All we can say is WOW! the attention to detail that was done on our wedding cake was simply unmatched. We could not have asked for anything better. We had heard most wedding cakes that are delivered are dry but not ours. It remained moist throughout the entire ceremony and reception, and tasted amazing! Allison is THE BEST! She made an exact replica of a picture I showed her from Pinterest for the groom's cake, and the wedding cake itself was gorgeous and delicious! She offered so much for a tasting so I could fully get an idea of her work, and the payment for the tasting went toward the overall payment of the cakes. Everyone loved the cakes at the wedding too. Highly recommend!

Allison was great to work with! We only met her once, we met up at a Starbucks to have our cake tasting. My fiance and I felt very comfortable, and after speaking with her about our vision and taking the cake, we were sold. I did not see Allison the day of the wedding, since we were upstairs getting ready, but she made sure everything was delivered smoothly, on-time, and decorated to perfection. Her communication is great, and the cakes tasted amazing as well, especially the Maple bacon which came recommended to us. I highly recommend Allison with The Rolling Pin!

We hired Allison for our wedding, and ordered a cutter cake, macarons, cupcakes and cookies for our dessert table. Everything was superbly prepared and decorated to our request. . She was professional and timely (delivered to our venue) and her prices were highly competitive! I recommend her to anyone who is seeking specially made /decorated tasty treats for a special event!! While everything she baked was wonderful - our guests raved about the cutter cake and the macarons!!!

The cake was so beautiful! It was exactly what we wanted. The cake tasted just like the tasting. Was perfectly moist and so much flavor in the good way! Allison was super easy to work with and we appreciated all the amazing work she did.

Coming from VA to Nashville for my daughters wedding Allison made the whole cake buying thing very easy. The cookies and cream cake was wonderful. My daughter and her husband loves it. Allison was absolutely amazing. We were looking for a bakery with vegan and regular options. She did two cakes (one vegan) and 120 cupcakes (20 vegan) for us and everything was absolutely delicious. I got so many compliments on the cake and cupcakes. They looked BEAUTIFUL and were the perfect size and I think we had FIVE cupcakes leftover at the end of the night and only the top layer of cake left. We ordered a small cake and cupcakes for our wedding day and they were absolutely delicious! We got so many compliments and everyone went back for seconds, some thirds. The baker is amazing!!!! She was great in working on tasting during COVID. The design was beautiful and just wasn’t I wanted with the look of moss on it. The cake was absolutely delicious. You will love her cakes.

We ordered a small bride and groom cake and ordered cupcakes for our guests in 4 different flavors and all of them were AMAZING! Allison did a wonderful job on our cake for our wedding in July. She was very prepared in our meetings/emails during planning. We did a traditional buttercream icing and white/white chocolate & raspberry cake. The cake was delicious and moist. She also decorated with the florals we provided. We cannot wait to eat the top tier next July! I look forward to ordering more sweets from her in the future! I would highly recommend her.

Allyson Davis was very professional and her cakes are amazing. She was very accommodating with the times to meet and very helpful with making the best decisions for what we were looking for. Allison did a wonderful job on our wedding cake - it was as delicious as it was beautiful! We got married on Valentines Day weekend and although we had a traditional champagne flavored tiered cake, we also had a red velvet sheet cake. Both were amazing and had our guests raving!

Allison with the Rolling Pin was incredible to work with! She was very punctual and always very organized. My husband and I did not really care to have a big, elaborate cake and she worked very well with us on how to have a beautiful smaller cake but still have enough to feed our guests. Her cake was DELICIOUS as well and she was very reasonable in terms of pricing. Best cake around vendor around and such a sweet person to get to work with.

We LOVED working with Allison at The Rolling Pin!! I was so overwhelmed with all the options for a cake vendor and somehow my mom stumbled upon Allison. After emailing with her I KNEW I wanted to work with her, she was so down to earth, very knowledgable about cakes (sizes, servings, etc.), and so kind. On the day of our wedding I was so pleased with our cake, all our guests thought it was delicious and the looks of it matched my vision exactly. Allison even made cookies for a luncheon we had the day before my wedding - those were a huge hit!

Had an amazing experience with Allison for my wedding cake! Perfect and the most delicious cake for our wedding!

Allison was BY FAR the most reasonably priced wedding cake vendor we met with. And her cakes are perfect - we did a chocolate layer and two vanilla layers. And they are beautiful! And she is easy to work with. I absolutely recommend her for wedding cakes (and any other cake).

The Rolling Pin exceeded our expectations for our wedding cake! Allison was a pleasure to work with, and our cupcakes and cake looked amazing. We had half strawberry cupcakes (my favorite) half German chocolate cupcakes (my husband’s favorite) and a small white cake. Allison displayed the cupcakes beautifully on a stand with the small cake on top. Our guests continuously comment on how delicious the cupcakes were. We are very thankful for hiring Allison from the Rolling Pin.

I took my sister who is a "cake snob" to help me choose a wedding cake vendor looking at some of the top places in Nashville but found the selection at the Rolling Pin to be the winner. Could hardly make a choice because all the flavors were scrumptious. Alison was great to work with, prompt in her replies, reasonable in her prices, and flexible making a gluten free top layer for the bride with a tasty recipe. I highly recommend the Rolling Pin. You can't go wrong!!!

Allison is fantastic!! She was so easy to work with, great gluten free cake options, and when I suggested a blue wedding cake she welcomed the idea and helped me make it a reality!

We use The Rolling Pin for all of our special occasions. Her cakes are not only beautiful, they are absolutely delicious!!! The icing on the cake (ha ha) was when she made the cake for my daughter's wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly what she wanted. It was a good thing it was a large cake because people didn't just eat one piece a cake people went back for seconds it was so delicious. Did I mention it also traveled over 700 miles to that wedding, because we weren't having a wedding without having a Rolling Pin cake. Allison is not only super sweet she is incredibly talented. we recommend her to everyone no matter what the occasion but especially weddings. That is the one day a girl wants everything to be perfect. Choose The Rolling Pin and that is one thing you won't have to worry about on that big day

Allison made the cakes for my wedding and they were phenomenal!! Not only did they look amazing, they also tasted better than anything I have ever had. She was able to accommodate everything I wanted and asked for, even as far as bringing the cakes all the way from Tennessee to Ohio for my wedding day as well as setting them up day of with all the flowers I had as decor. All of my guests loved the cakes and the flavor options we had. We still have our top tier of the cake that we can't wait to eat this fall on our one year anniversary! You won't find another place that will make your cake tasting so enjoyable as well as send you home stuffed! Her communication, flexibility, and price range is incomparable to anyone else. She not only does wedding cakes, but anything you can think of and I use her for just about anything I can, because her stuff tastes and looks so good! She is also a joy to work with!

Allison was great to work with. She did a four tier scraped cake and we added Succulents from the florist onto it. Her flavors were DELICIOUS. We chose white, white chocolate raspberry, and cookies and cream. Overall, we were very pleased with the price, delivery, and of course the look of the cook! Highly recommend :)

Allison did an AMAZING job on our wedding cake! She was so easy to work with, was great with communicating, so encouraging and supportive, and made my vision come true!! We changed our ideas a few times and she was great to accommodate and work with us on what we wanted!

Allison is great and we fully recommend her. She met with us before we finalized anything so that we could taste the cakes and make sure it was what we wanted. She helped us work with our budget so that we weren’t stressed about price. We were able to tell her our vision and she made it exactly as we wanted. She even combined some flavors when we couldn’t decide. We went with two small one tier cakes (plus sheet cake) dark chocolate with salted caramel, and champagne with fruit on top. Very easy to work with, and very delicious cakes!

The Rolling Pin has always been my family’s go to when we need any kind of cakes or cupcakes! Allison made my Wedding cake and our grooms cake! Not only were they both BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we asked for, but they tasted heavenly! Every cake we have ever gotten from The Rolling Pin has been marvelous!
