The Ridge Cafe is a restaurant wedding venue in Draper, UT. Situated atop the stunning Corner Canyon and offering incredible views of the majestic Wasatch Mountains, this oh-so-cozy venue is the perfect setting for a relaxing day you and your loved ones will never forget. The Ridge Cafe invites you to elevate your celebration and make it extraordinary! The venue has indoor and outdoor event spaces, so you and your guests can enjoy the lovely views and crisp mountain air to the fullest and also have a place where you can go to get that extra bit of light and warmth after the sun has set. The spacious main dining room can accommodate parties of 42 to 68 people and has a delightfully rustic aesthetic and a laid-back atmosphere that encourages conversation and good cheer. Three large garage doors open to provide access from the dining room to the adjoining patio area, which can comfortably accommodate up to 65 people if the weather is good. The Ridge Cafe has a maximum capacity of 153 people; you can reserve the entire restaurant or just a part of it, depending on your needs and budget. The Ridge Cafe’s kitchen features an authentic Stefano Ferrara brick oven, handcrafted in Naples with clay from Italy’s Sorrento region. This eye-catching copper-tiled oven is the linchpin that enables you and your loved ones to enjoy a dining experience unlike any other. The Ridge Cafe offers custom catering services and personalized menus. You can opt for a delicious buffet, food stations, or a family-style or sit-down meal; menu options include a pizza or pasta bar, butternut bolognese, oven-roasted chicken or prime rib, beef tenderloin, braised lamb shank, smoked duck breast, grilled sablefish, sweet potato cakes, three-cheese scalloped potatoes, and more. To say everything was perfect would truly be an understatement. The event was beyond incredible. Anthony was incredibly accommodating and helpful. His professional approach took all the stress away from planning, and he was so attentive to ever...

y detail. I didn't have to worry about decor, Anthony took care of that. I didnt have to worry about accommodations for our guests who needed wheelchair accessibility... Anthony took care of that. We were able to come in, sit down and just breathe. We were so grateful for the experience. The venue was beautiful, and the staff took care of everything....right down to personalizing the food for some of our more picky eaters. We had so much fun and this event went off without a single hiccup. Thank you Anthony. You helped make our special day so beautiful.

Anthony is amazingly accommodating and very responsive!! It was wonderful having the place to ourselves; especially with our 10 little kids. We had 19 adults. We loved the salad and pasta Alfredo. We loved the fire roasted pizzas except som...

e did come out a little burned.

Anthony Crossley

Director of Catering

Anthony was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut where pizza is king and culture abounds. His love of cooking was fostered and developed early on at the heels of his Aunt and Uncle. Anthony has 30 years of experience in hospitality. Starting as a dishwasher at local mom and pops and working his way through the kitchens of the B Bar and New World Home Cooking in New York, Boulevard and Tera Firma Farms in the Bay area, amongst many others. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. He lives with his son Justin and dog Gaea in Sandy.
