The River Club

We have contacted this venue multiple times via email and phone and have not been able to reach anyone at the club. We even visited the venue in person and were turned away at the gate. This venue’s inability to return calls, emails, or requests for basic information on weddings is astonishing and ridiculous. I hope they don’t do this to other folks, it’s just plain rude.

If I’m not mistaking, this place is permanently closed.

I have called contacting this venue 2-3 different times and no one has tried to contact me back. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail, called 2 different numbers, email, and requesting information through their website.

Wow, this place was incredible: the food, the professional attitude of all the workers, the view overlooking the golf course--everything! The facility is SO beautiful, so if you love greenery, stone floors and fireplaces, vaulted open beam ceilings, etc. you should definitely look into this place. The wedding coordinator at the venue worked so hard to make our day exactly how we pictured it, and it was! She was in direct communication with the photographer, kitchen staff, and DJ all night to make sure the night ran smoothly. Rain plans were made early on in the wedding plans as a "just in case," and it ended up pouring all the way up to the reception. The rain plans were carried out several days in advance to make sure the reception was stress-free for my family. I can't say enough good things about this place. My GUESTS can't either. They absolutely loved the food and are STILL talking about how it was the best food they've had at a wedding reception, as well as saying how handsome the facility was! Bottom line--if I was to do it all over again, I would with out a doubt choose The River Club!
