have ample parking. Golfers are respectful and don’t mess up any portion of the day. The food and drinks are amazing. The bartender allowed me to create my own specialty drink from scratch, and it turned out perfectly. The wait staff are extremely helpful and professional as well.
To say I had the perfect wedding day is an understatement. If you book this venue, and have the pleasure of working with Kameron, you won’t be sorry.
we got married here 6/11/22 and it was truly the best day ever! Kameron Holmberg was our wedding coordinator from day 1, and I couldn't recommend her more, or this venue! Kameron w...
as so easy to work with, and you could tell she's amazing at what she does. She was great with communication and a wonderful human being! the wedding day went smoothly, and truly a memorable time!
I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our marriage. We heard multiple times that the food that was served was the best food people had ever had (adults and the kid...
s - especially the fries🍟!). The staff was so friendly and our event coordinator, Kameron, was the best at communicating and answering questions that came up! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding location!
In the end the Reserve was able to deliver on all things agreed upon, but I must caution newly weds on what they’re getting into when booking the Reserve as their venue. Steven and...
his team were great to work with and super easy to get a hold of, but unfortunately they were not hired until 2 months before our wedding. We originally booked the Reserve as our venue in Fall of 2019 for a Summer 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing until Summer 2021. Within that timeframe, the Reserve had so much turnover with their event planners that Steven ended up being the 5th wedding coordinator we had to work with. Each time they hired someone new, we had to re-explain our entire event to them which was time consuming, frustrating, and quite honestly extremely unnecessary since previous coordinators failed to take adequate notes to pass to the next person. The biggest detail that was lost among the transition is the date for our rehearsal. We set the date when we booked the wedding, but a prior coordinator double booked our rehearsal and didn’t tell us, so a month before the date we had to scramble to find a new day and time. However, when the actual day finally came, I must say the Reserve did what they said they would. They set up all the correct tables, chairs, food, drinks, etc. The food was delicious and even better than what we had at our tasting. They had plenty of servers and the food was all ready at the agreed upon times. If you work with Steven or Natalie, you will be in good hands.
The new wedding coordinator (Natalie) stepped right up and did a great job! The Reserve, its staff, their teamwork, and the venue were fantastic! We enjoyed the pavilion, the si...

We booked our daughter’s October 5 2019 wedding at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club 18 months in advance and sat back and relaxed confident in our decision. I love the entrance...
to their grounds with all of the splendor of that amazing clubhouse set against the back drop of the course and the sunset. Guests are still calling us about the incredible food and ambiance of the pavilion. For me, the best was knowing everything was in control. Emily and her team were a professional and calming force on a day that we needed it most. Highly, highly recommend this venue.
During the entire planning process, Yelena was always available and quick to answer our questions. She has so much experience with weddings, that she shared her thoughts on differe...
nt topics and made our day wonderful. The food is delicious and the venue is extremely picture ready. During our Reception the temperature dropped and it got really cold. Yelena was quick to set up extra heaters and make sure our guests were ready to go. I would highly recommend The Reserve to any couple, for any season.
The Reserve was the PERFECT location for our wedding reception. It seriously exceeded all our expectations! The facility was beautiful; our day was perfect, and Yelena, the wedding...
coordinator, was beyond amazing! Any question we had, at any time, Yelena would respond with a thorough answer within 24 hours. She eased every single one of my worries, was our biggest supporter, and was such a pleasure to work with. And when it started to rain the morning of the wedding, Yelena met me with a smile and told me not to worry about anything and that everything would work out.
On the wedding day, the Reserve staff was prepared, efficient, and so professional. We are so happy that we chose The Reserve for our special day. We will never forget how wonderful our experience was and would recommend it to anybody we knew!

The first time I visited The Reserve, I knew it would be the most perfect place to marry my best friend. It was GORGEOUS. But, it wasn't until we began our wedding-planning journey...
that I truly fell in love with this venue. Yelena (the coordinator) made our entire experience, from start to finish, so incredibly smooth and flawless! Being the type-A person that I am, we reserved this venue well over a year in advance. From the get-go, Yelena kept in contact with us, making sure that all information (on both ends) was up to date. I, obviously, had my fair share of questions, all of which were promptly responded to in an informative and professional manner.
Fast forward to our rehearsal and wedding day: in my mind, I assumed I knew the steps for the processional and ceremony. False. There were so many other details that were necessary, that I never would have thought of, to make things seamless! Yelena is clearly very experienced, and was therefore full of suggestions to help us make things flow better. The day of the wedding was obviously stressful, but Yelena and her assistant were both calm and supportive; they constantly made sure all of my needs were being met...not just while we were getting ready, but the entire night. Yelena even helped bustle my gown after the ceremony, and drove us around on a golf cart to take pictures!
Additionally, every staff member we met was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Apparently some of our decorations and a centerpiece blew over during our ceremony, and they instantly cleaned up the mess and set everything back up before guests started arriving for cocktail hour. They also served my husband and myself massive portions of food so we didn't have to go through the buffet line...win!
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience working with The Reserve and Yelena. I seriously could not have asked for a better venue to work with, and I am incredibly grateful for all of the time and support that was provided to make our day perfect!!
We cannot speak highly enough of Yelena and The Reserve Vineyards & Golf Club for our wedding location. Yelena worked with us for over a year planning the perfect day. Planning a w...
edding from across the country (I live in Maryland) is not easy, but Yelena made it an absolutely amazing experience. She and The Reserve are incredibly responsive to emails and calls with no stone left un-turned. With the expansive experience she has in planning weddings, she helped guide us through the entirety of our wedding planning experience. Every tiny detail from plating our food to the location of the arbor was addressed and edited to our personal taste and desires. They were able to accommodate everything we wanted in our big day including both a 16ft cookie table and 8 different cakes. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL. There are greens, forest, vineyards, and that clubhouse and pavilion-how could you go wrong with such a well manicured and stunning location? I wasn't sure about a buffet at first, then we tasted the food. Every single thing we tried from bacon wrapped scallops to the garlic whipped mashed potatoes was incredible. Everyone says you don't get to eat at your own wedding because you're so busy-lies. The staff put together an entire platter of food just for my husband and me to enjoy during our reception and it was unbelievable. Did you know they make their own wine? We were able to have a few of their home grown selections for us and our guests, with a few bottles to take home to celebrate with later. The entire staff worked tirelessly to make sure our day ran smoothly. Yelena coordinated with every outside vendor to make the day run without a hitch. We were able to completely sit back and enjoy the day without a worry that something wasn't going to get done. Not only is the communication amazing, they are just good people-we loved getting to know Yelena throughout the wedding process and were so glad she was there to celebrate with us on our big day. I could go on and on about how much we love The Reserve Vineyards & Gold Club-they gave us our dream wedding with an incredibly well orchestrated and low stress experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you again, Yelena & The Reserve Vineyards & Golf Club!!!
The most amazing venue I have ever been to and we were lucky enough to have our wedding there!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and Yelena (wedding coordinator) made everything so easy ...
and perfect. She and the team are so accommodating and easy to work with and always put our needs first. They took care of so much and we were able to just sit back and really appreciate the whole day. There are not enough words to describe how perfect our experience was! If you are getting married, you absolutely must look into The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club!

My husband and I were lucky enough to get married on one of the windiest days of the year in Oregon. :-) Unfortunatley our reception had to be moved inside (originally set to be ou...
tside under a pavilion). The Reserves event coordinator, Yelena King, did an amazing job organizing the move and had everything ready to go by the time guests started to arrive. We couldn't have had a more beautifully "modified" wedding reception. :-) We would highly recommend this venue to anybody!!

Where do I even begin... The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. They have gorgeous flowers of all different colors planted from spring to fall that add so much vibrancy to th...
e atmosphere. The architecture of the building is beautiful as well and the twinkle lights under the pavilion really set the mood. Along with the beautiful setting, the food they provide is delicious! When we did our tasting, we had a hard time narrowing it down because it was all so good. Beers and wines are great as well! But, I would say even better than the beauty and the food is the helpfulness of the staff. The wedding coordinator, Yelena King, is so wonderful! She had answers to all of our questions, suggestions on food and drink and just added so much value to our wedding experience. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about her job! It was such a pleasure to work with her. If I had to do it all again, I would still 100% choose the Reserve as our venue.

e amazing views and everything the Reserve had to offer, but honestly the main reason we loved the reserve was because of the amazing on-site coordinator Yelena. All of her hard work, attention to detail and knowledge of every aspect of what needed to be done was very impressive to say the least. The Reserve is lucky to have an such a passionate employee and there is no doubt that she is in the process of putting the Reserve on the map as the best place you can get married in the state of Oregon!
The Reserve made my day perfect! The staff was quick to help me with anything I needed and executed everything flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue.
The Reserve was an amazing place to have our wedding. We couldn't have been happier with everything that day. The grounds are meticulously kept and the food was great. Rebecca, ...
