upgraded the look and feel of the buffet. The room was beautiful, it felt very classy, not just a banquet room, you will enjoy some stunning views from the 35th floor. The only one area that need improvement/better communication description and it has nothing to do with the River Club is the parking situation, yes, it is in a bank building, but more details will be helpful for future guest, like it is an underground parking not going up, be on lookout of a very small tight entrance along the building going down, once you are in the garage the signage is fine. I did appreciate very much that the River Club had an attendant at the elevator door instructing all my guest to Validate their receipt, small details but very helpful. and yes, I would book it again.

ied about a large crowd and not fitting into the large room upstairs, but it worked out beautifully. We had a band and it was THE MOST fun evening and everything we could have hoped for and more. We live in Ponte Vedra and looked at many venues that could accomodate a large crowd. We are delighted to have settled on downtown Jax and the RC. Kristen and the rest of the staff was extremely professional and kind. They listened attentively and carried out all of our wishes graciously and with great professionalism.

id a phenomenal job ensuring our day was exactly as we planned. Not only did our day of go exactly as planned, the River Club exceeded our expectations. Keely went above and beyond as we worked tirelessly with her throughout 2020 through date changes, COVID social distancing updates and regulations. Not only that, when our cake arrived without any flowers as pictured, Keely went to the store and bought flowers and arranged them on the cake to ensure it looked just as we had imagined.
The bridal attendant on the day of, was excellent. If anything, I think I was the problem as I was very hard to keep up with during the reception.
All of the staff was professional and exceptional with their service. All of my guest were pleased with not only how delicious their meals were, but also how quickly and professionally the staff were able to serve all of the guest.
I can remember walking into the venue and thinking that it was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff had arranged all of the centerpieces on the tables to perfection. I can honestly say, no matter how beautiful I thought my wedding day would be; I could have never imagined it to be as beautiful and perfect as it was thanks to the River Club and their staff.

words to thank Keely, Linda, Chris, and the whole team for the work they put into our special day. Holding our wedding at The River Club was the best decision for us. We were not trying to search for a venue, caterer, and production staff separately, we wanted to enjoy our engagement and leave the wedding planning to the professionals. We wanted a venue that took care of the day-of coordinating, food, set-up and breakdown. On that day, I wanted to be able to relax and be excited about getting married. The River Club offered all of these services to us.
On the morning of our wedding, I was expecting to be a bit nervous. People asked me why I was so calm. I told them that I was excited and not nervous because I knew I was marrying the man of my dreams and that our wedding venue, The River Club, had all of the details of the day handled. Walking out of the elevator that evening, I looked around and noticed that everything was impeccably created and the staff was ready to party with us all evening. I want to thank each of the staff for their support and work that day. Thank you for giving us the best memories.

Allison was our main contact and she was the greatest thing that ever happened to us throughout our planning . She made everything easy and went out of her way to

We had a large amount of guests coming in from out of town and The River Club was the perfect way to show off the city that I called home for 18 years. I truly believe that there is no better view of the St. Johns River than from the 34th floor. The venue was the perfect size for our 200 guests. The two level layout allowed us to keep everyone feeling like they were part of the party whether they wanted to dance or just watch from above. We still get comments from guests on how picturesque our wedding was. We are so grateful for The River Club team for helping make our dream wedding a reality.
