Hey there! I’m Allison, creator and baker for The Rolling Pin. I began baking in high school as a hobby and dreamed of owning a bakery one day. After graduating from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, I worked at three great bakeries in Middle Tennessee. I started the Rolling Pin in 2012, baking cakes for friends and family. I love experimenting with new flavors and recipes and creating something unique for my clients! When I’m not baking, I love to travel, hang out with family, spend time outdoors, drink lots of coffee, and take naps.
