Words can not express how truly amazing our experience with the River Club was for our wedding. Being a COVID bride, the staff, specifically the catering and sales manager Keely, did a phenomenal job ensuring our day was exactly as we planned. ...
Not only did our day of go exactly as planned, the River Club exceeded our expectations. Keely went above and beyond as we worked tirelessly with her throughout 2020 through date changes, COVID social distancing updates and regulations. Not only that, when our cake arrived without any flowers as pictured, Keely went to the store and bought flowers and arranged them on the cake to ensure it looked just as we had imagined.
The bridal attendant on the day of, was excellent. If anything, I think I was the problem as I was very hard to keep up with during the reception.
All of the staff was professional and exceptional with their service. All of my guest were pleased with not only how delicious their meals were, but also how quickly and professionally the staff were able to serve all of the guest.
I can remember walking into the venue and thinking that it was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff had arranged all of the centerpieces on the tables to perfection. I can honestly say, no matter how beautiful I thought my wedding day would be; I could have never imagined it to be as beautiful and perfect as it was thanks to the River Club and their staff.

We were not trying to search for a venue, caterer, and production staff separately, we wanted to enjoy our engagement and leave the wedding planning to the professionals. We wanted a venue that took care of the day-of coordinating, food, set-up and breakdown. On that day, I wanted to be able to relax and be excited about getting married. The River Club offered all of these services to us.
On the morning of our wedding, I was expecting to be a bit nervous. People asked me why I was so calm. I told them that I was excited and not nervous because I knew I was marrying the man of my dreams and that our wedding venue, The River Club, had all of the details of the day handled. Walking out of the elevator that evening, I looked around and noticed that everything was impeccably created and the staff was ready to party with us all evening. I want to thank each of the staff for their support and work that day. Thank you for giving us the best memories.

The pricing is fair and the food and drink options are excellent. The view is spectacular and was the perfect backdrop for all of our pictures. The only negative in our whole event is that our snap chat geo filter didn’t work, probably because of the sheer height of the Wells Fargo building (make sure to widen the area if you plan on doing this) I highly recommend The River Club for any event, wedding or otherwise.

ere a bit worried about planning this from afar, but everything was smooth sailing—they know what they’re doing for sure. We had some special requests around the timing of the evening and the dietary requirements (vegan, kosher, GF options), and it was no problem for the RC. Allison set up a wonderful tasting for us, and at the event the food was well-timed and presented beautifully, not to mention delicious. We played a video after dinner, and everything worked perfectly. Wedding events are tough, because you’re working with multiple families/family members and everyone has an opinion, but Allison and the RC staff did a wonderful job of getting to know us and making the event exactly what we dreamed it could be with minimal drama. Our family and friends are still talking about what a wonderful, thoughtful, celebratory evening this was. We’re grateful to the River Club and their 5-star service and setting for helping us plan a great rehearsal dinner, and we’d recommend them to others looking for a classy, hassle-free event.

(Haha - Love ya mom! ;) ) The entire staffed worked hard to ensure my guests made it to the ceremony/reception, and back to the hotel, which was a huge weight off of my shoulders! My family and friends could not stop RAVING about the beauty, food, and customer service of the River Club for not days, but WEEKS after the wedding! The River Club of Jacksonville left an everlasting impression on our family and our hearts, for making our wedding day the very best day of our lives!

decisions. We planned our wedding in 6 months without a planner, and the only reason it was possible was because I had so little to worry about with the reception venue! The food and drinks are always incredible, service phenomenal, and of course you can't pick a more elegant or comfortable space with a better view. Getting married in the middle of summer, we also didn't have to worry about weather- we knew we'd be inside no matter rain or 100 degree heat - and it was 100 degrees on our day :) We also didn't have to spend a fortune trying to dress up the space or go to extreme lengths trying to fill up space or make it look different. It was wonderfully laid out for our event with ~220 guests.
I could go on and on, but everyone was blown away by the event and I didn't have to stress about a thing that weekend. Wish we could relive the evening 10 more times!
