Choosing The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta to have our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception was, hands down, the best decision we made when it came to wedding planning. We truly felt like the two most special people in the world thanks to the entire team at The Ritz. And we received numerous comments and compliments from our guests. From our initial inquiry into availability until our wedding exit, The Ritz went above and beyond to ensure our entire day was perfect. The big decisions to the small details, they thought through it all. Our event manager, Ashley, was absolutely, without a doubt, amazing! She was with us every step of the way, and we cannot thank her enough. Our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined and we would recommend, without question, any couple looking to get married, to look no further than The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta. Words cannot describe how thrilled we were to work with the staff at the Ritz. From our initial site visit to the weeks after the wedding, everything was impeccable. The overall result of working with them was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We were treated with respect and were made to feel special at every chance they got; there were even quite a few lovely surprised and special touches on our wedding night that were so thoughtful and considerate! The actual event space itself is beyond gorgeous, and the on-site catering made sure that our reception meals were exceptionally delicious. Robin and Laura, our liaisons, were unbelievably attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. “Good enough” is not in their vocabulary – *every* member of the Ritz staff strives for “exceptional”. They understand that this is your wedding and do everything in their power to make it as special as possible.

I got my cake from The Ritz Carlton and it was beautiful and delicious. I was very pleased with the way it looked. However, My wedding was not at the hotel and we had to pick up the cake and transfer it ourselves as delivery was not available. The cake was porely packed and in a box way larger than the cake. Due to the awkward packaging and heat (wedding in July) during the 20 minute commute the cake started to melt and collapsed upon arrival at the venue. The bottom level was completely unusable. Due to the damage we had to cut the cake shortly after dinner STARTED as the top levels were sliding off. Overall, the cake was beautiful and delicious, but I would not recommend for a wedding at another location. It was a huge headache to pick it up the day of the wedding and then have it melt... not too impressed.

I held my wedding and reception at the Ritz Carlton, Atlanta. The staff was beyond phenomenol. I personally worked with Robin Kreitner to set-up my contract & then Paul Tramonte for the catering portion. The service was spectacular and most of my guests noticed all of the details the Ritz had in place. Paul was so detailed and literally remembered everything I requested. He made me feel like I was the only bride he was working with. If I had to do it all over again, I would get married there and would encourage others to as well.
