We’ve created five distinct locations that work together like acts in a play, each one perfect for a different moment of your special day:
1.
Starting with “I do” in the pine grove
Imagine saying your vows surrounded by towering pines that seem to reach straight up to heaven. We call this spot our “natural cathedral,” and once you see it, you’ll understand why.
2.
Cocktails with a view at Spring Hill
After you’ve sealed the deal with a kiss, it’s time to celebrate! Your guests will love mingling at our Spring Hill pavilion, where the mountain views are stunning. We’ve set up lawn games for the playful souls, beautiful gardens for the wanderers, and yes—that massive bonfire you’ll see down the hill? That can be your grand finale waiting for you later tonight.
3.
Dine and toast at the terrace
When it’s time to sit down and really celebrate, our modern garden terrace becomes your dining room. Picture over 500 twinkling lights casting a warm glow over white-washed wooden tables, while stone walls and lush surrounding plantings echo the natural beauty of the Catskills landscape.
4.
Dance the night away at the carriage barn
We’ve lovingly restored every inch of this two-story beauty, adding a stunning bar, a cozy upstairs lounge, modern restrooms, and climate control—because comfort matters when you’re dancing the night away.

make every single detail perfect. This venue is so unique and you get so much more than a “venue” when you choose a wedding here. You get an experience. I am in awe of the venue and the amazing staff.

magical. The staff is above and beyond and every transition was seamless. I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere but the Roxbury. The property is absolutely divine, warm, and welcoming. We are so grateful to have found and selected The Roxbury as our wedding venue. It is truly a magical place in the most beautiful area of New York. All of our guests had an incredible experience. Thank you!!!

e our planning lives so easy with helpful guides, recommended vendors, seating arrangement maps, and everything else you could think of. They worked out us to execute our precise design / decor plan and were very flexible with us when it came to set-up. We were so happy we were able to pull off the ceremony despite the forecast. Kim was so helpful and literally an angel as our day of coordinator. The wedding day was absolutely dreamy and perfect and we couldn’t have done it without the Roxbury Barn team! A heartfelt thank you - we are so grateful!!
We just had our wedding last weekend at The Roxbury Barn & Estate and choosing this venue was one of the best decisions that we ever made. We are from the NYC/Long Island area wher...
e many of the wedding venues all look the same. We knew from the moment we saw the property that this was where we wanted to get married. Casper and Kim were so helpful during the planning process as well as during the day of itself. They answered every question that we had with an abundance of information. Planning a wedding from 3 hours away can be tricky, but they provided with us so many resources to help make it easier. When our wedding day came, the team at The Roxbury Barn & Estate did an amazing job making sure that everything ran seamlessly! It truly was one of the best days of our lives and we could not have done it without all of their help. Our friends and family were blown away with how beautiful the property was. We have been told from many guests that this was one of the best and most unique weddings that they have been to. I highly recommend this venue!
When looking at wedding venues, we wanted something different that represented us as a couple and strayed away from the typical cold and boring atmosphere of a hall. After checking...
out MANY other options in upstate NY, we immediately fell in love with the Roxbury Barn as soon as we stepped foot on the property. Caper and Kim (both incredibly kind and down to earth) were amazing at helping us plan every little detail and answering all of our questions. Even though we live decently far (2.5 hours away), they helped us make everything perfect without the need to physically travel back and forth. Their provided vendor lists, seating arrangements, lodging options, and literally everything in between made planning so much easier and less stressful than it could have been. As far as the atmosphere goes, I can't even begin to describe it. I'm not typically a cheesy person, but this place is magical. You have the extremely intimate setting of the pine grove, the barn itself which is updated enough to be comfortable and look awesome but still retains its charm, all tied together with illuminated paths, string lights, amazing views of the surrounding mountains and forests, and a true, towering bonfire. If you're into fairy tales...or Pinterest...this is the place for you. On the way to the venue it seems like you're in the middle of nowhere but you'll understand everything once you get there. Everyone was asking how we found this place and talking about how amazing it was. We can't even count the number of guests who told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, which is not only an awesome compliment for us but a true testament to the love and attention to details that Casper and his team put into this place. As happy as I was, even more important is that my wife said she had her dream wedding, and that it was everything she's ever wanted and more. I happen to agree. It was perfect.
Casper and his team at the Roxbury are one of a kind! Our small weekday elopement was more than we ever hoped for. Kim did an amazing job with the flowers and coordination of the ...
day. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. We can’t say enough good things about the Roxbury Barn and Ate O Ate catering. Soo incredibly happy we found them to host our special day

y itself, Casper was exceptional at informing us and guiding us along the long and winding path that is planning and preparing for a wedding. Casper was patient, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Kim was wonderful as well, leading us on two separate tours, helping us to organize many aspects of the wedding, and making sure everything stayed on track during the big day. We booked the elopement package, but Casper was able to accommodate us to allow for all of our guests (we were expecting around 70-80), and allowed us to plan a wedding day that was in our budget and were very happy with. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The ceremony took place outside under towering trees in the stunning pine grove, creating a very picturesque scene. The reception was in and around the beautiful, rustic, and newly refinished barn itself, and went off without a hitch. I would recommend this venue without hesitation, as the grounds and management are truly top notch. Again, a big thanks to Casper and Kim in making our day so special!

e up in our searches.
Now, you may think that it would be insanely difficult to plan a wedding from the opposite side of the country, but Casper is so organized it was stress-free. He is very quick to respond to e-mail correspondence and very thorough on phone conversations. There is so much that goes into these days, but the barn truly has it down to a science. With easy to follow brochures and forms, the planning went so very smoothly.
We wanted a very intimate celebration, so we chose a weekday package. It was so affordable and very inclusive, we basically had to sign and choose food and a few decor options.
It may sound like we had a simple day, but it was truly anything but. Kim and Kelly designed the most beautiful floral arrangements for the day - I am still shocked at how perfect they were. The entire staff at the barn moved like a well-oiled machine. The Captains House, The Hilltop Pavilion, The Pine Grove, and The Barn are out of a fairy tale. I can't even begin to describe how perfect and beautiful our day was.
When I relive the day in my head, I wouldn't/couldn't ask for anything more from The Roxbury Barn and Estate. What a wonderful venue with the greatest staff. I'd choose this venue 1,000x over.

uld do the ceremony and reception in one place - none of our guests needed to drive anywhere in between. We had a perfect event. Casper, Kim, and the team were totally on their A-game. At one point some rain was coming and the staff were able to execute an outdoor dinner service before it started raining, without making us feel rushed. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care with which we were treated. I highly recommend having your wedding here - it's truly magical!
it is such a different setting, which everyone loved. can be a little hard because it is all do it yourself...but worth it!
