We didn’t know what to expect since neither of our immediate families had planned a wedding before and neither of us had attended one here, but Queenstown Harbor exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Our wedding was truly the perfect weekend. We rented out all the bungalows and houses on the property so our wedding party, family, and friends who traveled in could stay right there with us the entire time. The houses were absolutely perfect and added such a special element to the weekend. It was incredibly meaningful having everyone so close together, and all of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the accommodations. We kicked off the weekend with golf on Friday morning with our closest family and friends, and everyone had a great time on the beautiful course. That evening, we headed to the River House for our rehearsal dinner. It was a stunning, intimate, candle-lit dinner with delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive, and it was just an all-around magical night. From the very beginning of the process, Katie and Danielle exceeded all our expectations — especially during our tasting. The food was incredible and they made the experience so enjoyable and professional that it was genuinely difficult to choose what to serve on our wedding day. Danielle was also incredibly flexible in accommodating special elements that were important to us, such as a signature drink table and even having her team fill cannolis we brought in for dessert, which meant so much to us. On our wedding day, everything was spectacular from start to finish. We opted for a plated dinner for our 135 guests, and every single person was served quickly with food that was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Throughout dinner, the staff was extremely on top of everything — always smiling, friendly, and working hard to ensure each guest was taken care of. The bartenders were attentive and efficient, keeping bar lines moving smoothly even with a heavy-drinking crowd. Katie was truly exceptional. She was extremely organized, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process — answering all of our many questions, offering thoughtful insight and suggestions, and being incredibly flexible in helping bring my vision to life. On the big day, she coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors for arrivals, setup, and cleanup. She even made a few last-minute décor decisions that ended up being absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail allowed me to fully relax and enjoy every moment without a single worry. Danielle ensured everything related to food and drinks was flawless — and wow, they truly did not miss. The food was unreal. We had several guests reach out the next day raving about it, with many even saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. From the venue to the staff to the overall experience, our weekend at Queenstown Harbor was beyond anything we could have imagined. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our dream wedding a reality — it was nothing short of perfect.

The staff are so accommodating and took wonderful care of us all. The Cottages at Queenstown Harbor are a spectacular experience. Highly recommended!

For our weekend, Katie had put together a comprehensive itinerary and did all of the rehearsal dinner and day of preparations. It was so calm! Everyone who came said it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. A shout out to the chef. Everyone said the food was amazing. And if you need vendors, Dana did beautiful flowers, Cassidy did a great job capturing our day in photos, Bri made the whole ceremony flow beautifully as our officiant, and Chris made our night so fun with great dance music.
