They have a wide-ranging repertoire including my daughter's song selections. Dee was easy to work with and everything went off without a hitch on wedding day (despite some worries with some rain early in the day and an outdoor ceremony). We received many compliments from our guests and would definitely recommend The Rosewood Ensemble to others planning a wedding (or other big event)!

rk with at times. I communicated with her via email and she was not always pleasant in our communications. She also did not communicate up front when we hired Rosewood that any additional songs the musicians would have to learn would cost more. We knew we would have to purchase any of the music they didn’t have, but were not told the musicians would also need to be paid more. We also had no way to know what songs they already knew and Dee would not provide a list. Additionally, I asked if we could hear recordings of the musicians playing the songs we requested for the wedding, and Dee said if she were to ask the musicians to send a recording over of our songs, she would have to charge extra for that as well. We basically ended up having to just trust the music would sound good. Thankfully, the musicians sounded absolutely incredible. I would recommend the musicians to anyone, but I would not recommend working with Dee.

Our vision was a modern, but classic fairytale wedding so we wanted to incorporate newer music into the ceremony, a contemporary selection of songs with a classical twist. The musicians captured the concept perfectly. If you are looking for a trio or quartet, we would definitely recommend Rosewood for your wedding or next event!

We have utilized a string trio and each year have different musicians, but never has anyone been less that amazing! We have also had their pianists come in to play and they've been stellar too! I cannot thank the Rosewood Ensemble enough for how wonderful they make our parties. Their beautiful music elevates any affair to a memorable event! If I were planning a wedding - I would ONLY hire this group because of how professional they are, and how wonderfully they play! Dee is a pleasure to work with (for booking) and makes sure all of your needs are taken care of. Thank you again for everything!

me lack of professionalism in management. The manager, Dee, was unresponsive to emails and very unprofessional in the emails she did send. During our correspondence, I had to send a follow-up email to her after waiting 2 weeks for a response. When she responded, she repeated the same questions and she did not appear to have taken the time to look through the venue information that I had sent her. We were not treated at all like valued customers, instead I felt like I was trying to appease her. We ran into a misunderstanding and she was unwilling to work with me to find a solution. I offered multiple times to discuss the problem over the phone or zoom to resolve the situation. She was unwilling to compromise or discuss the issue with me further and ultimately decided not to work with us. The only positive thing I have to say about this group is that we were refunded our money. Overall, the lack of professionalism was shocking considering all of the reviews and recommendations for this group. I have already booked all of my other vendors who have been AMAZING to work with and I would NOT recommend working with this group.

We had a very non-traditional format for our wedding, and while we could tell that they had certain assumptions on what a wedding may look like (in all fairness, almost the entire wedding industry does), The Rosewood Ensemble was very accomodating. of the musicians did not live up to the standards that the principal had claimed. The biggest disappointment was the reception. The venue offers a beautiful rooftop terrace and also amazing indoor space. For the warm weather the bridal couple and practically all guests went indoors after the ceremony. The Rosewood quartet did not see any reason to move indoors, but stayed outdoors. Instead of entertaining the wedding party indoors, they performed on the practically empty rooftop terrace. Almost all guests missed the music. When I complained to the owner after the wedding, she promised a follow-up with the musicians. I never heard back from her. We would not recommend the Rosewood Ensemble.
