I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota as a wedding venue. We were married at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club in March 2022 and had 70 guests, and our Ritz-Carlton contact (Heather) as well as the rest of the Ritz-Carlton staff were exceptional. Heather was incredibly helpful, responsive, and an overall pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding process. We did not hire an outside wedding planner, and my husband and I were both the first of our siblings to get married, so we really did not know anything about weddings when we started the process! Although Heather was ultimately only responsible for our venue, she answered so many questions for us and helped guide us through the entire wedding process. She was so patient and kind. On the day of our wedding, Heather helped make sure that everything with our vendors was set up so we didn’t have to worry about that while we were getting ready. Also, the experience that Heather and the Ritz-Carlton staff gave us for our tasting and planning meeting (we were from out of state) was unbelievable! Many of our guests have mentioned that the food (we did the South of the Border buffet) was the best wedding food they have ever had. And, of course, the views are unmatched. Thank you, Heather and the entire Ritz-Carlton Sarasota team for making our wedding weekend perfect! We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary next spring!

First off, the hotel is great. Many staff throughout the property remember your name. This is a small gesture but one that really shows how much this hotel cares about hospitality. For our last visit, my fiance and I were there to plan for our wedding in November. It has been such a pleasure to work with Kate Schanuel to help execute our wedding. She has been an excellent member of the Ritz wedding team. The wedding tasting she organized for us with the Chef was phenomenal. The service by Gianna during this tasting was outstanding. They truly made us feel special and we knew we picked the right team for our wedding. I would also like to thank Rosemary who has done so much in helping us prepare for our wedding. Thank you for a great stay, and we look forward to our wedding with this top notch crew executing it!

It was so special to have my wedding and reception at The Ritz Carlton in Sarasota. It was everything you would expect from The Ritz and more. My event manager paid close attention to detail and listened intently to our wishes. Every last detail was perfect! They truly know how to spoil their guests, which is exactly what we wanted from our wedding weekend. From the incredible food to the impeccable service, we were impressed every step of the way.

The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota did everything in their power to make my wedding beautiful and stress-free! Everyone was very kind to all of my family and guests, and were very outgoing and helpful. The venues (we used the Healing Garden and a Ballroom), both of which were gorgeous!

We are from NY and had a 40 person wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota on September 16th at sunset. The Ritz was GREAT to us. They had the most wonderful wedding coordinators and planners. The day of, I was taken care of and followed and guided like a celebrity. The Ritz staff made my day absolutely amazing. If you ever are considering the Ritz, make srue to use Chris Starman, he is by far the best!! There are so many great staff members there. My wedding was incredible and done EXACTLY the way we wanted it. If ever considering an outside, by the beach/ocean without being on the sand, choose the Ritz Carlton Beach Club!! It was the most perfect day of my life.
