The Ritz New York was an incredible stay from start to finish. The staff were super attentive, and it was great to not even have to ask for anything, they just made sure everything was taken care of right away (luggage, water, directions, etc.)...
The room itself was huge and honestly looked like it had never been used before, it was that clean and fresh. The view from the window was amazing. The water pressure was perfect and the climate control was quick. The whole hotel had this nice, clean scent that made everything feel even more comfortable. I wish I could bottle the scent and bring it home
Overall, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in New York.

This was my first time staying at the Ritz Carlton-Nomad location and it was amazing. The service they provided was amazing and I could only say great things about it. They offer a taxi service up to a 2 mile radius which is a great distance in...
NYC. There was a cocktail bar on the first floor and also a rooftop bar which we sadly didn't get to experience until the next morning for high tea. Overall, this is a great location and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York for a new nights or even for longer.

om Rochester. Our room was amazing, fantastic views. If you’re looking for the best espresso martini, this is the place!! The bartenders were great, Luis at guest services outside was awesome to chat with, and really down to earth. We will be back for sure!!!

We had an amazing stay that far exceeded expectations!

we were celebrating, which was a great way to welcome us!
Our room was the Madison Suite, which was absolutely breathtaking! It was impeccably furnished, with modern, luxurious touches . The views from our corner suite were stunning, and made it hard to leave.
The service was also top-notch, with replacement of the Nespresso pods and water almost every time we left the room. Upon return our first evening, waiting for us was a card, sparkling cider, and chocolate covered strawberries, in honor of our occasions - this really made the night and is just a small example of the exemplary service throughout our stay.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel had many shops and great restaurants, and was a pleasure to explore.
This was absolutely the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, and will be our new "splurge" when visiting NYC. You will not be disappointed at the Ritz-Carlton Nomad!
