exactly what we wanted a classic American menu with subtle Asian and Brazilian influences to honor both of our backgrounds. Everyone is STILL talking about the pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) they served during cocktail hour! We also had an amazing dessert table! The presentation was gorgeous, the staff was warm and attentive, and everything ran so smoothly that I didn’t have to stress about a thing. We went with a mostly American menu, roasted chicken with herb jus, creamy mashed potatoes, but added fun touches like coconut shrimp with sweet chili sauce and Brazilian brigadeiros for dessert. They even created a vegetarian version of our entrée for a few guests and made it look just as beautiful as the main plate. Every single guest we spoke to raved about the food, and several asked for their contact info for future events. The staff was so kind and professional, and the whole night felt effortless on our end. If you want a caterer who listens, delivers, and genuinely cares, this is it!
