The guests are still raving about how amazing the food was; so I definitely think the price (while during initial research seemed higher than other venues) was worth it in the end. Tori even filled the guest restrooms with the equivalent of the set up in the Ritz-Carlton spa restrooms....we had surprise treats delivered to our bridal and groom suite the entire weekend, and our guests were so comfortable, taken care of and happy! Thank you to the whole staff!

My husband, my parents, and I all genuinely enjoyed working with her and thought that she was incredible. The wedding itself at the Urban Garden was absolutely beautiful! We had several guests tell us that it was the nicest wedding that they had been to, and I attribute that mostly to the level of service that the Ritz provides as well as the venue itself. Our food was INCREDIBLE... I sadly did not get to eat the crabcakes that were passed during cocktail hour but I have had several people in the weeks following our wedding comment that they were the best crabcakes that they have had in their life (and we had a decent number of people from MD at the wedding!). Service was impeccable and we absolutely loved our reception. What's great about having a wedding at the Ritz is that everything is in-house. Food, cake, alcohol, table linens, chairs, etc. were all included with the venue, which made that one less thing that we had to worry about in the months leading up to our wedding. Also included is a complimentary bridal suite for the wedding weekend. My MOH and I had a blast having an old-school sleepover the night before the wedding. The day-of, we had our hair and makeup come to the suite to work on bridesmaids/mothers hair along with a complimentary bridal brunch served in the suite. After our wedding, my husband and I returned to our room to a bucket of champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and rose petals around the room. The level of service provided by the Ritz was OUTSTANDING and we truly felt that they went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so memorable!

The entire Ritz-Carlton staff made the wedding day an absolute dream, the guests were greeted with champagne as they walked in and synchronized serving for the seated dinner. If my husband or I ever needed anything the entire wedding weekend, the Ritz staff was always by our sides. Recommend 100% to host any event at the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte!!

Tara did everything to ensure that the day was perfect and smooth and she exceeded our expectations. We are still hearing from guests how amazing the food and the experience was. It was truly a memorable day! The staff there was so kind and I truly don't think one thing went wrong for our big day. I can't thank The Ritz enough for making this day so special.
