My now-husband and I initially looked at the Ridgeway because it’s centrally located in Old Metairie for a lot of our family & friends, plus it was one of the most budget-friendly ...
places from a $/person perspective, AND we knew there was ample off-street parking to accommodate whatever size guest count we’d end up having. Now that it’s all done, I can look back and say that Nicole and Jeanne at the Ridgeway were WONDERFUL to work with. We worked with Jeanne to set up our initial contract and have our food tasting, which all went very smoothly and got us excited in those early planning days. Nicole took care of us in the final weeks leading up to the big event and was phenomenally helpful at the rehearsal, helping us decide some last-minute details. I didn’t worry about anything during the reception because I knew we were in great hands. My guests RAVED about how delicious the food was, the bar kept pace with the demand, and my husband and I couldn’t have asked for more. We definitely recommend the Ridgeway for anyone looking for a great reception venue.

ld have hoped for in a venue. While planning, Jeanne answered all of my questions and was very prompt about it, so I wasn’t sitting around stressing about them. Their menu selection is AMAZING! Everyone raved about them to us. The attendant who helped my husband and I on the big day made sure we had a drink at all times, set up food for us and even helped our parents. I would recommend them for weddings, events, anything really. Thank you for giving me the perfect day!

call of duty in making sure we were pleased. She ensured that day was everything we dreamed, imagined, and anticipated! The day of my wedding, Ms. Tenisha did an excellent job in meeting my husband and I needs the entire night! We were worry free the night of my wedding. I received no complaints from my guests regarding the services or hall. The entire staffing team was polite and professional. The food was flavorful and scrumptious. Would I recommend The Ridgeway? Yes, I would recommend them to anyone! There's no doubt in my mind that The Ridgeway can’t meet your needs for your special day.

made it very clear that it was all about what I wanted and that they were there to make it go my way, which is what every bride likes to hear. The food was amazing! They are prompt to answer emails and phone calls and are by far the best vendor I dealt with through the wedding process. You won't go wrong booking with them and the cost is amazing for what you get with the package!
